The colour came out exactly as I hoped it would, much better than anything I've ever bought in store. Didn't feel like it did any damage to my hair either like some store-bought dyes do. I can't get over how reasonably priced this is for how effective and convenient it is too. Also arrives beautifully packaged with excellent instructions. This is a product and service to rave about!

I’ve been using esalon for a few months now, and I’m very happy with my color. It required a few tweaks in the beginning, which would of happened in salon anyway. I'm really excited that I've come across eSalon. I used to be a natural redhead but a couple of years ago I started going through menopause and my colour has darkened quite a bit which I hate. I've been using a colour from Schwarzkoff which is lovely but fades very quickly so I was happy to try something new. I came across eSalon on Facebook by accident and thought I'd give it a go.
From the start I've been very impressed. I have my own colour specialist called Celine who is just wonderful. I sent Celine a picture of my current colour which had been done 2 weeks beforehand and she adjusted the colour that I was going to be sent to me as she thought it would be too dark.
My order arrived the other day which was very exciting. I could tell straight away that the products are of a very high standard. After watching all the "how to" videos on Facebook I decided it was time. The end result wasn't as vibrant as I would have liked so I got in contact with Celine and included a picture of my hair with the colour I was hoping for. She replied back to me very quickly to advise that she would adjust my next order.
Even though the colour wasn't exactly what I would have liked, my hair feels really lovely and healthy. I was very impressed with the shampoo and conditioner that came with the colour so much so that Ive added it to my next order.
I highly suggest that if you do order from eSalon you watch the how to videos even if you regularly colour your hair, they have some fantastic tips which are very useful.
I can't wait for my next delivery.

Whilst stuck in a covid lockdown I've been at home watching new grey hairs sprout on a daily basis. I decided to try eSalon after reading many excellent reviews. It is by far the best at home hair colour. The custom blend is excellent - previous attempts to use supermarket hair dye like L'oreal have resulted in my hair being extremely dry and the colour turned out way darker than intended. Other dyes also sting my scalp. The eSalon colour is just right and my greys are covered. The formulation is gentle with no stinging on the scalp. The packaging for the products is excellent. I especially loved your video tutorials that I watched numerous times. Only thing is the shipping time was 17 days which is far too long. You really need to sort that out for international customers. However, based on the great results of this dye and that its excellent value, i will be purchasing again.

I am very pleased with this color. My concern was would there be enough product to cover my hair. My hair is shoulder length and very thick. Plenty of product to cover my hair.
I was surprised to see the developer. It is thick and pure white and creamy. Nothing like the retail stores and packaged products you buy at a retail store.

I can't rave about this enough. The application of colour was so easy with the tools I ordered and the dye is superb quality. My hair is super shiny and soft. The colour hasn't faded at all.

I have severe anemia which makes my hair VERY dry and brittle. I was using store brought colors but it just made my hair feel like rubber and even dryer! I have to say first of all it cover all my grays and my hair didn’t feel like rubber. The color was perfect!!

I have to admit after my first order I had serious doubts. My color was all wrong.

The questionnaire was comprehensive but simple to complete, the colour recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for.
Application was a breeze (although I did get help with the back of my head as I was too nervous to attempt on my own) and the colour is vibrant and blended into my roots perfectly!
Being in lockdown means that I don't have access to my regular hairdresser, but eSalon made doing my own hair easy and affordable!

This was my 46th Color Set, so you know I love it. I also wanted it just a little darker, and that's exactly what my colorist did. It came out just as I hoped it would. FIVE STARS as always.

Used the dye for the first time and I'm very pleased with it. Added bonus is it has no nasty chemical smell and leaves my hair feeling fresh clean and smelling lovely

My colour looks so natural it was easy to mix and apply with simple instruction's, no patchy areas. I am very pleased with my colour and will be continuing using this.
I am very pleased with my personalized brown ash shade the colorist mixed up for me that was to help cover up my reddish/orangy tint from the summer damage (sun/chlorine from swimming ) from prior highlights I had done at a salon , I've gotten so many compliments

At first, I thought, this is just another color, but after the first time I used the product, I new this was not one of the boxes you get from the store. You have more color and more coverage if you are grey and my hair felt soft and not dry, am very happy that I tried Custom Hair Color By ESALON. :}

Color looks great and seems to last longer on gray coverage than OTC products. Kit is nice w gloves, stain protector, shampoo & conditioner (which smell great). Pricier than OTC yet less than salon; I like it.

I was really impressed with my color this time. Covered my grays better and left my hair shiny and healthy looking. Have to figure how to do the last step of pouring water and color at end without making a mess.

My daughter coloured my hair, I thought it was too dark, but since washing several times it has lightened. I know I can get the colour tweaked if I want. It is a really great service that all the ladies at esalon provide , with easy to follow instructions.

I love everything about the kit, from how it smelled to the outcome. I trimmed the dead ends off before I colored, and it truly feels like I just got back from the salon. I can't wait for my next order.

Best DIY coloring set

This was first time to colored my hair by myself. I made a mess in my bathroom sink lol. However the color covered my grays and brought life to my hair. After my hair dried I did not see the change. I notice a more balance to my hair in a day or two. I’m looking forward to doing this again and I will cover my sink with an old towel.

I used my colour this morning, Saturday, I only ordered it on wednesday! It was easy to apply and has successfully blended in the few grey strands and the orangey hue that a shop bought colour had given my hair. I now have shiny light brown hair, I will definitely continue to use my custom colour.
