Poor resultsAfter completing the custom colour questionnaire, I didn't receive my custom colour hair pack; I got a set colour pack instead. Quite disappointed with the end results. Even though I followed the instructions, the colour didn't set as hoped. The roots ended up too red, the greys weren't covered, and the colour overall was not uniform. Great idea of luxury hair colouringUnfortunately it's not the right colour for me but hair left very soft and didn't smell full of chemicals, doesn't come with with deep conditioner so used a 3 min aussie conditioner. Awful colorNot only did it not take. It lasted 3 washing’s and left my hair like string. Let alone I canceled my subscription and as usual. I keep getting billed. I never like any of your subscription types because of that reason alone, you never get them to stop charging your card you matter how many times you canceled. Color I know this business.
