I did not Realised the changed in my hair till the 2 day ,my Husband kept saying baby your hair look beautyfull and for him to realised a change in me ,is got to be notisible .so thank you ,and please sen me my next order .love it.
I have been using esalon hair color now for over a year. My hair is healthier, longer, and more fuller than it has even been prior to coloring my hair through the salon. I could not be happier!! Best choice I ever made!
This is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have beautiful color, shining and healthy hair.
This product was great, I liked how everything I needed was included with the order, the only issue was that one of the bottles leaked during shipping. Even with some of the product missing, it still activated and worked with the color. I liked how my hair felt after coloring it, my hair was not dried out and felt soft and silky. I would highly recommend this product/service.
I was very apprehensive about ordering a hair color on-line, but what attracted me to Esalon services were the question they ask prior to matching me to a color that would suit me and cover my gray.
I'm currently on my third order and I absolutely love there products and prices.
I've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area. Each time we change it gets better so kudos on that!!!
I had my color applied at eSalon in SF and it was fabulous. I got an 80/20 mix of blue to black (or maybe it was 60/40–it was the highest amount of blue they were allowed to mix). I got a great price because I had already purchased the color, and the stylist added what she needed to give me good saturation because I have a lot of hair. She also gave me an amazing blowout, which I rarely do for myself. I highly recommend the color and using an eSalon stylist. Color, care and convenience are the reasons I give this product + service 5 stars. They are easy to reach if you need support and they give you everything you need to get great color at home.

Perfect, back to my natural color. Hair feels healthy & full after treatment with the shampoo & conditioner. Very happy with the results. Also, I love the packaging each time it is delivered. Personalized and adorable.
I love the customized formula and the ability to adjust the undertones. I recently reduced the violet to more mahogany for a warmer color. Sometimes they give me Color for free!
Such a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced. Easy to use. Everything included in the box that you need plus your first shampoo and conditioner. Color stays better than anything bought OTC. Very pleased!
I went to a lighter color and I am so glad I did! My colorist helped walk me through going from a darker color to the lighter one. Actually it was two colors and they really helped a lot with their advice! Love love love my new color and I've gotten a lot of compliments! So glad I chose eSalon!

I was able to tweak my color to a slightly redder tone when I asked for a change. Perfect natural looking color that works with my skin tone and eye color. Hair color is even and zero greys!
This product is awesome. Everything comes prepared and written out so you know exactly what to do! It’s the first product that has completely covered my solid gray hair!
The current hair color is okay. it gets light from the first day of coloring so that works for me. I also had a Keratin treatment after which maybe why it is getting light.

I love my custom colour! I’ve always had trouble finding a drugstore box colour that was the right mix for my hair. However, I’m very happy with the colour I got from esalon. It’s the right shade of medium brown... not too light or too dark nor too “red”. My colourist, Ally, checked in with me before creating my personal mixture and sent very detailed instructions. This is the next best thing to visiting the salon, and certainly much more economical. I’m very happy with my results!
This color is amazing! It costs a little more than a box of hair dye in Wal-mart but it lasts so much longer! You also get shampoo and conditioner to use afterwards... Five stars!!!
So I have “Virgin” hair, never been dyed before! I was so nervous but decided after reading and watching reviews to go for it. I’ve dyed friends hair so many times and have seen good and bad hair dye kits so I have a little experience. My hair is a medium blonde with natural bleach highlights...I went with a copper/auburn color and LOVE it! It’s so pretty, didn’t dry my hair out and didn’t stain my skin at all. The color took really well and wasn’t patchy at all!
Love the coverage and the willingness of the specialist that worked with me to help me get the color I want. It still isn't there but we are moving in the right direction.
I ordered the dark brown ash and my previous color was slightly lighter with bleached ends which I wanted to get rid of. It also had more of a golden tone. It’s been about a month since I colored my hair and no fading yet! I do follow CGM which might help but box dies usually fade right about now. I loved the tools they gave me for application and the clear instructions. I will be keeping my subscription.
The custom color has been the best I ever used. It covers my grays completely and matches perfectly already colored area without over darkening. This will be on my auto ship plan, happy to stick with it!

I normally get box dye or on very rare occasions go to the salon to get my hair colored. I figured I would give this a try because my hair has been struggling lately. First, the costumer sevice was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very quick to reply. The kit is fabulous. Comes with more than enough product and very detailed instructions customized for you. The product went on wonderful, was not too runny and coated my hair well. My hair color came out wonderful and not just one typical dimension color. It's got shine and great undertones. My hair feels soft and shiny. Would absolutely recommend
I cannot say how happy I am about how my color came out.i was very sskeptical at first especially because I am a natural redhead, so getting color that looks natural is extremely hard and for a salon that does it via the internet. Wow I love it so very much. I was so scaredthat it would come out more brown than red butnope it came out a beautiful red. Thank you so very much. I am so glad I found you since with having such long hair it is well over $250.00 Easy in a salon to do my hair color and then to do that every 5 weeks.. I didn't know what to expect. I was just hoping the color would not be totally off. I sent two pictures of myself and the results were right on. They matched my color perfect. I'm so happy. I know it will take time to get use to doing it on my own down. Im use to going to a salon. I saved myself $100 doing it on my own, Im thrilled.
I love this hair dye. I actually like my color better than when I've gotten it done at a salon. I thought it would be more similar to store-bought color, but it really is much, much higher quality.
I have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. I have been a light blonde for approximately 10 years and I needed a change.I received my color promptly but it sat in my closet for almost 2 weeks.The color I chose was going to be a big and I really had to be ready.I did it tonight after everyone was in bed. The color match is perfect! Had to make a slight adjustment from my first order. They were very accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted and hit the nail on the head!! They also sent me a complimentary additional color which was awesome! Love the product and will keep using. So nice not to have to worry about going out and getting my color. I am happy to report that my first experience with eSalon was completely knocked out of the park with a long hit home run!!!!! My color is perfect! I never expected the color to be such a perfect match. All I have to do now is figure out if I can incorporate some highlights and possible longer lasting coverage on my grays. My long time stylist told me 20 years ago I would never have to go gray...and I believed him! Now that I’m over 60, covering what has become my predominant hair color has become more difficult. My skin looks good, and damnit! I am a brunette! My custom color is mostly brown with some gold and a hint of violet, and I love it from the day it’s first done until the day it’s due to be redone. It’s better than the color my boy has been applying for all these years. I’m sold!
