I was really impressed with the presentation and personal touch to my first order. The colour turned out great for a first attempt. I have just ordered another colour with a slight change can't wait to try it and see the result.
Honestly I waited a because I was nervous about doing it myself, but it is so easy and turned out great! I have to say that I skimmed through the directions and did it quickly, like I do everything else, but it still ended up looking awesome!

After moving to a new state and finding out how expensive salon prices are compared to what I am used to, I’ve decided to start coloring my hair on my own. So after a bunch of great reviews, and the nifty questionnaire profile to determine your hair color, I chose to go with the esalon. Boy am I happy I did!! Although my hair is a little darker than I’m used to, My hair is definitely healthy & shiny! I do not have the hair loss I did when going to a salon (bleach) and it’s actually growing back “Finally”. I have to say I was very skeptical about this product, but so far has been an awesome experience!! Everything from the choices, the directions, the PRODUCT, and the best is the customer support!! They get you in touch with colorists who know what they are doing! I went from very light blonde to a golden mahogany and it came out great, oh and I must mention that my hair goes down past my bra line! That's not to say my earlier results weren't good, they were; I've been very happy with eSalon from the start -- but my hair is changing as I age!
I gave my colorist the exact formula my hair stylist had been using on me (a specific dark red/burgundy) and they nailed it! The color came out looking exactly like it did after a salon visit! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love that everything is personalized with your name on it. Very clear instructions and easy to use.

I am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it. Received my hair colour a couple of days ago dyed my hair this morning i absolutely love it i have a lot hair & it covered it all the colour came out darker than i expected but i love it it has red tones so adds warmth the conditioner has left my hair is silky & soft.

I have used several different online hair color subscriptions (M.R and CC&C) and this one has been the best! In the past, I chose a color and totally missed the mark. With Esalon, I sent a photo and they chose the color.
The color looks incredibly natural! I have had lots of compliments. Warning- it starts out looking way darker when it wet but once my hair dries it's perfect.
My only issue is the smell is pretty strong but I now open the windows and put the bathroom fan on while I work - it's worth it for the look :)

I’m used to buying drug store hair color. I like to dye my hair a bright red, and even with the best drug store kits, it takes me forever to get the water run clear after rinsing—sometimes it takes days. I’m also used to my hair texture feeling dull afterwards.
I decided to try eSalon, and my color looks amazing. The directions are clear & detailed, everything is labeled well, and it’s easy to use. It didn’t take me long to get my hair to run clear after rinsing, my color looked vibrant and covered my roots & grays completely, and my hair looks so shiny & feels amazing. I’m definitely going to use eSalon again!

I’m absolutely thrilled! I’m 100% grey now but feel too young to let it grow out, I used to be a natural
Chestnut brown but I cannot achieve this with box colours as end up with ginger roots, and I can’t afford salon colour every 3 weeks! My MIL told me she has been using esalon for years! I hate how expensive it is to go get my hair done at a shop especially because I have so much thick hair they charge by the bottle. esalon is so affordable and especially during the lockdown it was nice to be comfortable and safe at home to do my hair. I have a toddler so it’s hard to find time to go anywhere alone. I love being able to refresh my hair and stay home all at once! Being able to stay in contact with a stylist is so nice also! I had requested a more Auburn tone to my colour and better grey coverage, and it was exactly as I'd asked!
My first experience was not bad but I wasn't completely thrilled with it. I ended up holding onto this new colour for nearly a year before I tried it!! And when I finally did, it was exactly as I'd hoped, but better.
I have just now re-ordered my colour and I am really excited to receive it. It is worth every penny and such a great product.

I just got a chance to use my new custom color, a medium blonde, and I truly love it. The color is bright and flattering to my skin tone and eye color, I didn't realize how unflattering the gray was until I used this color. I will be ordering it again. The only thing I missed was that when I use to order color - years ago before going gray - the kit came with a brush and there wasn't one with this kit.

I just love the color. It's been over a year since I tried coloring on my own and I just wasn't happy with the strawberry blonde attempts at the salon. Having used many many other brands of hair colour over the past 25 years, I decided to give this one a try. I've always dyed my hair shades of red. However, with more and more grey hairs appearing, it was becoming

First you notice all the thoughtful things that come in the package, including two pairs of gloves. As you are washing your color out you notice you are not making the usual mess. After you wash and condition, there is not extra color dripping down. Your towels will appreciate this. Once you dry your hair, the feel is soft and silky. I love it.

My custom color was just perfect. I chose a semi-permanent color because it's less harsh and I have a keratin treatment in my hair so I need a color that does not lift the treatment. My hair was left soft, with a good coverage of my white roots(altough not perfect and i knew that because it's not a permanent color).In the box I received everything I needed and process was easy breezy. What I liked the most was that it did not burn or smell and the provided conditioner is sulfate free and i can use it on my hair and smelled just like the one my hairdresser uses in the salon. A very good salon experience in the comfort of your home.Great concept .

I have been looking at the Esalon products for a while and finally made the decision to set up a colour plan last week. Ordered on a Friday, my colour box was here by the Monday! Box & products are very personalised. I have now used the colour and I am very impressed with it. Would definitely recommend to others who dye their own hair at home.
Just done my hair today, so easy to do and plenty of dye to cover, when I seen the size shampoo and conditioner I thought it would never cover my whole head but it lathered up, it’s amazing the smell is beautiful too, thankyou
Very easy to use and looks better than the salon. I have used this product more than a year and just love the color. Worth trying and definitely worth the money. You will never have to go a salon to have your hair colored. Covers the grays perfectly 🥰. They are very helpful in changing your color . I JUST LOVE LOVE IT.

I really didn’t expect a big difference so I was very happy with the results. My hair was so shiny and healthy after I colored. The color was so even and had much more depth. It’s a difference you can’t deny.
