Love this idea, color, frustrated by lack of true customer srvHi, love the idea of your company so many pieces of the experience I enjoy. BUT I have asked as a goal since the beginning to go from mahogany to auburn. I have asked over a year 4 times to incrementally make this change. DisappointedVery disappointed. I got NO blonde, just took away what blonde I already had. It came out a grayish muddy color that was drab and dull, and the ugliest color I would NEVER hope to have. I hope it's ok to recolor right now, because that's what I'm going to do, as I will not be out in public with this crappy color. I was hoping it was gonna be great. But not even close. Medium blonde. Completely different from picture onlineThe colour looks nothing like shown on the website, hair turned out to have an orange tint, no ash in it at all, the greys didn’t get fully covered and it didn’t lighten my hair. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!This is a waste of time & money. Received this, followed the instructions for application which was a 2 step process I do not like and too time consuming first of all. Secondly, with in 3 days of coloring my hair I was seeing grays pop back up, faded out already & my roots were entirely with out any of the color left on them!! The hair color I buy from the store lasted longer than this stuff!! I AM DONE! ONE TRY & DONE WITH THIS PRODUCT!! I expected much better results than I received with this. Entirely disappointed and do not want any more. I used the shampoo & conditioner they sent with it and it is terrible too! Used all the conditioner and could barely comb through my hair afterwards!! 3rd color and it’s still not rightI haven’t had the best luck with my colors. I’ve reached out several times and they send a lighter color the following box but it’s still too dark. It’s been frustrating because I have sent them photos of the color I want as well as my own hair and it still hasn’t been better. I’m hoping the next box will be the right color or it will be my last order.
