I was afraid the color would come out too dark like Madison Reed's color did. This color came out perfect. I received wonderful compliments the next day on my color. No one could believe I had done it myself. Of course, E-Salon gets the credit for a wonderful product. I told everyone about this online company.
I started using this hair colour during the covid 19 pandemic for the convenience of having it delivered to me. I have used it ever since! The condition of my hair is amazing, so strong and shiny. I get no banding or colour build up. The colour is never too dark either so no waiting for it to wash out a bit like I used to with box colours and it fades out in a flattering way. The colourists are very knowledgeable and have helped me with any queries. I will continue to use eSalon for my hair as I receive so many compliments!
I am over joyed with my color selection with gray hair at the roots I either purchased too black or too dark brown light. I love the golden tone. I have never in my life been so happy with a hair coloring treatment. I have very fine sensitive hair! The coloring was so on point and that fabulous leave in conditioner YES YES! I was nervous using a different colour, but after trying numerous brands and still having a copper tinge to my dark brown, I thought, 'why not, what's to lose'. I love the colour, the process of choosing a colour that you want meant that I got the colour that's right for me. I have the matte dark brown hair I have always wanted with no red, my hair is smooth, soft, and my greys are gone. Salon dye for shop prices. Why not.

Loved how my order came package felt so much nicer than a ordinary box dye. The colour is perfect and so far very happy now to just wait and see if my greys stay covered as normal box dyes don’t cover my greys well but takes a few washes to be able to tell

I have been trying to achieve a Golden Copper hair color and ESalon helped me do just that! The color was beautiful, and it worked so well with my hair. I no longer need to visit a salon to get gorgeous color!
Love the color. My hair grows fast and the gray is primarily at the hairline. The gray reappears around my face within a week and at 3 weeks, it becomes quite visible. I require the touch up in Medium brown, which isn't available. I am not inclined to reorder at 3 week intervals.

I normally don't write reviews, unless I'm reaaaaaaly impressed, and I'm absolutely blown away with this product. My hair is fine, thing, brittle, can't handle anything apart from washing. Any other brand hair dye will snap most of my hair 4 cm from scalp... But not this one, it's so gentle and my hair didn't notice any chemical influence on them. Also great bonus it's didn't strain my skin at all. Shampoo and conditioner is also something magical, I want to buy full size of them. I'm in love with this product 😍 and very happy I found something from my problematic hair.

I was so nervous about trying a darker shade for the first time, but it turned out great!! Beautiful highlights and low lights, and that SHINE!! I'm going to try a slightly lighter color next time, then decide which look is my favorite. Asking for a slight adjustment to my color was SO EASY to do online with eSalon's colorists!! I cannot wait until it's time to color my hair again!! I LOVE the shampoo and conditioner too!! My hair is so soft and healthy without that weird "spa" smell. Thank you, eSalon!!

Firstly the way the colour is presented is fabulous the box looks great with everything you will need set out. I love how the instructions are personalised they are clear and detailed with how to apply to the roots and then colour bottle 2 to your ends, the colour is easy to mix and apply and the results are amazing it really looks like a professional has done it , I wanted a slight adjustment to be made to my colour for my next order and the ease of that process to contact and tell them what I want and get a detailed response within a few hours telling me what adjustments they have made is such a good service, I am honestly so glad I have found this company , it is brilliant

I am really pleased with my customised hair colour from the first time . I then asked for a slight adjustment of a bit more gold tones and have just applied this colour. Absolutely perfect ! I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging and the results! The hair looks very natural, old highlights and the bits of the grey are coloured nicely, everything is blended together.

I have thick black hair. Gray hair is very stubborn and hard to cover. This product so far has been the best at coverage and longer lasting. My hair shines and it looks healthy.

I love my new custom color set from esalon. I honestly didn’t think there would be a difference between what I had been purchasing over the counter and what I would get with a custom set because I dye my hair natural black. Boy was I wrong!! I noticed a huge difference. The “natural” black I had been using often seemed a bit intense but I figured after trying multiple brands, that’s just the way black hair dye looked. I was so wrong. I am loving my hair. It’s almost the exact shade of black it used to be before I started dying it. The step by step instructions were perfect and the conditioner was fabulous. I am a black female and do not relax or straighten my hair. Ergo, dye is the only chemical I have been using in my hair for years. My new custom set did exactly what was promised. Thank you!! My Custom Color Set is now on my short list of favorite natural girl products!! Oh and there’s no ammonia so there was no harsh smell. I now happily subscribe and it comes right to my door. I’m a happy and grateful girl to have been introduced to esalon!!
I have been dying my hair for the past two years due to greys, have always just wanted to match my natural colour. Am a redhead and have always struggled even with professional salon colourists, to achieve a natural looking match. Have also tried 2 different home colour brands. I was dubious with esalon and if they’d do a good job based on the quiz and pic I supplied, but this is the best colour I have even had! Hoping it doesn’t fade as quickly as the box dyes I’ve tried before.

Exactly what I expected and provides great color. It is pricey after the initial purchase and tends to fade even with infrequent gentle washings and tint rinse enhancements.

I was really nervous about dying my hair to cover the white hairs because I didn't want to lose my natural hair colour. I only ended up dying the top portion of my head in order to save my ends a bit of damage, and it blended essentially perfectly. I think about 10 min more than the 30 min recommendation for my stubborn white hairs would have provided a bit more coverage, but overall 10/10.
A salon is absolutely the best!!! The color that is mixed for me (my color) is amazing. I get so many compliments on it and people stop me all the time to ask where I i get my color done It is perfect from the day i put it in and the color lasts untill it it time to do it again . ❤️❤️ Thank you E-salon
I am a Strawberry and we had to make a little adjustment but we got it right on. My dad said it looks just like the color it was when I was little and younger so I will continue to get my color from you guys . As far as a shampoo and conditioner and a booster that I ordered is awesome I have put color on my hair two weeks before Christmas and I just now on 27 January put color on. I could have waited another week, but I have meetings so I went on to do the color. So I can’t wait to see how the booster does.
