Good coverage - plenty of colour (considering ny husband put it on for me and he did a good job). I can still see a shine of red in the light however I think I need a 2nd layer of colour as my original colour was quite bright (red). Much better than sitting in a salon for 2 hours especially if you have kids. Would defo use again!!

I’ve used many home color brands and professional color at home. This kit is by far the best I’ve ever used. Staff is professional and knowledgeable and the idea that this comes so custom is fantastic! My stylist worked with me via emails and communicated back and forth until we picked a color I’d be most happy with. The end result was beautiful and the three step process ensures even and shiny results. Couldn’t be happier!
With some emails to the colorist, they came up with exactly what I wanted - just brown. No red/orange undertones & my hair is silky soft. This may sound weird, but no one has noticed! That’s how natural it looks!!

I was quite concerned when, after placing an order, I realized the colour kit was coming from America but I need not have worried. It was delivered very quickly to my home in Derbyshire, England. The procedure was simple and the colour and condition beautiful.
I received the correct hair color. Dark Brown. It definitely covered all my gray. It was very hard to wash off the hair tint. After shampoo washing my hair five times. The hair tint finally washed off. That left my ends dry but I deep condition my hair and now it looks great. Thank you Esalon
I went to a salon and paid $90 to have my hair colored from blonde to a darker shade. I left with a green tint. I was told that would fade. It didn't. So I purchased a nice Auburn color to contrast against the green. eSalon sent it quickly and the packaging was amazing! The color was great and I am much happier! My only complaint is that I wish there were 3 pairs of gloves, one for each step. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied!

I had never colored my hair at home before and was pretty hesitant to do so but this product and process was great! I love the color of my hair, it matches better than what I had done at the salon and at such a better price! And it covers my grays excellently! Super strong smell though, make sure to apply it where you have access to fresh air!
I requested a half shade darker for this hair color set and I love the difference! It’s subtle but noticeable to me at least. The warmth and gray coverage is still great and now I have a perfect fall shade too! Thanks Alix!!
Absolutely love this product! I never leave reviews but I love the colour I have now, even people at work have noticed it. The first purchase was fine but I wanted a more intense colour, which wasn't a problem and so easy to do. Highly recommend 😊
I was happy with the first color choice I picked. Then I decided to change the color for fall. I searched through the different colors and found the one I wanted. They mixed it and I applied the new color. I absolutely love the color. My hair shines and is vibrant. I have fine hair, and I look like I have more hair.

Absolutely love love love my color. A friend helped me with the color package because I was very nervous about doing this at home. It was very easy and the color was better than I expected, just like a salon color. My hair feels soft without the residue. Glad I listened to a nurse practitioner at work.
Very natural looking color. I have had a real problem with my edges being much darker than the rest of the hair. This time I started at the top and worked my way down each side; and then the back. There is still a slight difference in my front color from the top, but it looks much more natural than before. Next time I am adding red, so lookout!!
My hair felt dull and dry from other hair dyes. They only lasted a month and made my hair dry to the point I lost my curl. After using esalon my natural curls came back better than ever I cant believe how pretty and soft it made my hair feel. The color was amazing I was looking for a red tint in my hair and didnt know how well the red would show from esalon but it's amazing! I will definitely rebuy my hair has never felt better
Great color from picture that I sent. Good price for total gray, white hair coverage. Can color in conveinance of my home. Love it, would recommend it highly.

I've used esalon for several years. My custom color is right on and beautiful. I have black hair and yet my color adds a beautiful reddish tone that looks like well done highlights in covering my grey. Color easily last 6 weeks. Hair is always stronger, healthy looking and with high shine. All for such a low price
This is the best out of salon coloring product that I have used. The color is even and looks natural. Often black dye results in purple hues. However, Jennifer B is my colorist and provides me with a great soft black that retains its shine.
So far so good. Perfect color and it's true from roots to ends. First impression is this is not another "box color" product. The easy to use kit includes clear instructions, and all the "extras" you get at a salon at a fraction of the price. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars now is to see how well the color stands up over the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
I had asked the colorist to mix a slightly lighter shade as I want to achieve a lighter colour over the next year but gradually. Colour was spot on with great instructions customised to help me achieve my long term aim. Very happy. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.

I can't say enough about how much I love my custom color. I'm naturally a strawberry dark blonde/light brown color. But I like to keep my hair fired up. This color is the perfect combination of red and copper. It looks so natural too. I'm in love.
I like being able to customize my color and not being limited to off the shelf only colors. And the price can’t be beat. There is a learning curve to coloring on my own but so far so good.
I really liked my color. It was a tad darker than I wanted and a few of my greys are still visible but overall I'm pleased and will continue to buy my hair color from eSalon.
I have to color my hair every 3 weeks. I have always bought my items at Sally's Beauty Supply. It was difficult getting all the color out of the tube. With this new product I don't have to worry about it anymore. Esalon packages all the materials for you to include gloves. The developer and color are pre-measured and when mixed, there is no lumps. The color is nice and creamy, ready to use. This is the second time I get it through the mail and I have received the product on time. The product is the best hair color product I have tried.
I have gone years without any color. I’m very fond of my platinum hairs...this color enriched my base color and blended my glittery whites....so pleased! My hair seems healthier AFTER this process - amazing!

I love eSalon! I have been using them for about 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier! I have greys in my roots and my part and their dye always gives me full coverage and lasts about 3-4months. Some salons don’t get that good. I am so happy with my color every time! Highly recommend!!

It took a couple of times to get to the shade I was looking for. The colorist are very easy to work with on changes, I love the color and hair feels great. It’s nice not to have to go to the store and hope they have the color in stock.
