I couldn’t believe this came so beautifully packaged! There’s everything you could possibly need in this box, including Shampoo and conditioner. The directions are easy and clear. Best color ever. This product is fairly priced and easy to use. The results are natural looking color and healthy hair. I like the auto ship... and I'm NOT an auto ship gal! However, this company is easy to work with, reliable, and the shipments are adjustable. So glad I found the Esalon!

I was getting my hair colored every 6 weeks at the salon and it was getting pricey. Saw this ad in pintrest read reviews and decided to give it a try. Wow it was soo easy granted it takes time but the results are the same if not better than going to the salon. I also purchased the tint rinse for an extra shine and can do it 2 times a week instead of only having the shine for a couple of days after going to the salon. I recommend this process for anyone who gets all over color. Happy customer 😊
I love the way my hair feels and smells after I color it. There isn’t a chemical smell after you wash your hair. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my original color. I let Sarah, my colorist, know and she adjusted it. We are still working on making it perfect but I couldn’t be happier with this process. eSalon has had great customer service and I will definitely continue with this.
Jennifer from the customer service helped me with this colour change, she was patient and helped a lot to find out what is the best dye to reach my hairgoals. Also the colorist made a fine job, my hair is dark and ashy, even with visible blueish tint. I love it!
I so love this color. It took me a while to finally utilize my 1st shipment due to being way too busy. I am now totally hooked on your product. With the shampoo and shine product its a total win and it lasts so much longer than store bought products.

I was nervous to try a new brand. I had to wait until I didn't have any pending engagements in case the color was off. The color was a perfect match. Will be happy to receive my color delivered to my door as I have been having a harder and harder time finding the color I needed in the store. I've had my hair salon colored several times in the past. Nothing would cover my silver haired halo & keep it covered for longer than 3 weeks. When I came across eSalon, I was impressed with all I had read. I placed my order right away. There was a slight issue, but once I spoke with Customer Service everything was adjusted and fabulous! I'm going to continue to order until I stop coloring my hair.
So far my color has turned out great everytime I use it. It's softer and healthier I'm going to stick with this product thank you Esalon for being here for us.
Love this hair color. It was way better then I ever expected and highly recommended this product and the color was perfect. It lasts longer then OTC hair colors.
I just wanted a lighter shade of red, the first color I picked was a bit darker. I figured it might take me two or three times to get the color I want. That’s ok. This product feels so soft and really looks pretty. There just about no smell to it, that’s a big plus for me. Looking forward to my next shipment.
I've used the demi color twice now and I really like the look and feel of my hair. That I can get it done in my bathroom in a fraction of the time and of course, for a fraction of the cost is a bonus. The customer service was excellent - when I put in my first color pick I got an email in reply asking if I was sure and could I send a photograph to help the team get me the best possible color. After adjusting my first try, my hair color was adjusted for me. I tried it & it was perfect. I'm loving how my hair looks. With this color, I'm not getting the washed out root problem. I only need to color the new growth. Thank you!
I was very sceptical and worried about using something off the internet but was impressed when it arrived especially has it has your name on the bottle. Plus the extras you get with it are all good quality and even the gloves are usable. The colour was not quiet right but the condition and shine from my hair is brilliant and will be ordering again and again. Thank you. Plus the instructions are brilliant.

I highly recommend eSalon hair color. It's easy to apply, plus 2 pairs of gloves are provided!!! I will always use this item. Whenever I have questions, I receive a prompt and well composed response.
I will continue to use the custom color set. They matched it perfectly to my hair. The step by step instructions make it easy to do it yourself without the expense of salons. It is a professional color and the salon team works with you to get the right color.
I have used this product 3 times now. It has proven to be of quality both in product and service. I appreciate the close communication in obtaining the perfect color for me. The color lasts longer than the products at the store. That makes this product not only of quality but also one of convenience, and I appreciate that.

I've been holding on to the kit since I first ordered it months ago and have been reluctant to use it. I have been using my box color for so long I was afraid of what the results would be. I have to say I love it! The color is exactly what I was looking for and what it gives me that the box color doesn't... is dimension! My box color gave me the color I wanted but it was flat with not a lot of high or low lights. This looks natural and I've gotten a ton of compliments!
Oh and it was very easy to use... no problems there! The kit has everything you need to complete the process and there's no odor! I have sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my scalp as many products do. That was a relief! My hair feels soft and isn't dried out or brittle.
I'll be using this product again. I will have to get back to you on how long and well the color lasts. Thank you!

I started coloring my hair with a light blonde in the winters to keep my sun bleached color and help with oiliness. Now that I've gone gray I needed some extra help with the coloring and I've gotten that with E-Salon! They are amazing and will get back to you on any question you have!
Great colour, the first order didn’t really cover the grey, they tweaked it for me and sent replacements. Fantastic service and tweaked one is perfect. Really easy to use, instructions and video’s really helpful too, highly recommend.
The personalized kit, easy to follow instructions, and softness of hair following the color application make this an amazing product I highly recommend.
I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant.
