Had a great first eSalon experience today with Mindy at the El Segundo salon. I loved the color she mixed for me...showed me how to section and do at home myself next time. Also did the Bayalage highlights which were subtle and added a very “sunkissed” natural dimension to the overall color! Very happy with the results and how easy, comfortable and affordable the whole process is going to be by doing this myself. I think I will be having a long and happy relationship with my new “colorist”, eSalon! Thanks again Mindy!

I originally had chosen a color that was much darker than my starting color. They encouraged me to go with a lighter shade, then gradually darken. The color turned out to be so beautiful and perfect! I decided to keep it just as they had suggested. I get so many compliments on my color :)

I used my first kit yesterday and I absolutely love the color. It is bright, multi dimensional and exactly what I wanted. I have not been able to get the exact shade I wanted until now. I am very happy with it! I am hoping it lasts and does not fade! I would like to do it about every 2 months. We will see.
My personalized color ended up being a medium golden brown and it is just wonderful. I had great coverage, no missed spots!! The product has a wonderful scent, was easy to apply and left my hair very soft and shiny.

It's great that my hair color arrives on my schedule and the schedule choices are very flexible. My hair color lasts longer than any other hair color I've purchased locally. You get a sense that you are using something professional. The first time I tried eSalon's hair color, I never returned to purchasing color elsewhere. eSalon nailed it for me. The instructions are very clear and leave you without questions along with great tips. I receive great advise when I try something new. I feel I am always steered in the right direction. Its great that eSalon keeps track of my changes and can make any adjustments on the fly. They are always coming up with something new and fun to try. Let's face it, we all want to be beautiful and hair is very important in our presentation. eSalon has a sensational product, unlike anything you can purchase in a store. Obviously I am a very satisfied customer and will remain loyal to eSalon.
I recently received my first custom color set and I absolutely LOVE my new color. I finally found the shade of red I’ve been looking for. I’ve been spending close to $80 to have my hair colored in the salon. I will no longer be doing that. From now on it’s esalon for me!!!

This came out beautifully! I am not sure if the highlights are naturally noticeable with the color, or if it was just working with my previously highlighted hair but it is great!!! I still have a few stubborn grays around my temples....but I can deal with one or two versus patches of them! It was really easy to do this color all by myself. Followed the directions exactly, and voila!, perfect color! Thank you for creating this just the way I needed it!
I always get compliments on my hair color and it’s so easy to use. The kit comes complete with everything you need and price is pretty good considering cost of Salon color. I have been using esalon for my color for more than 4 years now and are very pleased with the results.
The shade was perfect. What I’ve always been looking for. Didn’t wash up too light like every time I’ve had it done in hairdressers or other home colour brands. Would highly recommend
eSalon has solved my hair coloring woes. It looks so much better than out of the box and is affordable. The personalized instructions are so helpful too. For the first time I don't have an unintentional ombre look because of fading color.
So far the color is amazing and multidimensional just like my original hair color. We'll see if through weeks if it maintains this color. I don't believe in cutting my hair and haven't done so in 21 years. I hope that in about 10 weeks when I do the root and ends kit that this amazing color is just the same as now. If it doesn't then I'll just order another full kit and do all the hair again.
So I'm not savy when it comes to doing my hair, I'm all thumbs. But this was pretty simple and effortless.
I used the brush and did a pretty good job. The mixture had a very strong odor..

When I was putting the color on my hair, I thought it was going to be way too dark, but it came out almost perfect. I am ordering again, to change the color a smidgen, and can't wait!
The color is great and my hair felt so good after I colored it. No chemical smell either! I have grays at my temples that are hard to color. This did a better job than what I used before.
I previously spent $130 plus tip for color and hair cut, now using eSalon I get a great color plus my cut is only $35. Thank you eSalon for a great product and saving me money.
I love the thought that went into putting this color package together: the color made just for me, the easy directions and personal guide to support my existing highlights, TWO pairs of gloves, stain guard and stain remover! Wait, there's more...packet of shampoo and conditioner for after use. Perfect! The color was made by my direction and photo. Looks great! AND Easy, Peasy!
I have really thick, long hair which tends to absorb hair dye, so I was really sceptical that there would be enough dye for me. I was very pleasantly surprised! There was lots of product, with a little left over!
Really loved the packaging and the easy instructions, with all the items I needed to do my colour. I also really loved having a personal colourist email me to ask follow up questions about my colour.

I loved that the kit was nicely packed with all that was needed to color hair. The color was really nice, I do have a lot of gray, it did cover the gray but seemed to uncover quickly around my face, where it is really white. I do want to try again, because maybe I didn’t apply it just right. Overall a good experience. Thank you
I changed my coloring for the summer. I asked to have it brightened and so I was sent enough to do my touch-up and a recolor. It covered my grays perfectly and gave me that slightly lighter/brighter look I was wanting.
I have been using shop bought hair colours for a very long time and they were fine when I was younger but now I have more grey coming through the roots were always a different shade to the rest of my hair and I tried everything. I have just put my new custom made colour on from eSalon and it is brilliant. Everything in the pack is great, I love the stain guard and stain remover and the colour is even all over, my hair feels great too. Yes its a little more expensive than shop bought colours but take my word for it, it is worth it. I have the shampoo and conditioner and the weekly tint. My daughter helped me apply the coloring, as thus was my first time. However, the process was easy and I have no qualms about coloring my hair myself from now on. The color was perfect and the grey coverage complete. My hair felt soft and looked shiny! Very pleased!
This is my favorite color yet - and I have used many over the years. The custom made color flatters my skin tone perfectly and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I'VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR QUITE AWHILE AFTER HAVING CHEMO TREATMENT COULDN'T FIND ANY PRODUCT THAT WOULD COVER THE GRAY HAIR. THIS DOES A GREAT JOB COVERING GRAY HAIR AND MY HAIR LOOKS AND FEELS GREAT.
The customer service was wonderful. I must have clicked a wrong button somewhere (remind self to order from my tablet not my tiny phone screen!) and I ended up with a root touch up that didn’t really change my hair color much. When I called to check why this was the case the lady, Anna, explained it all to me kindly and did a phone consultation on the kind of color I was hoping for and then helped make sure the next shipment would be what I wanted.
I love my color, my hair is vibrant, fresh and left feeling soft. It helps to cover up my grays. With 2-3 shampoos a week, it will last approximately 4 weeks.

This color set is the best i’ve ever had. I asked this last time for a little tweak in the color, and my colorist did it perfectly! The color is so rich and pretty! Everything is so easy to use and all just packaged together perfectly. One can’t ask for more!
I really like the color, but I just got it colored yesterday 4-28-19 so it will be a couple of weeks before I need to reorder.

It's a great color. I love that it's adjusted for my individual taste. It doesn't dry out my hair or make it feel stiff. But the ammonia smell, or whatever it is, nearly gags me when I'm using it. But I do have a small shower.
I have been so happy with the color. I requested a slight change for it to be a bit darker. Perfect. Very easy to apply. Instructions are simple to follow even if you are a novice. Thank you!
I'm extremely pleased with how my hair turned out. The color was the perfect shade of brown, not to dark with other products I used in the past. There is no chemical smell to my hair and it's soft and shiny. I won't use any other product after trying eSalon
