I was a bit sceptical at first, changing from blond to copper but I shouldn’t have, my son applied the colour, yes you heard, my son, he’s never carried out a procedure like this and wow, he did really well, well done Scott!! The colour came out as described on the box 📦, thanks eSalon 🙋♀️
Great instructions that were easy to follow. Due to the pandemic, I wanted to color my hair at home. It turned out great even though my husband who did the coloring had no past experience!

Having been in self-isolation since March with no end in sight, as well as our Service Dog having had 4 days of beauty with our groomer-it was time. My sister-in-law informed me she had recently placed an order with your company & loved the end result. I had to take the plunge & am very happy I did. I coerced my husband to apply the color by informing him that Brad Paisley was video-taped applying color to his wife's hair-LOL.
I have only one question, my sister-in-law and I were unaware of your referral program. I would have had her send me an invitation and I would have informed my friends (1 of which immediately accessed the website and set up her profile. My question is, will you honor the referral to us after the order has been placed?

My hair colour is amazing...so natural and shiny and people actually stop me in the street and ask where I get my hair done! I like a light brown conker colour but before it was either to dark and dyed looking or too blondey and nothing looking...I wanted the light brown depth I had when I was at school...about a 100 years ago....But after thousands of pounds I just gave up...But when lockdown happened I couldn't go to the hairdresser and pay a fortune for something I didn't want...So started with Esalon..I am quite fussy and constantly changed and tweaked my first 3 orders ..and now I finally have the deep but light brown goldy looking hair I have been trying to achieve for years...and finally no more changes..Hair isn't that important in the whole scheme of things but it's a good place to start...Sarah

Initially, I had hesitation when ordering this, thinking it was like the box colors at the store. WrOnG! I followed the directions & used the moisture shampoo & conditioner that was included. Was quite surprised at the quality of these products. My color is exactly how it looks at the physical salons! Never has a box color matched my shade or left my hair so smooth. Love, LOVE eSalon!!
The products came beautifully packaged with personal name labels on the bottles. A very clear step by step guide to follow and little well considered touches like two pairs of gloves and a sticker to tape the instructions to your mirror. The colour itself came out very rich and glossy just like a good salon colour would. I was so happy with the results I have ordered again!
Coloured my hair last night roots and ends as instructed.
My hairdresser in Sassoons seemed really impressed said the colour was really good.

My hair looks great, feels great, and the color lasts a long time! I went 6 weeks, and it was really the sparkle in my roots that forced me to touch up. The ends still look great!
The product is worth it, but the company itself will keep me coming back. Its customer service is PHENOMENAL. I had an issue with an order. I was able to email and call. Both got quick responses. The email was personal to me, not an auto response. She was able to help me solve the problem quickly with no hassle. I felt valued as a person not just a customer!

So easy to use, from start to finish. Everything is there for you in your box with easy instructions. My hair was so soft after colouring and the colour is absolutely lovely. It's given my hair a new lease of life!
I love the kit, I have never done my own hair my husband usually helps me but with the instructions i figured id finally give it a go myself and it was super easy...a little messy but has amazing color coverage and the color was perfect for my skin tone its been almost 2 weeks and the color is still as bold as day one.

This product is amazing. I have never dyed my hair at home before and this was really simple. My only mistake was not requesting being more specific with the colour. My natural hair colour is strawberry blonde. My hair looks a little darker that normal but still amazing.
I love this product and my stylist. It’s easy to order and they really listen to you. I have been complimented so many time that I make sure I am telling everyone who and where I get my supplies. If I could give more starts I would. 10/10 stars on product , delivery and customer service

As far as the product and application of it, it was great! I will definitely be doing it again. Just need to make an adjustment of the final color, but love it.
I’ve used this product now for three months. I love the convenience of home delivery and the full coverage of my wisdom I have. The box of product has everything you need and is easy to use. I also striped a month and the process was simple to do. Might try changing the color and see how that works. Can’t say it enough how wonderful this product is!!!
I can't believe I can color my own hair, at home, without issues. In the past I have really messed up my color and swore I would never do this again but Covid 19 forced my hand. I love this color better than what my hairdresser gave me...my hair tends to pick up red and she could never completely give me a red-free light brunette shade. I sent a picture, explained my hair and now I have a natural, light brown color without red undertones. I may never go back to a salon for color again! I may try the highlights, too.

I have grays and my hair color used to fade in the sun but this stays true to its color and has excellent shine. It covers all my grays without issue as well.
I have used this for over a year now. It is affordable, easy to use and covers well. It has been a life saver with the Covid outbreak. No gray roots here.

This was a great experience. The colour was adjusted from the one I had chosen as the stylist said it wouldn't suit and changed it. I had sent in photos of how my hair currently looked. I've had lots of compliments on my new colour. It was easy to apply. I will definitely be doing this again.

So fortunate and nice to have salon results for the price of home color but the results of an expensive salon color. Long lasting color applied by yourself at home with the support of professionals ready at any time available to help if needed and great quality products.
I was very impressed by the set which came in a lovely personalised box,was set out beautifully and gave clear instructions. The colour was superb and I was very pleased with the results.
With just an online description of what I wanted, my colorist developed the perfect color for me. In these days when I cannot visit my usual stylist, I am happily surprised to find I can keep my color looking perfectly fresh!
I need a bit lighter with more of a red tint. But do think it better then store bought. Willing to try it again and anxious to see how long it lasts. Just used for first time 2 days ago. Made hair silky. Hope it continues to do the job.
I love the color match! I sent a picture and it matches perfectly. My color is lasting 5-6 weeks which is new growth. The ends are not accumulating any buildup following the expert directions.
Love this haircolor! I was using a pro stylist before covid. I was hesitant to order, but this color quality is awesome. It really covers my grey and coverage lasts longer than what I was paying $100 a month for in the salon. So happy with my results. Directions are easy to follow and they send the right supplies to get the job done. Be sure to attach a photo of the hair color you want for best results. I didn't, and first order was a little bit off from what I wanted but I still got a great result. I sent my colorist a photo and it is spot on now.
This has been a really pleasant experience for a couple of reasons. First, my colorist has been wonderfully patient in working with my pictures and with me to get the color just right. Second, the color IS just right and the end result is great. I'm now able to do my own color at home, and I find it so convenient and reasonably priced.

Took a couple trys ,but I really love my color now. I even went to my hairdresser for my first cut since covid I was wondering what she was going to say about my color....She said it looked good !! I think the colorists at e-salon colorists really listened to me and develops a great color for me! Also customer support is awesome
Esalon has a great product in their hair color, it made my hair shinier, gave my hair more body, and basically looked healthier than before coloring. The color I picked came out a little darker and redder than I would have wanted, but my personal salon specialist is currently working on a new color that is more personalized to what I want. I loved the Alterna shampoo and conditioner packets that came in my kit, and plan on purchasing these products for life! The kit came with easy-to-follow instructions, and I loved that the root color and ends refresher came separately because it makes the color have a more magnificent finish. I will definitely continue to purchase Esalon's products, services, and, specialty advice because you really get salon-quality products, at home, for a decent price. I hope the next color is more toward the color I want, I even posted pictures for my personal colorist so that I can get a more customized look that will fit my current hair situation. I think everyone should try Esalon for themselves just to find out how much better hair care and color can work for you at home without all of the hair mistakes and drug store disasters. I promise you will not be disappointed, and if your color doesn't suit you, then you can talk with your stylist to get the color that will work for you.
As a male redhead, I had huge doubts about colouring my hair. Would it have an odd reaction and dye it an unusual colour? Not with eSalon!
