In the midst of this pandemic, unable to get to the salon, I decided to try e-salon. The price was very reasonable and they promised good gray coverage and a great color. They definitely delivered. I answered the questions and received my custom color which covered all the gray and looks fantastic. Will definitely be ordering again.
I did not know what to expect, but the color blend is great, my hair remained shiny, the texture was very good, and for me, lasted about 5 weeks, all depends on how fast your hair grows
For years I had gone to the hair salon to color my hair. The cost for every appointment was at least $100. I was using drug store root touch up products to control my grays as they grew and stretch time between appointments. I saw an ad for eSalon personalized color and thought it sounded great. I could do this at home, get spot on advice from a colorist and save! I was a little intimidated never having done this before but the kit had everything I needed and more. Every kit includes step by step instructions. After the first use, I was thrilled with the way my hair looked and felt and appreciated that I could do it on my own schedule. I now subscribe for every 4 weeks and have been using eSalon for at least a year. The communication with a colorist is great. I get a response right away! I’ve added a few products to my subscription and gave all 5 star reviews.
I love this product. I didn’t see any fading and it kept true. Next time I will go a little darker for the roots because my hair is 100% gray. Excellent coverage.
I used to color my own hair. With my gray, I would get HOT roots. I was very skeptical to try coloring my roots but the gray roots won. I answered all the questions and attached 2 pictures. The color I received matched perfect. I would definitely recommend and would re-order!
It is so professional from start to finish...they give you everything! I am going to order every two months from you guys and I am not going to go to a hair dresser again maybe for streaks once they open and a hair cut, but everything else I will continue to get from you guys! GREAT JOB!

I have been coloring my hair myself and have it highlighted every 4 months or so . E-color made my hair so soft with so much shine. . It’s the best it has felt in a long time. I will recommend this to my daughter.
I tried eSalon after having a nightmare ordering experience from Sally Beauty. I was apprehensive initially, but after setting up my account and ordering, it was very clear that eSalon cared about customer service and I was definitely getting a custom color created by an actual hair stylist. She called me twice to go over my hair, and everything came looking so cute in the packaging and the instructions were easy to understand. I was worried it might not come out right, especially seeing the ends color was only supposed to stay on for 5 minutes, but I followed the instructions and my hair turned out beautifully and even! Top notch experience.
It is so cute how your color comes in a cute box, it is labeled with your name on it. Everything you need is in there, I hadn't colored my own hair in years, but with the shelter in place I had no choice. I did not want to damage my hair, I am thankful for eSalon! I did not feel alone in this anymore! My first color I was very conservative I think just dark brunette. Now I have gone a little lighter. Added the Tint Rinse ( very cool ) and also got the light set, but haven't braved that yet!
I was terrified to dye my own hair and because of the pandemic I finally decided it was time. I have grey hair to cover and my red hair was really washed out. I received a base color and an ends color, and it was super easy to blend and apply. I was shocked at how amazing it turned out and may never go back to the salon! Thank you for the amazing color!
I have used esalon since 2014. I've made a few color modifications (mostly because I felt like a change) and am still happy! One time I received product that had exploded while being mailed and they were great about it and sent me another one at no charge. I was impressed because it was not their fault that happened. Looks like I went to a salon for my red hair. Most people think its natural, the average person would never know I color my hair!
The first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for! I couldn't be happier!
Very easy to apply and use. The colour came out more coppery than I expected and Paul has been extremely helpful in tweaking the next colour mix to get it more where I wanted it to be.
My stylist made some adjustments this time around, and it was perfect. Matched my hair color perfect and the greys well what greys!!! The color was right on!!!
I am in my 50's and have never colored my hair myself. I have been terrified to do it. But with the pandemic and not being able to see my stylist, I decided that I would try this out. It was so easy. The color matches what my stylist was doing. The instructions were so clear and they provided everything that I needed. I had the phone nearby to call the number they provided if you get in a pinch but I never needed to call them. I am going to continue to do it myself now because it is so darn easy. It has been 4 weeks. And I have maybe 3 gray hairs. It last so long. It’s an amazing product. Please buy it. You will save $60 a month by doing it yourself. Only need haircut every 6-8 weeks. I love it. Buy it.

My hair feels great after coloring and the color looks very good. Next time I want it a little lighter. I wanted more of a medium golden blonde and it came out more of a light golden brown. It looks fine. I really like this product, but want it a little lighter. I will definitely try it again!
I started using this product about 9 months ago and am so happy I discovered it. I love how it is personalized for me and they check in before they send my new supply to make sure I don't need to change anything. Very easy to use, no awful smells and love the packaging and most importantly the results!

I was a little nervous to color my own hair. I have not done this in over 40 years. I couldn't
stand looking at the grays growing out so I thought I would give it a try. I completed the profile and checked with my hair stylist.She told me what on the market would closely match my hair color. I sent that information along with a picture and a week later I had my color set. My hair color is perfect!! My co-worker said the back looked as great as the front. The colorist picked the perfect color. It was to just touch up my roots not the highlighted area. It all blended perfect. My daughter did it for me, with the step by step instructions and the kit with all you need To complete, it was a breeze.

I was so grateful to get this kit. I had my granddaughter and grandson apply it using the instructions provided. We all had so much fun in the process but they actually did a really good job. My cousin visited a week or so later and was able to give me a “pandemic cut” which turned out really well. Trust me it was much better than my previous attempts along with my husband. I will definitely reorder again.
I had never colored my hair at home so, I was very nervous about the process and the color. In fact, I almost washed it out before the 35 minutes was over. I am a changed woman! It was easy, the color was beautiful, and there is a sense of freedom knowing that I can color my hair any time at home instead of working an appointment into my busy schedule. I only gave four stars because the shampoo and conditioner didn’t do much for my thick, coarse hair. I highly recommend eSalon!

As a teenager, I got into dying my own hair. But when I became an adult, I started getting my hair done professionally every 8 weeks. Once the pandemic struck, I was unable to go back to the salon, so I tried dying my own hair again. For some reason, I just couldn't get the color right. ESalon fixed the issues I was having and for a very reasonable price! I got the exact color I was looking for and will be using eSalon in the future.
This color was great for the summer. A little touch of copper gave my hair a beautiful glow. My hair is soft and shiny. I could never get this with the over the counter colors at a discount store.

Only one thing I wish was if it had more highlights - the color is kind of flat - all one color - I did have highlights and low lights in before - copper and blonde. I would like to replicate the highlights at home too! Great product - no problems at all!
I have natural dark brown hair. I had been getting professional highlights. It was starting to look almost too blonde. The pandemic came and many of us scrambled to do something at home. I decided it was time to get close to my normal hair color. I wanted light brown so I didn’t look washed out. The color I received was just what I’d hoped for. No red, orange, or copper tint. Just a true natural looking soft brown. Very happy with the texture and softness. To my colorist, great job. I got just what I asked for!!
because of COVID-19 I missed 2 hair appointment coloring because they had to be closed. I was getting desperate. My friend goes to the same hair salon and she was desperate also. She found you and I liked her color so I tried you. I love the color. I am use to going to the hairdresser for color so I was leary about doing it myself. My daughter volunteered to come over and do it. We both liked it. I will have auto ship from now on.
The color was exactly what I ordered. It covered great, even the gray, and the coverage is lasting over my gray. The color is no fading. This is as good as the color I paid $150 to have done. I am sold!

What a great experience! I loved taking the quiz and uploading photos of what my hair looks like at it’s best. The directions were clear and I loved the color. My roots blended into the rest of my hair and ALL my grays are hidden.I may never go back to the salon for color!

Brought this and thought I’d give it a try. Wanted to go from cool blonde to brunette and look as natural yet flattering as possible. Sent my pic and the stylist choose the perfect brunette for me. Received the kit in the cutest package and was amazed at how beautiful my color came out. My hair was so hydrated despite it being dry from processing blonde before. Ordered this product as lockdown started . Key worker so never had a chance to use until this week . I love it. Perfect colour and exact to what I was looking for .
