This is by far the best affordable way of colouring hair at home. Not the cheapest, but there is a room for adjustments and good support from the company. Any suggestions are treated with respect and an upbeat response. The quality is excellent. The lasting performance is better than any over the counter hair colour. The coverage of grey hair is perfect, although there are no miracles when it comes to fading it quite soon. The best part is that once I decide to go lighter, I have the option, which will be coordinated. Very pleased so far.
The colour is easy to use and I can achieve good cover. I already have bleached hair and my roots are naturally grey so could take a lighter colour. The colour is initially a dark blonde but goes lighter each time I was it which is ok. I would like to have different blonde tones if possible.
Last time I got dark color and didn't cover much my Grey hair. But Ibtalk to lady.and she work for my hair color better then last time. So this time 's color made me Satisfied.
Esalon has been a lifesaver for me. The color is great and doesn’t harm my hair at all. I’m fact the texture is better than before.Ist Shinier than it has ever been. I love it and I love the convenience of doing it at home. So easy.

So happy with the results! After filling out what I wanted online, my colorist reached out to me personally to walk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable with it and the results and prepped me for what I would need to do a few weeks afterwards. Once my kit arrived everything I needed was there with clear labels and instructions. Very happy with the results.

I used my product as soon as I received it in the mail, and I couldn't be happier. The color is rich, and multi faceted, and after years of coloring my own hair, or having a salon highlight my hair, I received so very many compliments on my personalized color! It's gorgeous! Makes me proud to be a brunette! Thank you, Danielle!
Love the color and how long it is lasting. The thing I didn't like was the small as I bent over the tub to rinse out the color. I almost passed out it was so strong. I don't know how else to rinse it yourself unless you are putting your head under the water, face down.
The colour is great. I'm glad I went ahead with the colorfill as it made such a difference, I literally SAW it working on my hair. Amazing. The formula of the fill was a little sticky but the colour mix is so silky, like conditioner! Pleasantly surprised by how good the formula is, I expected it to make my hair feel very dry and matted while it was on but it was the total opposite. Silky, creamy, soft and easy to manage back into a bun before washing the formula off. No strong chemical smells, rather fruity and floral with a very faint chemical smell, no itch, no burn, no staining. The colour is vibrant and pretty, I really like it!

Color was outstanding. Lasts and covers my gray beautifully. I don't have to color my hair or do a root touch up for at least 5 weeks and I have very short hair. Loving the color. Instructions are easy to follow.
The first time I ordered & I used the hair dye, it was way too dark! Not only did they credit me at E salon, they read my complaints, redid my color & it was spot on!!! Love this color, so many compliments, thank you so much for listening & caring! Would recommend E salon hair color mix to anyone! (Plus it covers my gray so well & lasts!!
Loving the slight difference in colour! I have long thick Asian hair, so I struggle to find the shampoo and conditioner sufficient. Would be nice to have more.
My color just keeps getting better and better as the last of my old drugstore color fades away. My hair is soft and super shiny. The color kit somehow produces these gorgeous highlights. I get compliments all the time!
The customized color has been a wonderful addition to my natural hair journey. I've gotten so many compliments. I love, love, love the quality and richness of the products.
I just applied my new color, which was adjusted from the color I originally received with my first order in July. The adjusted color blends much better with my existing color and highlights.

The color blend they mixed up for me was exactly what I wanted. Hasn't faded nor turned brassy like my salon coloring has. The products they give you with it really make a difference in condition and texture of your hair. And I learned a lot from their very helpful videos. If you think you know it all watch them and you'll probably learn something too. These gals are pros. It's been 10 weeks and it still looks like it was just colored yesterday. Give it a try and you'll see the $10 higher price than drug store color is SOOOOOOOOOOO worth it !

First time around, the color was too dark, so I contacted my "color specialist" She adjusted the color combo. The result? Perfection! Love the ease of having it come to my door and having much a healthier feel to my hair than I did buying the over the counter stuff.
I am 77 years old and should probably fade gracefully into gray. However I just cannot face being anything but a redhead which I've been all my life. The color is just right, not too bright not too dark and it makes me feel younger. Thank you esalon!

I absolutely love this color (dark brown (red))!! I get complments every time I go anywhere - that NEVER happens 😊 I was worried that this color would be too dark for me, as I'm very fair skinned, but I really like it. I've finally found the color for me.
I've also used the root touch-up, it works very well. The universal leave-in conditioner, the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. as well as the color treated shampoo and conditioner, are fantadtic! They leave your hair silky smooth.

I love this product. It has really changed my life. I use to get my hair colored in a salon because store bought colors are a joke and damage hair. This product is amazing and I am completely blown away about how soft my hair feels and absolutely NO salon or chemical smell. I've had my hair done professionally and have done it myself, but it hasn't lasted like this formula. No fade out, wash out or brassy color. I highly recommend it!

The color I chose for my hair hides all the grey, and everyone loves the color on me. It has a bit of red highlights to it just like I was back in high school!
I must admit I was a little frightened to give up control over the color. I have to say I was frightened for no reason. Everything that I expected I got. The most important thing for me was the gray coverage. My hair was soft and manageable after coloring and I didn't have a gray hair in sight. That is all I can ask for. Thank you so much!!!
Though I love the custom color, my hair came out so dry and gummy. I was so excited to try this and I was already planning my next order. Although the color was amazing I'm not sure I will risk my hair again.
