My custom color is perfect! My store bought color usually came out too dark and took a few days to fade down to the color I wanted. This was a totally different experience! The color looked great immediately after washing and styling. My hair looks much healthier too. Very happy I made the switch.

Genevieve mixed my color and what a beautiful job she did! This is a blend of my natural colors. I’m a light golden blonde with red tones. I am so happy with the results of my eSalon colour! My last purchase of colour seemed “off,” from the previous orders. I applied the product and noticed that the colour didn’t take. I phoned customer service, and without any hassles, a new kit was promptly mailed out. The agent was kind and courteous. I applied the new delivery and the results are 100% gorgeous! I have been blonde all my life. When I took the test to see what colors goes with my skin color I was surprised it said mahogany. I had always wanted red hair but was to afraid. I took a chance and OMG I love my hair color. I have gotten a lot of complement on it.

This was the easiest and best color brand I’ve used. I’ve been coloring my hair for years, at home and the salon, and I’m extremely happy with this company. It didn’t stain my skin, easy to wash out and didn’t stain my shower. The gloves actually fit my hands. My hair doesn’t feel dried out like other brands have done. Overall, amazing! Definitely will be recommending.

I seem to be in between light brown and medium brown, so I have been buying two colors at target and mixing. I tried Madison Reed but couldn't get a brown without so much red in it. I love the medium brown I have tried twice. It seems to match perfectly. I am happy with e salon and would recommend them.

Finally got the colour I've always wanted from a salon but never had. Love that it matches with my own hair perfectly so looks more natural. Looks great añd had lots of compliments from people. Love the way the package was personalised too...10/10 from me. If I could rate more than 10 I would...very happy indeed!
This was the first time i colour my hair at home and not at the salon. I was very nervous and scared the colour would be too bright as i tend to get “hot roots” The colour is perfect!
I prefer it over my salon colour. Application was somewhat easy , I’m sure i will get quicker with practice.
The smell of the product was actually pleasant unlike the horrible smell from the salon. I will be using eSalon from now on. Thank you

I was super nervous to do this as I’ve always only went to a salon but to my surprise it turned out well! I did have some help with the back since it was my first time. It took longer than intended due to me going so slow and having longer hair. I think next time I will be able to be faster. I’m so glad I took a chance and did this. My hair is so shiny and soft now! My hair is grey and I have been trying to get a light reddish gold color. I've been working with my colorist over five orders and the roots were too bright compared to the shaft. I almost gave up but decided to try one more time. Am I glad I did! We had to have one color for the roots and another for the shaft and this time it was perfect! Hang in there and give your feedback if you're not happy. They listen and eventually you'll get what you want.

I like my color! The directions were very easy to follow and I think it turned out well. Although next time I will probably order both the custom color and the custom ends refresher because the one bottle was barely able to cover everything. If you have a lot of hair like me you’ll probably need two bottles.

The colour isn’t yet what I want but must say I love it! Carefully blended to obtain exactly what I requested for… get rid of the red and go towards a chocolate shade. Well balanced and easy to use, did not damage my hair or my scalp ( as any other hair dye would have done as my scalp is really sensitive). On top of everything it came personalised and the attention to details blew me away! I am incredibly happy I have discovered them. Their customer service and attention to detail is spot on! I have very little experience when it comes to coloring my hair, but with eSalon's easy to follow directions and the help from an experienced colorist, ugly mistakes were avoided. My color is just beautiful, and what I love the most is that some people see a subtle change, but they can't put their finger on it! I love this hair colour. I always get compliments about it.
Color and grey coverage are great. Happy for the customization and ability to adjust my formula. Admittedly, my own technique needs improvement which will come with practice. Videos very helpful. Happy to have the customization for the bottom and ends which accommodated my previous color and means that I won't get an obvious growing out line over time as my esalon hair color supplants my previous drug store color.

ESalon and I worked together to tweak my original color to an even better color based on my request to have more red and blonde in my 8 level medium golden blonde. Although I would like even more blonde or highlights in my hair, in general am so very pleased with the outcome of this new formula. It is close to my hair color in my 20's and appears very natural. THANK YOU.
After answering the questions during the order process, I just crossed my fingers hoping the color would be okay when it arrived. I was so pleased after using it for the first time. Beautiful rich color with no brassiness. Great grey coverage too!

I am a natural redhead,but as I get older, my hair fades.I have tried all major brands...sometimes with awful results. Too red too blonde too brown too orange !!!!
I thought I would try this as a final attempt....I wish I had tried this years ago. I am really pleased !!! It is the perfect color. I know red is the hardest to match, but you got it to match just right! Thank you.

The color was good on the 1st day. After a few washing’s it became perfect. No more $100 salon color!

I love how natural my tone is after a colour. I have used the cheaper brands and just looks fake. Whereas this leaves my hair looking healthy and doesn’t look dry.
I just tried the color today and Fall in love with the color , leave my hair very shine and soft, very manejable too. Will continue using the products but changing to every 3 weeks.
I also Like the kit very cute.

Like the subscription very much. Color is great. Product does not contain tons of ammonia. Covers greys reasonably well.
Would like to see continued reductions in packaging (perhaps ask each time what we want/need vs sending it all) and reduced plastic.

I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Directions were great, loved my results, and looked great for my event.

Kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and detailed. I am very happy with how the color turned out and have gotten many compliments. My biggest concern was covering my outgrowth and not ending up with "hot roots". The kit included both the color for the outgrowth and a separate color for the rest of my hair. It turned out great!

I got exactly the color I wanted, Mindy P.! Thank you so much! I've added the Camo Mist to this order because there is some gray around my face that was peeking out. I don't feel I need to change the schedule for the full set, as the rest of my hair is fine. If I can't tame the strays with the Camo Mist, I may have to change the schedule next time, but I'm great for now!
