Not right for my hairI have had my eye on eSalon for so Long and finally decided to try it. I really hate saying this but for me, it just didn't work out well. I was so careful to follow the directions to the T and the night I did color my hair the color was very pretty, unfortunately, after that it only lasted maybe 2 weeks. I am careful with what I use and/or put in my hair because I have curley/wavey. dry. turning grey hair and it can be a pain but this color just didn't want to stay and basically washed right out. Again, I am really sad about it. I've noticed that I have another shipment coming (?) **eSalon CS** how do I cancel all shipments?? Thank you so much 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Don't order if you want black dyeI gave this a fair shot, tried to adjust my order 3 times. I asked for black. All 3 adjustments couldn't get to black, so I spent 3 months with brown or visibly grey roots. Customer service was very friendly, but ultimately unable to make BLACK hair dye. Asked for a lighter red color, I got a brown with a touch of red hue.I asked for a lighter red color, because the red I was being sent was too dark. What I got was brown with a slight hint of red. Does NOT cover my grays!I tried them once and the formula (dark brown) didn’t cover my grays, which happen to frame my face. I told them and they changed the formula so that I’d get better gray coverage. This time didn’t work any better. Now I look like I have 3 different colors of hair - dark brown, gray, and orange (from where some of the grays held onto a slight shade of brown, making them appear orange).
