As you get older and your skin tone changes, the color you use on a regular basis no longer suits your skin tone. I found adding a little more red really made my complexion look fresh again. I'm glad I'm able to have my color adjusted to suit my need

Colour is amazing .no horrible smell. Hair feels really healthy
I love my colorist solution, I have been using it over two years and I never came back to those drugstore colors. We have been working on my shade for quite a while, and meanwhile I tried lighter red, at the end of the day I came back for the very first color match, cause it is the most vivid one. So far so good. The colour is spot on. I will be interested to see if it fades on the grey which it has coloured Fantastically at the moment.
I have to Say though, it’s not easy to do it alone. I got loads up my arms!!
2nd lot came yesterday. This time my husband Did it for me. The colour is amazing. I just love it.
Update: I’m now on my 6th application. I have stuck with the same colour but the timings have been adjusted to fix my resistant greys. To be honest, I can’t actually see me ever going back to hairdresser after COVID! I just love this.
***added august 2022. I did go back to the salon after Covid but guess what....I'm back with Esalon. I suffered the salon for a few months but got sick of the inconsistency. So......I now get exactly the same colour every few weeks with E salon and my hair just shines and shines. Thank goodness.

The product was easy to use in my hair color looks really lovely definitely will keep using the gray coverage so far hasn't been great however nothing really seems to work on my thick coarse white "grays" my hair feels soft and the color they sent me looks beautifully matched with the rest of my hair. Overall very happy only used once and they've made some suggestions to try next time I color my hair to help cover the white hair better… Will continue to order

I'm an old gal of 57 & always dreaded colouring my hair. I stumbled upon eSalon & thought that I'd give it a go. I am glad that I did. The colour selection options are hugely varied but easy to navigate. The option to send a current pic of your hair is a bonus. You can convey additional info if you wish (I explained that I have a very pale complexion & formerly had dark brown hair & that my hair is now very fine). The kit arrived in good time. You receive your personalized colour, along with clear instruction & all the kit you need (& more) in order to successfully dye your hair.
Did they get it right? Yes. Without a doubt. The colour that I have received, is exactly as I hoped it would be (even my 76 year old Mum is impressed) & my husband loves it. I will continue to subscribe and would like to say a great big Thankyou ♥♥
The kit was very easy to use and my hair felt wonderful afterwards. To be frank I wasn’t sure about the color initially. It seemed a bit too red, but after all the compliments I received, how could I change it! And, after a couple days I grew to love it. I’m looking forward to my next order. Thank you eSalon!

Liked product, easy to use. This is the second time I have colored my hair using this product. I felt the color coverage did not last long enough. This color was perfect. It even grew out perfectly! It has not gotten brassy or dingy. I purposely picked a color that matched my natural hair so that I could let it grow out and stop coloring it altogether. I realize most women are here to keep coloring their hair, and if so, they have come to the right place, because eSalon’s hair color REALLY IS BETTER than store bought, including Sally’s!!! Whether you’re wanting to color regularly, or find a shade that lets you grow out your own color, eSalon is the best choice and I will always recommend them! It is SO HARD to find a color that doesn’t get ugly looking after a few weeks. And it’s almost impossible to try and match your own hair color! I am very impressed and happy. And if I change my mind about letting my natural color grow, I will definitely be right back here, to let eSalon help me pick out whatever color I’ve decided to try!

I feel like this is the best dye I have ever used, so easy and so quick to use. My colourist altered my colour as she thought my hair colour choice was slightly off and I must say I’m glad for the quick amendment. It came out really good. Although I think for my hair type I need to leave the dye to process for longer, but I’m very happy with the results

As it turns out, didn't cover the gray like I thought. I see a lot of reviews with the same problem I like the products but it's too much to pay for so-so results.
I have to say I was really nervous this time coloring my hair as it had been 20 years since I last colored hair. But I had some gray and wanted to try eSalon to see what the quality is. I love the product, it went on effortlessly and was not messy, which concerned me as I have MS and my dexterity at times and shaking but it went on easily thank you. It has not fully dried yet to see the color but I think it will be pretty with my natural color. Thank you for the quick shipment. I will be ordering again in the future.

From the semi permanent rinses and toners, to the touchup set with the developer, you guys have really helped me work with my silver hair when I know it's not a specific color you do. The little potions I make from all of the princes and semi permanent non-damaging things are actually keeping my cool silver boulder each time I use them, and that cannot be better for someone like me who plays around with their hair as frequently as someone might change an outfit before leaving the house –I have been of course looking into all of the incredibly beautiful silver spectrums for cool toned grays etc. and I'm just falling more and more in love with the lilac tints that I'm seeing really start to show up that are now dominating the previously more visible blue while my hair is in fading breaks between more color- so I want to go a little bolder!, and kind of boost up these cold pinks and purples that im starting to notice, and it looks like adding a bit of your guises Irish lilac color on the fantasy color pages list or something similar in this blend without changing anything else – I still definitely want to keep the same concentration of the cold ash tone blue that we have in there because that's what keeps the base going so my hair stays looking really icy ash but I've noticed after playing around with bits of pastel semi permanent color creams from other brands that the lilac streaks show up so beautifully blending and touching the blue in such a sweet, cold sun kiss. I just got my recent order yesterday. And with this tint rinse I got this time in the purple/pink sort of color I confirmed that it just washes in beautifully!! so, thinking of how beautiful a few drops of that would be for the permanent dye set as well to really add that extra flair :-)

I was very hesitant to dye my hair since it had never been processed with color before. I knew I wasn’t quite ready to go spend salon money so based on the great reviews online and how to videos, I decided to give this a shot. Not only was the process super easy, but the stylist team was extremely helpful in formulating the right color choice for me. The process was easy and while the color wasn’t an exact match to start, it still looked nice. I reached out to my stylist and she recommended one shade darker and sent me a whole other kit at no cost! I haven’t used it yet, but have total confidence that it will be another great experience!

I just tried eSalon for the first time. I had grays and root growth, with old color from a salon. I was nervous about getting everything covered and colored right. I could not be more thrilled! Roots and grays are gone, and my hair is one color, and it looks fabulous! I've been paying at least $150 for salon color for decades. I'm so glad I discovered this company!

This is a good product for the price. I didn't have time before my appointment with my hair dresser so I brought it to the shop and he did it for me. He loved the product toll me to keep buying it it was not harsh on my hair. I normally do my dying at home. Love the product get the correct color and the gray is gone.

I've been trying to achieve this shade with home color and with salon visits for a long time. And it never turned out to be what I was looking for. Until now. How the colorist at eSalon nailed it on the first color they sent out I will never know, but no matter how they got there, with little more than a picture of my then current colored hair, I am amazed and thrilled!

Great instructions, with everything needed in the kit. May need to re-evaluate the color for the next coloring, but the gray is all gone. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling not over-processed at all.
