I was recently complimented on my color, highlights and low lights. No one would believe that I didn't have low lights and hadn't highlighted my hair in months. Secondly, they were slow to believe I did it myself. My answer: Believe it! Do it yourself! It's easy! The color and directions are customized. The tools and products offered are professional and inexpensive. The color covers gray and lasts weeks/ months longer than store box brands. One of the best investments I've made!
This was my first DYI for hair coloring and I am very impressed! It was clean, pleasant, easy and my roots are gone! The color you sent was spot on. As I had light and dark highlights, this root touch up could address only one (dark blonde). I will still need periodic salon trips but I am very grateful to save so much money in between! I had ordered the custom hair color kit months ago but never got up the nerve to do it. Months had gone by and finally I decided to just "DO IT". I was terrified that it would be obvious that I had colored my hair. But my 19 year old looked at me when she saw me the next day and said "I don't know what you did today but you look 15 years younger". The color match to my original hair color is amazing. My hair looks healthier and has a luster to it that had been gone for years. It is an amazing product
I’ve tried many hair colors over the counter and nothing covered my gray or gave me the color that I wanted. I have a long thick hair and pay quite a bit of money to have my color done at the salon. I just couldn’t see paying that kind of money constantly to have my hair done. So I decided to try the salon and boy am I glad I did. I’m not sure why other reviews aren’t good, but I will always give five stars. It is just as easy to use as the color out of the box from the store. But the color is better, lasts longer, and completely covers my gray and is absolutely beautiful. I get compliments all the time. I don’t have a problem with losing any of my hair or any other issues that people have commented about in the past. I recommend this E-salon product to everyone! I have it auto shipped so that I am never without my color. It is affordable, easy to use and my color is beautiful and I can even change it or add highlights whenever I want.
I wear my hair very short in a traditional fade. The color looks natural and gives me great coverage. Also, my hair feels soft and conditioned. One bottle was good for 3 color treatments. I did my treatments once a month. Thank you.

This was by far the best, creamiest home hair color I've ever used. My grays never get covered even in the salon! I have wiry gray hair! I love how it hilighted my hair due to the different shades it was. I have gotten many compliments on it!

I have fine straight blonde hair. When I use to get my hair done professionally within a couples of weeks I could see the gray! Same with Sally's hair colors and box hair color. Right about the 5-6 week, my hair starts doing it's own thing, then I know it's time for a hair color. It hinds the gray awesome!

I love the color and the feel of my hair. It is not dry at all. I have very thick hair that is sometimes difficult to color, even at salons in NYC. I left the product on for the recommended time with wonderul coverage and rich coloR.
I love the ease of getting my color via the mail and how easy it is to use! I have been a "redhead" most of my life and this product resists fading and getting brassy!!
This month I changed my color and was happier with the results. Before, I had my color too brassy and changing to a darker/warmer color and still staying in the red family looks much better.

I like the richness of the color and that there is ample amount to cover all roots plus finishing the rest of the hair. I also like the silkiness left after using the conditioner.
I Love my hair color so much! My first formula was a little too dark with not enough golden tones. They lightened it slightly and added a touch more golden and now its perfect! I was worried you would be able to tell that my roots are now a different color than before, but you can't! It blended nicely and looks great!
The kit is awesome...directions were very easy to follow...the color smells nice and it didn't irritate my scalp at all...the color took great and and didn't fade much at all....can't wait for my next kit!!

I was so sceptical that I didn't try the product for a few months. I had been to hair stylists who could not capture the color I wanted so I didn't believe that eSalon could either. I thought, " this is crazy...try it"! I had a dear friend to apply it and the color was perfect!. Each touch-up application exceeds my expectations. I will use no other hair color product! I have very stubborn gray sideburns, and the gray was not completely covered on my first try. However, my eSalon stylist is working with me on that issue.
I am so glad I didn't spend $100+ at a salon to color my hair! The kit was easy, the customer service prompt and personal (THANK YOU for being a business that personally responds to emails, it's amazing! And the shipping was so fast [although I do also live in LA so it's not too far, but still!]). It was super easy to apply and pretty fool-proof as far as missing any strands of hair goes, it totally coated my whole head. Plus I had plenty of dye left over and I have rather long hair. Also it made my hair insanely glossy and soft, which I have gotten major compliments on. I honestly don't think my hair could get shinier, it's like a commercial. I love it, thanks e-salon!
I have had the same beutician for eight years. I am 65! When she cut my hair this week, she stopped and studied my hair then asked "do you color your hair?" She wanted to know what product had my hair looking so healthy and the color so natural. That says it all. This is a high end salon. I can always count on eSalon.
So.... I finally used the color. I think I was putting it off because I was nervous about it not turning out well. Any time I used store-bought dark blonde it ended up looking orange-y and fake, but this color is really lovely! I'm very impressed! This is really nice neutral shade that beautifully compliments my skin tone. The colorist did a great job! Now I can't wait for the highlight product to come out :D THANK YOU!
So far I think the color lasts longer, fading less. This was my first time to use but will try it again as it seems better off than the shelf product. Will wait until I try again before adding a star!

My hair started to grey in the 6th grade, my mother started coloring my hair when I was in 7th grade. As I aged I found it very difficult to cover the grey with store products. Leaving me a salon bill of over $100 every few weeks. This product has excellent coverage. I am very happy and have recommended the product to friends.
Just colored it and i love ❤️ the color!😀 Sorry i took so long to try it but had knee surgery and could not get out of bed! I'll order the same color u made for me when i need it! Can't remember the name who made up the color for me but want to give her a great big hug 🤗 and thank her for a perfect 👌 color for me, Susan

Well what can I say...my first order was lost in post but I called and a very helpful young man (English) apologies didn't note your name was on the case and ten days later my personalised colour arrived. Was unusual way of using two bottles one for roots and another for rest of hair but my hair looks great very soft and shiny (despite my curls) this is now my go to salon fir colour as many years of colouring after my natural colour was bleached by the sunshine of a few holidays I am finally back to my real colour again thank you so much for the advice and customising my colour. Very pleased with result. Lynne xx

Recently had to cut finances and trimmed my delivery of your color temporarily.
I was excited to receive my shipment the other day. I just did my touch up and feel and look awesome again! Your products are superior and so is your customer service.
This is one of the best hair colourants I have used in a long time, have a few white hair round hairline , all other products after a few washes it shows through but e-salon products have not, Iv'e been on holiday also and after a week in the sun using all the products I purchased especially the colour enhancing treatment my hair is still looking vibrant , shiny and healthy.
Decided to try this hair color product to just see what it was like.. This is a Gem.. I will never buy store bought hair color again.. It colors the grey and adds a lovely highlight of color to my hair.. pleasing..very pleasing..
