Red hair fades quickly so I ordered the red tint. It made my highlights "crayon" red! It was awful & I threw the product out.

This product did not work as expected and took over a week to receive. I followed the directions on the back of the bottle and it turned the lighter parts of my hair a not so pretty shade of green. I will now have to go to a salon to correct it.

Pretty disappointed by this one. My hair has a light red hue to it that drives me nuts and I figured this one would take that away some. I gave this product several chances and left it in a lot longer with no real difference. I'll try the Red Neutralizer- it seems like people have better luck with that one!

This product appeared to have no visible effect on my hair color, but after using it my hair felt particularly dry, was more easily tangled and knotted, and I lost a lot more hair than I usually do. I will not be trying this again.

I wanted to love this product, but it literally did nothing to the brassy redness in my brunette hair. No change whatsoever. Beware that your hands and shower will be stained!!! Super bummed.

This product turned my hair a blue/green tint in places and did nothing in other places I left on for the recommended time of 2-3 minutes and it did not work well on my hair! So bummed

I have dyed copper hair (naturally blonde) unfortunately my hair isn't in the best of conditions due to bleaching etc, I tried this as the copper colour in my hair had started to fade after only 2 weeks, initially looked good but after drying my hair I noticed that the ends where extremely bright and noticeably different to the rest of my hair, I assume this is due to the ends of my hair being dry and damaged. Shame there was no warning about this, I'm sure it actually advised to concentrate on the ends when working it in. Unfortunately disappointed and a waste of money for me, will now need to try clarifying shampoo to get the colour out!

I expected the color to be more like the color I was using, but it wasn't. It looked like I used a color that was not in the same color family as the one I had been using.

Unfortunately when I used this it made my hair spotty “pink”... many people commented on it.
I’ve stopped using it.
I think it would be a good product for brunettes and blonds ..

Unfortunately I was expecting a lot more from this product I have mid to dark brown hair and it doesn’t do a thing to it :(
Think it would work on lighter brown but doesn’t remove any redness what so ever from my hair, very disappointing as I was super excited to use it after reading the reviews

I love the idea of this product! Unfortunately since my hair is such a dark color this leaves a very messy shower when I'm done. Also, my hair has some stubborn gray and is sick so it doesn't do what I had hoped. It was worth a shot!

My experience with this product may have been effected by what was on my hair already. I had a few blonde highlights that had grown out about 4inches and didnt want to spend $$$$ to get them redone so I bought box dye and went over the whole thing (virgin hair included). Initially my roots looked the same as before but my highlights had a noticeable green tinge. So I “neutralized” it with a “golden” tone in the same level 6. My highlights were OK (slightly warm) but my roots turned very warm, basically reddish auburn. So, I purchased this to help. I used as directed with no results at all. So next I applied it after washing but left it on for 20min. It helped with the warmth from mid shaft to ends become more neutral ashy BUT my previous virgin hair that had the box dye was not effected. Thus my 4” “roots” were warm still and the rest was ashy. Not a good look imo. Like I said before it could be because of what I had done with the box dye. Takeaway on this is: leave the product on washed hair for atleast 15min, you will also need to use a lot of product so this limits the number of uses you will get.

I would have preferred a different color option. This does not hide the reds very well. Perhaps a darker option would be more pleasing to me.

Liked the idea of what the product said it could deliver, but it was very messy to use. I don't want to clean the shower just because I used this product. Not sure if it would stain my white tile and grout, but wasn't willing to risk it. To me, product is more of a hassle to use than it's worth.

While I loved the idea of using this product, my hair did feel really really dry afterwards and still felt like straw even after I had slathered on a big load of conditioner. Such a shame as I so wanted it to be a good product.

I have 2a/2b wavy brown hair with brassy red-orange undertones I’m trying to fix. Hair still looks brassy, but feels drier. I do not recommend this product.

I am going mad waiting for you guys to restock the Red Devoted to Hue Color Enhancing mask...it's been months and I refuse to try another product on my hair because I love that one so much. I've been using this color enhancing treatment for now but it's not at all the same.

Ok so I’ve used this kind of product before with great results but this one for some reason, maybe my already colored hair left hot pink streaks throughout my copper-blonde locks👎🏻 So I didn’t get the result I was hoping for to say the least.

I had seen this product on the ellebangs YouTube video and I suggest you have the video removed it does not due what that video portrays which raises a lot of your clients hopes and makes them very dissatisfied after buying it. I am now more convinced she put actual color instead of just this product. Other then that it didn’t work the first time I used it so I ended up putting a blue green semi permanent color to turn my hair ashy then used this to keep it ashy. It did help in that regard but I can still see the red. I did use the whole bottle and used for every shampoo but did not reach my desired look. I did order the regular red neutralizer I am hoping it works better I will see. I am a hairstylist so i am always trying products out to recommend to clients this is not one of them. On the plus side it does smell great. It’s a little drying but nothing a good quality conditioner can’t fix.

Didn’t change the tone of my hair at all. Not even slightly. I took before and after pictures in the same lighting, and even left it on longer than recommended. The YouTube video promoting this showing an example of what it does was very misleading and maybe this product only works on blondes. Very disappointed.

This product does the job. I reciently dyed my hair black and once I started noticing my natural brown show through I used this product about twice a week. Right after the shower I noticed my hair look back to its dark color. The biggest flaw is it's SUPER messy. The product itself is very runny so it's hard to get into your hair and gets all over the shower. Because of how difficult it is to use I feel like I'm wasting a lot of product.

I've recently purchased a Tinted Love Color Enhancing Treatment
Red Neutralizer. Which did absolutely nothing but enchanting more copper reds and warm undertone of my hair. I originally have a brown hair, my roots are dark brown and rest of my hair was ash light brown which I loved and wanted to maintain. That doesn't last because my hair goes brassy few weeks later. I was hopping the Tinted Love Color Enhancing Treatment Red Neutralizer would do that for me like how it claimed. It only made it worse. I'm crying inside. I care about my hair a lot and all I wanted was to have my ashy light brown hair back:( I don't know why I believed in e-salon, I usually don't trust online products.

Gosh, I am so bummed about this product as the reviews are incredible and I was so excited to try it and banish my pesky brassiness. While it did make my hair super soft, it also made it even more brassy. I read through the directions multiple times and followed them exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

This product is ineffective. It separates easily and does not leave your hair with any visible difference. It's also difficult to wash out and has a strong scent.

I was super excited when I heard about this product. Sadly, it did not do anything for my hair. I had a medium-dark brown balayage and it has gotten brassy with hints of red-orange. I tried this product in an attempt to tone my hair and get rid of that brassiness, but my hair looked exactly the same after three uses. First time, I used it for 2-3 minutes. Second time, I left it in for 10 minutes. Third time, left it in for 20 minutes. After all these attempts, nothing changed. Very disappointing.

The product seemed to darken my brassy hair some in darker lighting but when in bright light there was no difference. Not sure if it was just an illusion or I was hoping for darker hair. Some areas of my hair which previously had highlights turned blue I didn’t care about the blue as long as the orange was gone but it wasn’t truely. I would love to see before and after on actual hair to know the intended effect.

I used this product twice a week, according to directions, until it was gone. I kept hoping I would see some results “with just one more use” but I never saw a noticeable change in my color- no brighter or warmer golden tones in my warm light brown/dark blonde hair😥 I will DEFINITELY NOT be repurchasing this product.

Well my roots always come out orange, despite the esalon folks tweaking my color a few times. All this did was leave my roots orange and turn my ends green. Not exactly the desired result, will have to try yet another solution I guess!

I was really excited when I found out about this product. I have a natural orangey ginger root hair color that can look muted and dull, especially in the winter, so I wanted to find something that would enhance the orange and brighten the color just enough. I thought the golden copper would be the right shade based on the picture but it was too golden and not orange enough. It didn’t really do anything for my shade. Overall the product is nice and made my hair feel soft but this color just wasn’t for me. Kinda disappointed it wasn’t right, but I guess that’s the trial and error of it!

This product definitely turned my hair more pink than copper or mahogany. If you have any sort of lightened hair I wouldn’t recommend this color. I just hope the pink washes out soon!

got this after seeing a youtube video that this would reduce and remove red tones from brunettes however it barley did anything to my hair. first time i did exactly as the bottle said and left it for 2-3 mins and saw nothing so next time i left it in for 6 and 1/2 hours and only worked a tiny bit. disappointed, i was counting on this to work

This came with good reviews from hairstylist so I thought I would try it. My hair is a light ash Brown with gray. I used an ash dye to help eliminate the gray. My hair cane out with a lot of red tones. I've used an entire bottle of the red reducer and saw zero results. Very disappointed.

I had very high hopes for this product to remove the copper and red tones in my hair. My natural medium brown hair was previously highlighted...it had gotten too blonde looking for my preference so I recently had an overall Demi permanent chocolate brown done at the salon. As it begins to fade, SO MUCH copper and red is showing through. This product did absolutely nothing to neutralize it. On the other hand, at least it didn't turn it an unsavory color or shade....it just simply didn't do anything. I also found the smell to be very, very strong and it gave me a headache the three times I tried it. The smell lingers in the hair for a full day after use. I am glad it works for others, but it didn't do anything for me.

I purchased this product as I was told it would remove red and brassy tones, the product turned my hair darker and more red, which is not what I wanted. it also dried my hair out. this product was not right for my type of hair.

I used this 5 times now and I haven't seen a difference in my hair. I have a dark balayage and this product turned some of my blonde at the bottom of my hair BLUE. I tried to only wash the top of my head with this, where it's brown/brassy, but some of it must have got onto my ends. I wish I would have known it could do that! I was really looking forward to this product working but I'm not sure that it is.

I bought both the soft red neutralizer and the red neutralizer to try since I have a wide range of color from dark brown to blonde. I’ll start off by saying, there are things I do like about this product. Such as the scent, the ease of applying it, the shine it gives your hair after using it. What I didn’t love, was the color it turned my hair (which was the main reason I bought it). I have dark brown hair with blonde balayage, and while it did remove my brassy color from the blonde, it also gave it a blue/green hue, which is understandable since its neutralizing the brass. What I wish is that it would’ve gotten rid of the brass while not casting a blue/green hue on it. I applied it exactly as directed. I do like the color it deposited on my brown hair, just not the blonde so much. The soft red neutralizer gave less of a blue/green than the red neutralizer. But I wish one or the other would have really exceeded my expectations and that wasn’t the case.

I was so excited to try this product, but unfortunately the chocolate brown color isn't dark enough. My hair is dark brown, almost black, and it made my roots more bronze brown. It would be awesome on medium brown hair, but not dark colors to black like the description says. I'm going to have to try the darkest brown color next.

This is great for keeping my color revved up between colorings, but beware - it’s very hard on hair, especially in the winter. I used it 2-3x per week per the directions. I hated how coarse it left my hair after I rinsed it out. Even conditioner didn’t completely fix it. After a few weeks, I noticed that I was shedding more than usual and my hair felt thinner. I cut back to once a week, but my hair didn’t recover until I quite using it completely.

Upon purchasing I did not receive the tracking number for my order although it was supposedly shipped, after 20 days nothing. I wrote to the customer service who said the package never shipped, they offered to ship it again, without giving a tracking number. The product never came. Do not recommend at all

This dripped all down in my eyes, even though I wrung out my hair prior to using. Doesn't work for me.

Good but really runny

This should come with a warning to shake for a very long time on arrival as it seemed to separate in transit. Two very distinct bits - one really golden coloured and extremely watery and one more the texture of shampoo. When I opened it - and I did give it a shake beforehand - a lot of the watery gold colour stuff came out on its own. It was so runny that it wouldn’t stay in my hand, which made it difficult to close the lid without losing the stuff I’d got out. Which was no good on its own anyway. Soooo having given it a thorough shaking - for a good 2 mins each time - when I use it now it’s really good. And probably would be a lot better had I not wasted a lot of the colour element. It doesn’t leave your hair dry and sticky like some colour depositing shampoos do, and you don’t need to use loads of conditioner after, which is nice. It smells good. And it definitely adds some colour to my blonde hair which tends to go ashy really fast. I’d have given it the full star rating if it wasn’t so difficult to use because of needing to be mixed. Probably better out of a pump action container rather than a tube. Or just maybe make it a little less runny

I was SO disappointed. This product did absolutely nothing. In fact I think it made my color look worse. I would love to send this back for a refund.

Didn’t really do much to my hair

My hair had very red tones which I wanted to get rid of or reduce. Bought this based on reviews (it wasn’t cheap when u added the postage) but it didn’t do anything to the red tones. My hair felt fine if a bit dry after using it but I still have the halo of red when I stand under a light or in the sun. A bit disappointed but I am learning to love my red.

I got the purple Tinted love, hoping to get a purple-pink hue on my dark blond hair. Absolute nothing happened at all. Zero, nada, zilch. I even tried a strand straight on dry hair, undiluted...and nothing happened.
