Not satisfiedI was looking for a light ash brown, dark ash blonde. My color turned out too dark and ORANGE, golden/brassy. I even used the toner rinse. This is the WORST hair color I have ever used. I didn’t even have enough color to saturate like I would’ve liked. I’ve honestly got better results with box colors. It didn't even really color my gray. The more I look at it, the worse I feel! This is going to be expensive and time consuming to fix. Never ever again would I use this brand.I would upload a pic to show how awful it looks but I don't have the option. Good original color, doesn't lastI've been dying my own hair for years, with a variety of products. The color this product achieves is great. However, I would place it more in "semi-permanent." no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. hoping for longer lasting colorI initially liked the color but after a week I can already see gray roots on my crown. I'm disappointed with the staying power of this product. Good, but too red.The instructions and set were great, really easy to follow and got great coverage from it. There were two bottles , one for the roots and one for the length, I'm not sure if it was the colour I selected combined with my old balayage, but the top came out pretty much as expected and the length of my hair was very aubergine/red which is not what I was going for. I wanted a light brown/dark blonde with a red tinge, which I thought is what I had selected. I would also like a picture of the colour you've selected on the receipt, just so you can remind yourself what it's supposed to look like prior to dying. What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong. Not even close to the colour I wantedI had light brown hair and wanted to dye it ginger, bought this because it seemed like a nice concept but it’s just turned my hair dark brown with a hint of red. I even sent in photos of what my hair looked like and the colour I wanted so I’m not sure where it went wrong. dissapointedI knew my color would never look exactly like the picture (medium blonde, golden pearl). But with lots of grays in the roots and pale blonde hair I figured I stood a good chance of getting pretty close. My hair is now medium blonde with gold tones, the gold is mainly in my roots..but the warm, unusual violet tone from the picture just isn't there. I followed the instructions to the tee but no luck. Turned my roots orange!Disappointed. Whilst the packaging is really high quality and the product has left my hair in great condition I'm really unhappy with the colour. I sent photos of my 'before hair and was sent colour for my roots. I was after a pale ashy blonde to colour correct and blend with my outgrown highlights but what I now have is a very brassy/ ginger/ orange top and pale blonde highlights which were there to begin with. Never againI was very skeptical about this, but don't feel as I can safely see my hair stylist right now during the pandemic. They insisted I needed a light brown instead of a dark brown, and just as I suspected, it's too dark. I had specifically asked to speak to someone before they did the color, which I had thought was an option, and they ignored it. I also found it impossible to only do the two inches of gray while getting coverage all over--and so I no longer have any highlights. It's a dull boring light brown--oh, and my scalp is pink and it feels like I lost a TON of hair, something that's never happened to me before. I kept it on for exactly the 40 minutes recommended. So... bottom line extremely disappointed and can't wait to go back to a salon (safely) to get it fixed. In the meantime, I have to live with the worst hair color I've ever had since I started coloring my hair 25 years ago. (Please don't suggest a new color. Didn’t touch my greysA bought a colour a shade darker than my natural colour. I have no colour already in my hair but I do have a few greys coming through at the roots. Being new to ESalon I followed the instructions to the letter but to my surprise when I had finished styling I noticed that my greats were still shining through and my hair doesn’t really look much different. Medium blonde turned my hair orangeI asked to tune out the red/orange/brassiness of my current color and my roots are now orange! Disappointing Customer ServiceColour “shipped” Jan 21. Package has not moved since that date. Contacted eSalon and they did nothing. Just told me to wait. Checked my order again Feb 13th and still has not shipped out of their warehouse. Understand it’s covid but my roommate ordered after I told her how good the colour is and she got her’s in 7 days. THREE WEEKS and my order has not been shipped. Cancelling my subscription. Very disappointed. Would have been so easy for someone to care just a little and make a call on my behalf to see why my order isn’t moving. Maybe spend less time on convincing me you care by printing my name on a card and actually care by making sure I get my colour. Grey hair coverage was not like as beforeThis is the 2nd time i colored the roots of my hair and this time my hair color is not even covered even on the tiniest bits- it is still grey! DisappointedHi I ordered a warm beige and extra colour care shampoo and conditioner. The packs that everything came were promptly delivered and well presented and everything that was needed was in them. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the colour and the effect the colour had on the condition of my hair. The colour was much darker than I anticipated even though I followed the instructions exactly. I have never had as dark hair and it makes me look pale and drawn. The only thing it did was remove my greys. Regarding the effects of these products on the condition of my hair: I keep my hair well hydrated with Redkin hair products from my local salon. The hair colours they use are very gentle on hair. I have used the hair colour from esalon once and I have used the esalon colour care shampoo and conditioner twice. I wanted blonde I got brunette with redTerrible product, I got a totally wrong product from blonde to brown/red then after several washed went dark bright ginger. The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it. Liked it in the past, but won't be continuingI loved my color when it was a straightforward shade. The two times I've asked for something more unusual, it hasn't gone well. The recent order was frustrating enough that I've canceled the plan—I didn't trust the shade as mixed, and while I was told I could return it, it would have cost upwards of $20 in postage to do so. If you want a basic color, the system is great. If you want anything unusual or more experimental, the process isn't so easy or trustworthy. Not greatI don't think the instructions that were sent with my colour were right. In total I only left the colour on my hair for 15 minutes and the roots only got 5... My hair was patchy as some had developed longer, not only that but a week on and I am still getting colour coming out in the water when I am in the shower.
