I am thrilled with my new color. I just used my first kit and I am committed for life! The color is so close to what I had before I went gray and it looks like what I was born with. There is a warmth to the color that is exactly what i have been looking for. Well done, Alexandria!
Anything that comes in a pretty box with aesthetic branding I’m both attracted to and 110% sceptical of. But I’ve been trying to achieve a natural red head look without going orange or ending up with 3 different colours from roots to ends. This dye has given me perfect all over colour, and it covered my roots so well that it looks like it’s my natural colour! Only thing I will say was that my eyes were burning and it felt like I was inhaling toxic gas when applying the dye - however just open a window and it’ll be worth it!
I’ve been loving esalon since 2019, love their products and always happy with their colouring have never had an issue!! Keep doing what you’re doing esalon much love ❤️!!!!!
I've been dying my hair for over 30 years, usually in a salon, from time to time at home. Generally, at home the colour is not quite how I would like it, too bright, too single-toned. And the condition afterwards is never as good as a salon. I also am find it increasingly too expensive to keep going to a salon every 6-7 weeks....so I discovered e-salon. The results are incredible, I am in love with my hair, the colour, the condition! The consultation process was great, and support throughout! Thank you e-salon, I a a new fan :-)
My colorist did a perfect job in matching my hair color. I did the strand test first & was amazed that it matched perfectly. Then I colored the rest & am so thrilled that my colorist did such a perfect job. Amazing !! Thank you!!!!

I sent in a pic and described the color I wanted and it was perfect! It was exactly what I described. It also felt very healthy afterwards. Will continue on with it. So much cheaper, and less time consuming, than going to the salon and I get the same results.

Please sell additional after-color conditioner as I have so much (curly) hair and my head could have used more conditioner than what was given!
My color was great, exactly what I was looking for. All the little extras included were nice. I used the bottle to do my color, next time I'll use the bowl. I colored my hair and left the bottle sitting on my vanity. Took a shower and when I got out, discovered the remnants in the bottle had oozed out on my vanity. My hair color was brown so you can imagine what it looked like on my vanity. Thankfully cleaned up nicely, no staining. Very pleased with the color.
I look love the colour and the fact that you can stop at anytime, no pressure, change delivery date and even get some one to chat about your perfect colour !!
You get the personal touch with the packaging..it's easy to apply with wipes before the colour after the colour and 2 pairs of gloves 🧤

I usually don’t make reviews but I love my hair. I cannot afford the salon anymore and was sick of ruining my hair with drugstore color. I change my hair up a lot. Esalon has been so helpful in formulating exactly what I want. They have even been able to tell me when something will not work for me. My hair has never been healthier and I love the color.

I am so pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive with eSalon. The color I recently ordered for my roots wasn't quite as I had expected (too light), so I contacted the color specialist who sent out a darker shade, which is just right. Thank you for your great products and professional, prompt specialists. I also would like to add that this color does not seem to damage my hair, unlike in-salon color. I am very pleased thus far.

If you color your hair at home this color is great. It lasts much longer than any color you buy from the Big Box Stores. I highly recommend this color. I'm on my second time using it. My hair does not dry out with this color either,

This is an awesome way to color your hair at home! The results are amazing and it's so much better than sitting in a chair for hours and spending hundreds of dollars!
Working with an actual colorist is also great, my color came out a bit darker than I wanted so my colorist is making my next color a little lighter and I added the light set kit to give it some dimension!

As a novice to dyeing my hair at home I tried this because of excellent reviews and great prices. I am very happy with the Taylor made products the caring customer service and the personal touches.

I REALLY like the tiny rinse too. They really work with you to try to find the right color for you. The first order wasn’t exactly what I liked (though my family loved it)
But, the second one was right on target.
I am so pleased with the results. The color turned out beautiful and was such a good match. I had first used the esalon light kit. I was so scared to now cover them while using the root and refresher/ my first color order. The color turned out beautiful. My highlights still show. I am so thrilled. The best part is that I will not have to be at the mercy of the expensive salons. I am honestly so much happier with the results then when I go to the salon.
Wow this stuff is amazing. I have dark brown hair with red undertone and aways get orange or red roots but this gave me a nice natural look that covered my greys. Thank you so much! Will be purchasing again.
I used store colors for many years, noticed over the years my hair getting thinner, falling. Stop using 6 months ago. But with age, we dont have a choice unless if learn to live with patches of white and dark hark. First time used my Custom color from Esalon, I was very impressed with the results. I'm a strawberry blonde and wanted to lean further into the copper tones in my hair. I had never colored my hair before and was pretty nervous I'd end up with a fake red color that clashed with my skin. But I decided to try eSalon anyways because the reviews were good and I appreciated the thorough questionnaire beforehand.
After dying my hair, I was totally impressed with the quality and naturalness of the color I got! It was just the right shade of copper while still blending with my natural color. I've received tons of compliments since!
I'm really pleased with the eSalon colour which I used on my roots. It has blended really well with my natural colour, including the lighter parts of my hair. It doesn't look like I've just dyed it like a box colour does for the first week or so (that flat dark colour), its a natural looking shade which adds a lot of different tones and it has covered my greys well. Pleasant smell, easy to use, no drips and the videos were useful too. I'm looking forward to seeing how the colour lasts now. Glad I've made this change!

After trying both E-Salon and other custom color options, as well as salon color, and at-home box color from stores, this is the winner for sure. A lot of red options in dyes are just that dark, fake-looking burgundy red. I'm naturally a light brown, but always felt that light ginger's looked best on me. I've also had the issue of other colors not sticking to my roots, which, have zero grays. My roots come in light brown-dark blonde.
Anyway, this color was the perfect light, natural ginger color that I've been aiming for. I used the permanent custom color on my roots, and the copper rinse on the ends, and it's perfect and natural looking.
My hair grew back mostly gray after chemo. The esalon color covered all the gray and left my hair so soft with no chemical smell. I got so may compliments. Absolutely the best self hair color kit available.
I couldn’t be happier! I’m excited to see how the color lasts through to 6 weeks (how often I have to color for my stubborn grays) but I just applied this evening and I’m super happy with how it turned out!!
I ordered the color late one night and the order was placed, shipped, and to my door within 3-5 days! It came in the most BEAUTIFUL custom packaging. The packaging alone made me feel special. The coloring process was simple with the custom instructions and everything I needed in one package. The color came out so consistent and radiant! It combined the colors I was looking to combine perfectly. I have been dyeing my hair for two and a half years now, and I have never have had such results with an at-home dye. Absolutely incredible!

Just got round to colouring my hair with colour bought last month. I went from blonde to dark mahogany red. It was so simple, just followed the instructions with care. My colour looks and feels fantastic! Yay!!
Have only used 'grocery store' boxed brands in the past. I admit, I was a bit nervous to try my package out, and waited for 10 days before I finally read the instructions and jumped in. I couldnt be happier. I have struggled with hard to color greys and finding someone to match the Auburn brown color I was born with but esalon got it right on the first try. I will never go back to settling with store bought color again. Even when I paid $150 at a salon in town it was orange and brassy on top and too dark on ends. Esalon solved all my issues! I cant thankyou enough esalon.
Exceeded my expectations! I was so sceptical about getting it and having my hair turn out a hot mess! But it was a great investment! My colorist is not going to be happy 😁 Now just need a tutorial on how to be a hair tech! Love love thankyou eSalon 😘

Thankyou so much, I originally chose my own blend of colours, which didnt cover my greys, the experts re formulated the tones I wanted and it did the job perfectly, I would also recommend the shine silk for dry frizz prone hair. Brilliant customer service!

This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. Never seen this blonde before ! Very well done.
Even if some of the greys are already peeking through, it's a much better product than what's on the market.
I'm in love with the color match. My grey, white, and silver patches disappear and blend in making my flat and dowdy hair look enhanced and fresh. The color looks so natural that no one even thinks it's color dyed. Since it's a perfect match to my natural hair I have virtually no demarcation or roots showing. Highly recommend eSalon.

I was amazed at all I got with my first order. I was a little daunted about doing it myself but finally bit the bullet and did it last week so I am way off my 5 week reorder schedule. I absolutely LOVE my custom color which is brown with golden highlights.
I was wondering if I could change my reorder schedule for November to every 8 weeks.
I am so happy with the new color formula, a true strawberry blonde! My previous hair formula was a more coppery red which worked well for me in the past. Since I spent a number of weeks at the beach this year, my hair bleached to a more strawberry blonds, which I decided to keep. I could not have been happier to see the results of the new formula, it is very natural and covers the gray very well!

Love my hair color. Covered gray.
No more boxes for me. I'm sold
I am impressed. My hair is about 7 shades naturally. My special formula did not cover gray but blended it nicely with my other hair. I do not look like I “dye” my hair. The product did not smell, it was gentle and the shampoo & conditioner are fabulous. I have a box of highlights waiting. Now if I could only cut hair.
I really wasn't sure what I was going for. I Received my kit which was roots only as I wanted to preserve my highlights. I applied on my roots, but also dragged down some pieces to the end in hopes of blending the new color. It's was perfect! Esalon got the color just right. I am shook!

Just by telling ESalon about the colour I required they have succeeded in providing me with the exact colour I wanted. ESalon are very clever in how they customise your hair dye to do exactly what you want by sending them a picture of your hair and/or telling them what you want they are able to customise a hair dye just for you - just brilliant. My new colour is light brown and I am very pleased with the results. Beautiful.
