Colored my hair 3 weeks ago and it's already fading awayNot too happy after spending $25. I always color the gray areas first and proceed from there. I wore a hat outside so the sun would not bleach it out. I use a color guard shampoo. I've been using your product a while now and I'm losing confidence in it. Unsatisfied with the productUsually I don't like to write negative reviews, but I have this time. The product was so strong that not only burnt my skin but it also broke my hair. I have very thick hair and now in the front my hair is so damaged. Plus the coverage of the roots was only for barely 3 weeks like every other color. The color itself was not medium blond at all, but it was kind of blonde more orange/red and I don't like red. I'm very disappointed. Product is so strong that I could not use the 3rd box. nice colour but not what I asked forI asked for a light ash brown and got what I would describe as a medium golden brown. I knew it was wrong straight away, when I was washing it out the water was a mustard colour, I would have thought that since I asked for a very cool ash colour it would have had more of a purple pigment. DisappointedI'm really confused why the directions were so adamant that I only cover and process the roots then simply rinse through and leave on the rest for 1 min. The result is the middle and ends of my hair are yellow because the red in the last dye has rinsed out while my roots are a pinkish color. not Happy with this Change!I did enjoy the initial darker mahogany adjustment to my initial shade but it proceeded to change and to lighten quickly and now is too brassy. Brassy is not something I enjoy. Highlights are still visible but overall I am not pleased. Disappointing hair colorI was very disappointed in the hair color that I received from E Salon. First of all, I very specifically said that my roots were hard to cover. The color that was sent gave me an orangy color at the root and is already starting to fade and it's only been a week! The base hair color was supposed to have a tint of violet and I see NO violet color in my hair. And when I made the order, i was made to believe that I would be receiving 2 bottles of hair color.... 1 to use right away and one for later use. Not the case. E Salon sends one bottle for the roots and one bottle (the free one) for the ends. So am i to assume that IF (big IF) I make further purchases that I will have to purchase 2 bottles each time? Did not cover greyI only have a few grey hairs but they are in my part line and at my temples. Maybe 5-8 on top and 3-4 at temples. My main reason for coloring my hair is to cover these. Not enough dye to cover the amount of hair and it washed out within 2 weeksTheir products are great and easy to use!! However for me I have extra thick hair!!! Color did not stay!!!!!I ordered a permanent color, because I had my hair permanently colored burgundy. I wanted my natural color back. My hair is now still burgundy from the middle portion of my hair down. You can not tell that I permanently colored my hair back to my natural color. It did not last!!!!! Very disappointed, and don't want to be a customer anymore!!!!! You charge $24.90 for color that don't stick. consistent color but fades quicklyThe color is great and looks the same each time I color my hair--but, it doesn't act like a permanent shade. It fades to a mousey brown after 2 weeks or less. I was using semi-permanent shades before going to esalon, and I may go back since there's no color advantage to staying with this group. Also, buying color locally is a lot cheaper! Good color - bad smellI liked my first color treatment but was frankly scared to try again, because it had such a heavy ammoniac smell when I applied to my whole head of hair. Also felt the instructions were misleading as to application on my roots. Going to do it my own way next time and see if I get a better result. Great colour - not enough grey coverageHi. This is my second application and I really love the colour. The only issue is grey coverage. The first application, I followed instructions but it definitely was not long enough. The second time, I left it in a bit longer ( I thought maybe I was over anxious the first time) but there is still a lot of grey that was not covered and after the first wash, there is more grey showing. Needed more copperAt first the color had a slight copper/red tone that quickly faded. Now after a few weeks there is no red at all. totally diappointedI had just colored my hair before receiving my first order. So I finally tried it last night. It was so much work, messy, and now I have stains on my shower walls. Then when I dried my hair, I have a 2 toned head. Major red in my hair. (only buy color that has natural in the name). too dark. Then to top it off, did not cover white stubborn hairs at ears (that is main reason I tried this). Since they shipped me a second one before I could even test the first one. I am stuck with it. I didn't find any difference in the two products except that my hair did not come out as soft and shiny as when I use the boxed color from the store and that color costs less. Will not cover grey hairsI've tried now 3x to use your product and it still does not successfully cover my grey hairs. I have been told in the past that unfortunately my greys may be color resistant and for this reason I think I will discontinue unless a stronger formula can be provided. A little disapointed!I received a product back in January and put it on my hair, it was a lovely vibrant colour. I found that it was not as shiny, nor did it stay as well as my salon job. We just applied the new one and my daughter pout it on last night. There is o way that this was the same shade as my last product, or what I ordered. My hair was dark brown. I do not see any red in it at all! I am not happy with the product this time and will not purchase again unless you make amends and send the same product that I received last time. I would also like explanation as to why the product is different? If your product is not going to be consistent then it will not suit me to purchase. I'm not a happy camper!My hair look darker than the color that I had. I went form only dye my root, to dye my hair completely in order to have the same color. Something was not quiet right at the moment to find and match the color. I uploaded and send my pic during the account setting. So, I don't know what really happen. But, I'm not a happy camper. Couldn't use itReally gutted ..my colourist was amazing and we chatted and sorted out what would be the best colour for me, was so excited to get my childhood red hair back..I did the patch test and the smell was so strong and it effected my eye for a few hours..so figured out I was possibly allergic, didn't use it.
