I was uncertain ordering a "cool" shade, I did NOT want a greyed out ashy look, but my complexion runs cooler so I thought I'd give it a shot. The color was actually gorgeous! A perfect cooler rich chocolate brown, perfect for fall and winter. Application was easy, if you've ever dyed your hair at home this technique is no different, but the materials are much better than your usual drugstore box dye set. My only gripe would be the excessive packaging for everything, it does look rather posh but I'd personally rather have less garbage than pretty boxes. But it WAS very pretty.

I've been using this for 2 years now. It's very simple to order and to make any adjustments you wish to your color. The color is exactly what I desired and my hair seems to be much healthier. Easy to apply, great instructions and fabulous customer service that responds quickly to any questions or adjustments. I get so many compliments on my hair....I'm in my mid 40's and my hair is shiny, it's soft, no frizz, not dried out and doesn't look like I color it or overprocess it. Highly recommend!

Love the color. Totally love the personalized assistance. My first box was a bit darker than expected but no problem they adjusted the color and now I’m in love. My only complaint is my grays at the temples don’t seem to hold the color for more than a week and a half to two weeks. Other than that I am happy with this product.

I recently started having an allergic reaction (breathing problems too), using OTC hair dye. I’ve always used L’Oréal or Garnier. So I purchased the non ammonia eSalon. Omgosh, I am so satisfied with this product. My hair is super shiny & soft. I do not mind paying a little bit more for a fantastic hair dye.

I'm 48 and have a fair amount of grey in my dark blonde hair. I was nervous about about permanent color because my hair is so long, but this was so easy! I absolutely love the results. My hair looks so beautiful and though my grey isn't completely gone, it blends perfectly and overall makes my result look more natural. I'm sold.

So happy with my colour, easy guide on how to choose what suits your skin tone plus the tutorial on how to apply, really helps. My hair seems in better condition now that I've steered away from over the counter.

I love esalon colour service. Great colour and shine.
The color came out really well. I thought my roots were a little lighter, but that could just be because they were grown out a little. It’s been almost a month and the color is still vibrant. It’s grown out very slightly, but it’s hardly noticeable. Best of all it didn’t ruin the texture of my hair like other dyes. Even better I didn’t have to leave my house to get it done!

I called with concerns my soft black was not covering my roots and had a burgandy undertone I was not satisfied with. This seems to have a true soft black finish. Happy so far. Will leave longer next time in hopes it will have better coverage on my gray roots.

I love the colour kits, from getting 2 pairs of decent gloves, to the easy to follow instructions it makes colouring easy.
I am slowly changing my colour lighter and it's no trouble at all.
It matches my natural colour so well I can go 8 weeks between colours without the bad root line showing and it covers my greys.
I worked with my colorist to get just the right blend- the demi permanent color is ideal for my root growth and helps blend into my highlights softly as it grows. Looks so natural. I have received more compliments since I have been using eSalon color on my roots + highlights then I have ever with my very previous very pricey salon foil hi lights. Highly recommend!

My first colour was quite dark for me so I emailed the team and they sent another out really quick! This colour is fab!!!! Great match to my colour but tones it down just enough .. I'm now going to see how long it lasts .. I'm pretty happy on my first attempt .. they seem really nice and helpful and hopefully the colour will last and no more fluffy bleached hair for me!! This is easy to use (even for a clutz like me). The color was darker than I wanted but customer service is great and is recalibrating the color for next time. My hair is soft and vibrant. I love eSalon. I’ve been using eSalon for years now. When I find a product with absolute certainty of results, ease of application and outstanding consistent results I am loyal to eSalon. That it’s delivered on time to my door, well, it can’t get better than this. For those who like to ‘change things up’, if done in time, eSalon has that flexibility as well! The cost is reasonable especially when one compares it to a brick and mortar Salon colorist. I tried that and not only was it TRIPLE the cost, the results were never consistent in color reliability to application reliability. eSalon out shines the competition for me!

I spoke to the team, to ensure that the colour and coverage was right for me. The response from the team was excellent even with a personal phone call. The colour is beautiful and rich and lasts for weeks.
I used a custom color from E-Salon for the first time & I am SO HAPPY with the results. My hair normally tends to turn very brassy so I had them send me a color that wouldn’t turn orange. I used medium ash brown. My hair is just a tiny bit darker than my current color but no brassiness. I am so glad that I can use this color now instead of paying so much at a salon. Everything was included in the kit, color, color brush, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, & stain remover. Such an affordable and amazing product. Love, Love, Love!

I am a stay at home mama and it was really hard for me to find a day to work me into my old stylist schedule and the cost wasn’t helping anything either.
When I ran across this I was super excited to try it. It’s affordable and I loved that it is professional and not regular box dye from a store.
The instructions were easy to follow and I have never dyed my hair myself before now and it was so simple and I just can’t stop saying how much I love it!
My colorist is awesome, I loved that she was super helpful and asked me what I wanted before she did anything. Great customer service gave me everything I needed for my first round and explained why she suggest doing something to help my hair be what I was wanting.
Oh and the shipping was super fast!!
If you are looking for something affordable, simple and of great quality I highly suggest giving eSalon a try.

I was scared to do it myself since it was my first time using this product. And my hair is dark and thick and wasn’t picking up hair dye. I thought no way this works. This stuff is the real deal and no more huge salon prices. Very happy with my color and results at home.
