I love this product! It leaves my hair feeling very soft and much more manageable. I tried a sample that I received with an order and I was very impressed with the way it left my hair feeling. Although I thought the price was too high, I decided to purchase it. I’ve found that the price is really much more reasonable than other shampoos in the long run because of the small amount necessary to suds and clean.

I’ve used this shampoo for several months now and I just loved it. The aroma is so refreshing and serves therapeutic. I’ve bought extras and gave it as a gift last Christmas along with the conditioner.

Had to get my money back for this product. The shampoo seems nice but you cannot get it out of the bottle!
When you call, they tell you to twist the top. Duh? That is NOT the problem.
The problem is that the plastic bottle is like steel and you cannot squeeze the shampoo out of it.
Do not buy.

I have been using this shampoo for about two weeks now and have found pros and cons. Firstly, I should mention that I only wash my hair every 2-3 days. My hair is thinning and is very fine. Alterna Caviar Densifying Shampoo does add density, but when I rinse the shampoo out, my hair clumps together in a mass. I don’t think there is any moisture in the shampoo so I have to condition my hair in order to be able to get a comb through it. This then counteracts what the shampoo does and I’m left with very soft, limp hair. I have found that if I can avoid getting conditioner near my roots, I can comb the ends of my hair while preserving the volume that the shampoo provides at my scalp. I use eSalon’s volume conditioner.

My hair feels thicker and there is full body results after shampooing. It's slow to lather and need to use a little more of the product for each application than some of the other shampoos but it's worth it.

Don’t use on your color treated hair. The minute I put this on my hair in the shower my hair matted up and felt like straw I had to use heavy duty conditioner to get it out. Terrible product I don’t know who should use it.

I was impressed with this shampoo when I used the sample included in my color kit. After ordering it, however, I found it to be difficult to get out of the bottle. You can't squeeze it out and the bottle opening is very small so it takes a while! It's very thick - like honey - and sometimes I had trouble rinsing it all out of my hair.

I received this as a sample and thought I liked it and so bought the full size bottle. With repeated use my hair felt stripped of all natural oils. Would not recommend.

Didn't work on my curly hair. I have used this several times and I have to wash with my other shampoo and extra condition after each use. I do think it makes it feel thicker after I use it, but I don't like for my hair to be that dry.

I have so much difficulty using the bottle, I am very disappointed!!! In the shower with slippery wet hands, I don't have a king kong grip, so I dread using it. The product is a bit heavy for my hair so I will use it occasionally. But the packaging leaves alot to be desired. I won't buy it again. It's expensive and I will be lucky to get half the quantity out of it, it is so difficult to use. The fancy valve and the hard plastic bottle is a strain for me and I'm just not happy with this now after looking forward to using it for so long! Very disappointing!!!

Love the shampoo leaves my hair shiny and clean BUT the bottle is really a minus 5 stars I lost so much product trying to figure that pushing down on a counter is the only way I can get it out. I did reach out and was told I would receive a free shampoo and conditioner. Never got it. Today I called and was told I would have a credit For the price I should be able to get all of the product. Please consider people with arthritis an easier way to get all the product

This turned my hair to straw and caused record hair loss after only one use. My hair was full of tangles that my wide-tooth comb couldn't get through, even though I have thin, fine wavy hair that's usually easy to comb. Never again.

This shampoo is really wonderful. I see a real difference in the thickness of my hair. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the bottle. It is so difficult to get the squeeze the shampoo out, especially when the bottle is less than half full. I'm frustrated given the cost that there's some left that I just can't get to without sawing off the top. I'm removing from my auto-ship order and searching elsewhere for a densifying shampoo until (hopefully) the bottle is improved.
