I decided to go with the bowl and brush, not because the bottle was defective; I liked using the bottle, but I found I was spilling little drops on my floor, and sometimes the wall, so I switched to get less dtrips and that's exactly what happened.

No response to my request to change the color

The coloring kit was fine, the product was fine, not unlike the stuff you buy in boxes at the market. I emailed eSalon a couple of days ago, requesting some
tweeks in the color (lighter, not so yellow) and i haven't heard back at all, not even an acknowledgement that they got my request. If they send me the same color again i am sending it back and cancelling.

I would've used, but didn't have a brush to use with it. Had to pour it back in the bottle because I didn't see the brush was missing @ first.

Produit parfait . Très pratique c'était la première fois que j'utilisais un bol et rien a dire toute est tres bien etudier que ce soit la forme du bol , les petite dent pour enlever le surplus du pinceau .je recommande
Bonjour j'ai le cuir chevelu surtout à la nuque plein de boutons qui me démangent énormément ne ferais je pas une allergie ?? Cela depuis qques mois shampoing ordonnancé par le docteur mais fais ma dernière couleur et cela me démange toujours ???
A me dire si je dois arrêter vos couleurs.
Aussi je me suis installée une douchette filtrante ???
