I can’t believe it took me up until the current situation to discover ESalon. It’s hair salon quality in the comfort of your own home and so much more reasonable. I had a full head of blonde highlights and I would normally get my roots done every 5 weeks. Due to the closure of salons, I had dreadful black roots that I knew I could not cover with a Supermarket / pharmacy hair colour at the fear of getting green hair. I emailed the ESalon Team some photos and they very honestly advised if I wanted blonde, my roots would be warmer, I could buy a highlight kit or go back to my natural colour of light brown, my colourist emailed me and rang me to discuss and confirm before mixing my colour. I was a bit disappointed at having to go darker but I wanted rid of my roots. My colourist assured me as I gave my hair a couple of washes, it would lighten to a lovely rich colour and he was so right. I have my colour in 3 weeks, it’s a beautiful bronde colour and I have no root re growth. I am honestly so impressed. It was delivered in a lovely presentation box with simple easy, personalised instructions, very easy to follow. Apart from going to the salon for a cut when they reopen, I will continue to get my colour from ESalon.
I love the color, it’s vibrant, easy application user friendly. The color Mix was perfect and the color is long lasting and covered my grays. Shiny shiny shiny!!!!

After trying so many different type of colours and brands over the years, this product is totally perfect and leaves my naturally curly hair in tip top condition, the shine and bounce is amazing. The colourist has blended the dye to create the deep rich red tone I wanted.

Well I was nervous and left it two weeks before doing my colour. WHat a result brilliant. Really need two people, clips and a tail comb but the result is fabulous thank you

The color was exactly how I wanted it to come out. The instructions were easy to follow. I have a red tint in my dark brown color so the red tint rinse adds a pretty red shine when I use it. Covered my greys! Love the products. Ordered during quarantine when I couldn’t go to a salon and now I’m going to save myself the money and just color my hair myself! It’s that good!

Have to say I was skeptical about ordering hair color online. After many years of having it done at a salon I wasn't sure how good the product or color would be. My color was washed out and I had about two inches of grey roots. With my salon being closed due to the virus and not knowing when it will re-open I decided to take matters into my own hands. I was surprisingly pleased with the product and color.
I can’t believe how good my hair looks. When I opened my box I was so nervous because I usually use a Demi color. I open the box and what does it say but, Demi color, Yes!! Thank you so much. I’m a bit obsessed that I have a personal colorist for 1/3 of the cost. Class and cost so great Esalon.

So happy with the color. M roots and ends match perfectly! I am alway so nervous about my roots because they are so gray and light that even the hairdresser sometimes winds up making them pinkish. It was a long process to do roots and ends but no longer than in the salon and I saved so much $! I am super thrilled and can’t wait to do my roots again!
I have been going to the salon to get top highlights for about 7 years. I felt like the highlights are played out and with the coronavirus, it was the perfect time to color my hair. I first did a box dye of light brown. It was one color on the top and one color on the bottom. I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I found esalon while doing a google search. I loved the questions they asked and the photo request. They even personally contacted me. This was all making this company super professional. My color arrived in a nice box, it came beautifully packaged with a one time free color. We followed the directions easily. It was easy to apply, smelled nice and worked wonders. I am IN LOVE with my medium brown mahogany color. My husband LOVES it too! I am so thrilled that I can have salon done hair from home without paying the high amount of money. I look forward to my next box (6 weeks) and I might even add a few extra goodies to that box!
I really loved my first experience with eSalon. I have literally never colored my hair at home in over 35 years. I was very nervous and the colorists were extremely supportive. I thought the process was relatively easy, a bit messy, and quick. They definitely need to amp up the color for my grays and adjusted my formula for next time. Goodbye to expensive salon appointments and hello to eSalon. I am so excited!

The hair color was a perfect match. It completely covered my gray. The kit contained everything I needed. It was very easy to use. And it left my very fine hair, extra soft and shiny. I'm very happy with this product.

The colour kit was incredibly easy to use and the colour itself was beautiful... I am extremely happy with the quality of the eSalon kit and will most definitely be using it again for my next colour.
While in lockdown I tried an off the shelf colour. It hardly covered the grey hair so thought I'd give this a try. Great product easy to use and covered the grey well. I've recommend this to friends and it's a lot cheaper than my usual salon colour. Sorry hairdresser I'll be doing my own colour for now!!
I really love this product. I love the personal touch in the packaging . Including the little poetry inside the outer box. The first colour was ok but my roots didn't cover brilliantly but the second lot of hair colour was the best root cover I have ever had! It all just blended with the rest of my hair colour .
This was the first time I have attempted at home hair color and was not disappointed with the results. Easy to follow instructions. Had my husband help with the back. Color was great, covered my grays well. I do need a slight adjustment in color which my colorist was happy to do. I am now in week 5 and needing a touch up but was pleased with how well the color has held up. My hair is still soft and shiney. My only complaint is that the order was slow in getting here, so will order it for earlier delivery next time. Overall, great product, easy to use, good results, good customer service!
I was so scared to dye my hair myself, but my grays were getting very bad and we still can't go to the salon right now because of COVID-19. I ordered my first kit and it arrived very quickly in the cutest packaging. The directions were easy to follow and everything I needed (besides the plastic clips) was included in the package. The color turned out great! All of my grays are covered and I love the tone/color. It is a nice deep color and it is just what I was looking for. I don't know if I will ever go back to the salon to get my hair dyed!
I absolutely love the color! It came out perfectly. My hair feels great and I love that it came with gloves and a brush the first time. I’ve been telling all my friends and family members to use it!

Although my color was a bit darker than my normal color I loved it! It’s hard to pick your normal color when you have 3 different colors going on lol. I had the gray coming in and the color that had been there a least 3 months ( due to the Covid-19 happenings) then the highlights. My husband and everyone said the color looks really good. The process was very easy and the instructions well explained. Thank you eSalon for having a good quality product at an affordable price.
so happy with my colorist Crystella doing a great job with the color . I had a problem with the first order with brassiness and red . one conversation with her and she went to work on creating a color to drab that bras and red out she did a great job . will stay with E salon as long as I can .being on a fix income and not able to go to salons this is great can't beat the price and so easy to follow instructions they are wonderful .. thank you all so very much for caring keep up the great job.

I have had my hair colored in a salon for the last 20 years. When isolation with Covid started, I thought about using the drug store box colors but started researching and found eSalon. I'm so thankful I did. My color turned out perfect the first time around. And that's not easy with red hair! The color has lasted well, and while I have had a little trouble getting those pesky grey hairs at my temple to hold the color, so did my salon stylist so I know it's just me learning. Thank you eSalon! Super happy customer.

First time I colored my own hair and it worked. Package came quickly and was easy to follow. My beautician recommended the color. It wasn't perfect, but did cover the gray. Bought me sometime .
The kit is great and has everything I need and then some to color at home. Instructions are very clear. Product is low odor. It is treating my hair better than what I was using before and I like that I can change the color if needed as I go and continue to use the product.
I was skeptical of coloring my own hair after seeing so many horror stories online but I knew I had to do something. The online ordering was super easy, it came on time, the instructions were easy to follow and the results were amazing. My hair felt like I just left the salon only better. I was very pleased with how well the color matched but the best part was how great my hair felt and looked after using the shampoo and conditioner that came with the color kit. I'll be buying more of those!
I have been going to the salon for many years now and with COVID19 and salons being closed, I thought I would give this a whirl. WOW! Excellent gray coverage. I have highlights with a darker root and I was able to touch up my roots perfectly at home. The color and coverage was perfect. I felt like I had just stepped out of the salon with a lot more money in my pocket! I am on my 4th week since coloring and it still looks fantastic. Thank you so much eSalon!
Love the formula. It made my hair so soft. I have to be truthful. I cancelled my subscription because I wanted to try another brand. However I will be returning to e-salon. The quality is so much better.

My hair is fabulous. I ordered a dark blond and a highlighting kit and my husband (with no previous experience) did highlights and lowlights with a highlighting cap. Took ages but looks better than when I spend £150-£200 in the salon. Love it.
This was the first time I've colored my hair at home and the product and instructions were both excellent. The color match was perfect. I would highly recommend this product.
I LOVE this haircolor!!!! I have had my hair highlighted for years, and didn't want to try to do it myself. I was afraid of my ends taking on a green tint. My ESalon colorist sent a color to put on my ends first. It worked perfect!!!!
Love the color. The results are amazing. My hair texture is amazing as well. I had enough solution left over so the quantity was sufficient. Except the solution was very strong smelling and it teared my eyes all the time inspite of doing it in well ventilated area.
