I was a little hesitant ordering, as this is my first order. I went with the Demi-permanent just in case it was awful. Now I wish I got the permanent! I definitely will next time. The process was easy, the littlest details were all taken care of and in the box. My hair color is SO pretty! Just what I needed and wanted. I will be buying from esalon again.
It is a long lasting hair color. Everyone liked it. It brought out the red tint in my hair so I rewuested an adjustment to my next order to put more golden.
I went gray in my 20's and have been coloring for a long time. This is by far the best home coloring kit I ever used. They stay on longer and colors are great.

I have been going to salon for regular color for over 2 years. I needed a more economical option. I tried three box kids but none of them covered my roots very well. I am a natural blond who prefers being a redhead. The kit had everything I needed with easy to follow instructions. The color is a perfect match and covered my roots completely. It was easy to order, and fun getting it shipped to my house. Easy directions and saves me so much money compared to going to the salon. I had my husband help me (if it meant saving hundreds of dollars he didn’t mind) with the back of my hair, it was a little hard by myself but I’m sure it’ll get easier when I’m used to it. The color turned out to be very shiny and feels a lot healthier.
I Love The Color, it was a tad darker than I expected. It was very easy to use, the instructions are so simple and that makes the whole experience so much less stressful.

I've actually been using this service since 2015 and have had 30 deliveries to date. The color is absolutely beautiful! I get constant compliments on my color and how healthy my hair looks. A co-worker always asks what's my secret to such healthy, shiny hair. People can't believe I color my hair because it's so healthy. This product works! It's so easy to use at home. I have the automatic delivery set up because it's home by the time I need it. I don't have to worry about setting up a hair appointment and waiting forever once I get there. I can do it while I watch TV or late at night since my schedule is so hectic. I highly recommend it!
My hair color is beautiful. It is very conservative and makes me feel very mature. You are very good at your job. I have absolutely no grays showing through. Its been 2mos. and I still have no grays showing. This was so easy. I was super nervous, I kept reading over the instructions. Thinking is it me or is this really this easy. If this was food it would be the next best thing since sliced bread. I have an idea for my next colors. I would like to get a little wild. I have always wanted to dye my hair black and have red highlights. I would probably have to do the dye job at the same time huh. Well you are the Master and I am the lowly student. I would love to know what you think. This turned out so well. I hate how much weight I have gained and I don't want to send a picture. Great products too! Never have to worry about shampoo, conditioner affecting my color. Wish root lifter would come in a bigger size.
I had no real problems applying the color, although I did make a bit of a mess. I think I am just out of practice. But once done, the color was just what I wanted! The extra bottle that was sent blended with my previous color perfectly!
the color was so true to my own when I was younger. I have tried a different color and they sent me one that was way too dark now I have to wait till this one fades out.
my hair is 50 % grey I only want to blend the grey, I used your product and weaved the color in and results are wonderful I loved it!! I want go back to the same color and technique with great results.

Esalon’s formula covers grays really well. And the best thing about it is that my hair does not smell like I just coloured it afterwards! I just love it! Customer service gave a quick reply when I had a querry, and they were helpful too! This order arrived within 5 days of ordering, not 6 weeks as it said so yey for delivery service! I'm a redhead, and reds are difficult to maintain. My color kit matched my natural color perfectly. My color will last between treatments. My hair came out shiny, silky and perfect!
I really love my hair color and how my hair turned out to be so silky & shiny when all was done. A lot of times when I used store bought hair color my hair seemed dry and brittle in the end. This product is different, give it a try and you won't be disappointed! I truly loved it!

Since you adjusted the formula (developer) as per my previous issue the color is wonderful! I colored on Sunday, February 3rd, and I don't see any grey hairs! Previously the color did not take completely and even after coloring grey strands were still poking their little heads out.

I did not expect the results I saw! Rich color, shiny hair, bouncy, alive, and a perfect color match for my skin tone! I have stubborn grays, but it covered them so well! Never thought I would have the courage to color my own hair! I've been going to the same hairdress for 15 years, but lately have not been happy. And, they listened and thought about what would look good on me. A professional colorist even called me to steer me in a different direction. I'm glad she did. I’ve been going to the salon for years. This time around I just did not have the time to spend 3 hours there, so I went with eSalon. So pleased with the results. I’ve had tons of compliments. I did the all over color and then lightener kit. Everyone is stunned when I tell them I did the highlights myself. At first I thought it mightve been too dark almost fearing it was ashy tone n I cant have ash tone in my hair bec I have reddish blonde n it blended quite beautifully. I have very color-resistant gray hair, It seemed like my gray roots were growing in faster than before, so I mentioned this to my colorist, Danielle, who suggested going a shade darker. I went with it, and it has been so much better, I'm really pleased! She changed my color from medium to dark blonde, which doesn't sound like a big change, but my gray coverage lasts longer and my color is a bit richer too. Thanks Danielle!

I have never colored my hair at home. Every month or so I go to get a few grays around my hairline touched up. I decided to try esalon which was a great decision. I love it! It was so easy. I have used this product once twice, but I have another one ready to use within the month. I really like the results. I had proper hairdressers to administer it and they were impressed. I loved the presentation of the product, with my name on the box, and everything is labelled so you know what is what! I will keep buying my eSalon dye colour.
I purchased this after complimenting another woman's hair and finding out she used the eSalon service. I have been extremely impressed with the product as it was necessary for the colorists to "fix" a botched salon job on my naturally auburn (but greying) hair. As my hair is growing out this botched job, the colorists are continuing to tweak the color for the best results and are doing an awesome job. I couldn't be happier.
