With a plan, your favorite eSalon items autoship to your door for 20% off the regular price. You're free to add, skip, or cancel any item in your plan, and adjust the frequency at any time. Plus, you get free shipping on orders over $42.

To adjust the delivery frequency of your product plan:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order." .
  3. Click the arrow underneath "Color Frequency."
  4. Use the "+" and "-" icons to adjust to your desired frequency, and then click "Done."

Add any hair care item to your plan as a one-time addition or receive 20% off when you autoship. Plus, receive free shipping on orders over $42.

To add items to your plan:

  1. Select "Hair Products" in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click the product you wish to add to your plan.
  3. Under "Purchase Options," select how you would like to purchase the item. You can ship the item immediately, add the item as a one-time addition to your upcoming order, or autoship the item by adding it to your plan for 20% off.
  4. Note: You can add, skip, or cancel any item on your plan, by selecting "Upcoming Order" in your account and clicking on the "Edit" button next to the desired item.

To remove a product from an upcoming order:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order."
  3. Select "Edit" next to the individual product you wish to remove.
  4. Select "Remove From Plan" to discontinue autoshipping the product, or "Skip It," to remove the product only from your upcoming order.

To adjust the schedule for your plan:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order".
  3. Click the arrow underneath "Ship Date".
  4. Select the date you would like your order to bill and begin processing.

You may also opt to skip your upcoming order or change your plan frequency, as well as removing or skipping any individual products from your plan by selecting "edit" next to each product.

To skip your next order:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order."
  3. Click on the arrow next to "Skip Order," and then click "Confirm."

If you would like to turn off your product plan:

  1. Log in and go to My Account, in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order."
  3. Click on "Turn Off My Plan," located at the bottom left of your plan list. Follow the prompts.

NOTE: You can opt to remove or skip any individual product within your plan by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the item.

To restart your plan and receive 20% off any hair care item:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Restart My Plan."
  3. Re-add any previously purchased products by clicking on either "Autoship" or "Add one-time" next to the product name, or click on "Shop All Hair Products" located at the bottom of the page.

Free shipping will be automatically applied to any one-time or autoship order subtotaling $42 or more. Products can be added to your upcoming order up until midnight before the order is set to ship. Your Upcoming Order page displays whether you have qualified for free shipping, or the amount that is required to reach the free ship threshold.

Nope! We’re all about keeping it custom, so just like your color, you have options when placing an order! You will have two choices when ordering, either joining our Color Plan or ordering a single Color order. If you decide to place an order and be on our Color Plan, you’ll see information about our recurring service during checkout. This just explains that you can pause, modify or turn off the service at any time through your account or by giving us a call. You can also choose single shipment options if you would like. The biggest advantage of our hair color plan is that you receive 20% off of every order. The decision is completely up to you!

Nope! Although we recommend ordering the recommended set of products for optimal results, you can use each custom product on its own too!  Our Flex Plan will allow you to receive the custom products you choose, on the schedule you choose. 

Absolutely. You are welcome to adjust your goals at any time to try a new custom formula. You can do this both on the website or by contacting our eSalon team of experts. 

You are more than welcome to swap your fragrance at any time. Check out all three of our classic fragrances to find your favorite.

All of our Custom products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your formula, we are always happy to send you a replacement product or offer a full refund. 

Not to worry. You will see a full ingredient list once your custom formula has been selected, this happens just before you checkout so you have time to double check. Additionally, your order will come with a full ingredient list in the package for your reference. 

Your eSalon Flex Plan can easily be managed in your account. You have full access to adjust your products, frequency, and timing of your next order.
