My Account

To update the name on your account:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Name section.
  4. Enter your preferred name and click "Save Changes".

To update your payment information:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Payment Information section.
  4. Update your full card information under Credit Card and click "Save Changes".

*Please note that you must input all information listed, even if only the expiration date has changed.

To update your billing address:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Payment Information section.
  4. Update your address and click "Save Changes".

To update your email address:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Email/Password section.
  4. Update and confirm your new email address, then click "Save Changes".

To update your shipping address:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Shipping Information section.
  4. Update and click "Save Changes".

To update your password:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Password section.
  4. Update your password and click "Save Changes".

To upload a photo:

  1. Log in and go to My Hair Color in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Pictures".
  3. Click on the "+" icon and follow the prompts to upload your picture.

NOTE: In order to create the best formulation for you, your colorist needs to be able to view your hair clearly. The best photos are taken in natural daylight or in a well-lit room, and will show both your roots and length of hair. Please do not submit black & white photos, or photos that have been altered in any way.

If you're new to our site, fill out your Personal Profile to get started. Our quick and easy color questionnaire helps ensure that your colorist has a full understanding of your hair color needs. You'll also have the opportunity to securely submit a current photo. This way, we can craft a custom blend that's just right for you.

To change the country selected for your profile, email us at help@esalon.com. Please include the following in your message:

  • Name and email address you used to create your eSalon account.
  • Your correct country and full current shipping address.

To control your email notifications:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "My info".
  3. Click on the red "Edit" link next to the Email Preferences section.
  4. Check your preferences and click "Save Changes".

If you're still not receiving emails, check your spam/junk folder. Add our email address to your contact list, if necessary.

To control your email notifications:

  2. Under Personal Details, select "Email Notifications".
  3. Make sure to check the boxes next to the emails you would like to receive.
  4. Save your preferences by clicking "Save Changes".

If you are still aren't receiving emails, check your junk folder. You may need to add our email address to your safe contact list to ensure our emails land in your inbox.

To redeem an email offer, follow the prompts within the email. The promotional offer or credit will automatically save to your account and apply to your eSalon order.

Invite friends, and earn $20 store credit for each! Here's how:

  1. Log in and go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Invite A Friend".
  3. Send individual email invites to friends by email, or copy and share your unique invite link with anyone, anywhere.

To earn your credit, your friend must place their qualified first-time eSalon order through your personal invite link. You'll see your credit once their order has shipped.

There's no limit to the number of credits you can earn, so invite away!

Your credits accrue in your account, do not expire, and are automatically applied to your scheduled orders or other purchases at checkout.

If you are missing an Invite A Friend credit, your friend's order may not have shipped yet.

If your friend's order has shipped and you're still missing your credit, email us at help@esalon.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Please include in your message:

  • Name and email address used to create your eSalon account
  • Your friend's name and email address on their eSalon account

To redeem a gift card or promo code:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Credits."
  3. Click "Got A Gift Card? Add it to Your Account."
  4. Enter your gift card code or promo code. Click "Apply."

If you've lost your gift card, please email help@esalon.com with the name and email address of the purchaser. We'll be happy to help!

If you would like to turn off your plan:

  1. Log in and go to My Account in the upper-right corner of the screen. On mobile, this menu will be found at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Upcoming Order."
  3. Click "Turn Off My Plan," located at the bottom left of your plan list. Follow the prompts.

NOTE: You will be prompted to either remove or continue to receive any items currently included in your plan.
