It's not what I would of expected from this company. Marketing and Presentation are pretty much tops when it comes to a company. I am a marketeer for Costco and that's what they taught me. Your new look is BORING. I loved the old look. Don't really understand why you have chosen to go so plain. I have been using your products for a couple years now. I have tried your competition and hands down your products are better. Thanks for your time reading. Eileen F

It isn't often something turns me off enough that I take the time to actually write to the company. I have so many comments about your 'fresh new look' I hardly know where to begin. This is regarding the Classic line. The generic bottle shape from the 80s, the bottle color, the inferior cap, the labeling, the name...classic shampoo, huh? Heart Lock It and Love Unconditionally were clever and fun and memorable. What were you guys thinking? I NEED to have the shampoo and conditioner bottles different colors or I'm forever picking up the wrong bottle because I don't see well close up. The new design does not say to me: elegant, I'm pampering myself, nor does it 'look' worth $15 a bottle. Just the shape of the new bottles screams outdated to me. The color of the bottle is horrible, and having both the shampoo and conditioner bottles the same color is a really bad idea. And just Wow on replacing the pump with the cheapest possible cap. I guess the part that really made me stop and shake my head was the paper label on the bottle. I think it's all so bad I actually showed it to my husband who wrinkled his nose. I understand businesses trying to cut costs, but I really don't understand going SO far backwards in the look. Your brand. Your image. I gave a two-star rating because I love the product, but absolutely HATE the new bottles. I think you totally missed the mark.

I cannot describe how happy I am with my hair color and the products I’ve purchased from eSalon. The shampoo and conditioner are so fresh and clean smelling and work wonderfully with my hair, which is naturally curly. I love that I can manage my order so easily online. Sometimes I need it sooner because of a haircut and sometimes I don’t need it for a couple weeks after the auto-ship date. I’m in control of everything from the color right up to the time it arrives at my front door. Thanks so much to everyone at eSalon! 💞💇🏻‍♀️💞

Miss the pump

I was very disappointed when I received the new look shampoo bottle without a pump. Fortunately I still had my previous bottle and the pump would transfer. Recognizing the cost to produce packaging, is the new packaging less expensive? I also find the new branding and packaging unimpressive. I haven’t used much of the new shampoo so I hope the formulation has stayed the same.

Fantastic Root Cover Up

This is a great product for spraying on your gray roots as they grow inbetween your color jobs. Love it cause it extends time between color jobs so therefore you are not damaging your hair by coloring to often and saves you money as well cause your not having to get a color kit so often. If you have gray and your roots grow in fast, this is a life saver.
