I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Prior to purchasing, I submitted a pic of my hair so the Colour Mastery could best match what I had wanted to achieve and had been assigned to "Sarah". You nailed it gal! Ordering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich. I now only go to the salon for cuts and will continue to use your products. Also, I love the packaging :)

I am so happy I found eSalon - I have only a single color but I have very stubborn greys. I actually was complimented on my hair color saying it was 'such a beautiful rich brown'. Also, with the higher quality base developer, there is no irritation.

My color is light brown mahogany copper
I cannot tell you how much I love this color. I have been trying to achieve this for years: at the salon, using other hair color delivery devices, etc.
It never came out right and I was always disappointed.
My very first color formulation had a roots and ends refresher and my hair looks incredible. Like I would expect after paying hundreds of dollars at a salon.
I am so, so happy with my color and all the other products I have tried so far.

Been trying for ages to get rid of my really dark hair and go lighter. It’s just about there now and I’m really pleased with my new colour and the tones through my hair. Thank you so much. I’ve got the highlight set to try too so fingers crossed.
I’ve been using eSalon for a few years and I love my color every time I do it. I’ve been to the salon 2x since I started using it and I’ve regretted both times. I wanted a bayalage but the color was never right. I went recently and I was mortified how it turned out. Luckily I had a delivery at home. I consulted a rep and it turned out perfect. I love the customer service as well. $210 vs less than $30. I’ll never get color done in a salon again.

When my package arrived it was packaged well with care. I read through the instructions each step of the way and managed to use the colour without too much mess. When I put the colour on my hair I thought it was going to be too dark x worried the re growth would not match the existing colour that had outgrown. It was 6 months since my last hair salon visit and could not justify the cost . Well I have to say I am chuffed to bits with the results however I do miss some strands of grey even though I took my time and thought I covered it evenly. It’s not that noticeable though. I have since adjusted my colour slightly. As I missed some grey at the top? Would my new colour on next order cover the grey I missed and blend well with my first purchased colour. Overall really pleased and well worth the money. Shame I don’t save some formula to cover my missed greys can you help???
Wow, I absolutely love the color! My hair is normally pretty dry, especially after a color treatment- yet, my hair seems healthy, shiny and soft after coloring! Plus, ALL my gray is covered. I’m thrilled!

I think eSalon does an excellent job of personalizing the color you want. From the adding a picture optionz to sending notes to your stylist, it's cheaper than going to the salon, yet salon quality results for your hair! My results were amazing, even & the shade I wanted! They even give you instructions to stick to your mirror or wherever! They thought of everything; a color brush, an application bottle, gloves, stain cream for before coloring, to prevent AND after just in case & they even put your name on the color bottle! I'd recommend eSalon if you're confident doing your own hair at home!! Love it!

I love your products and tell anyone looking to color their hair to try eSalon products. Like some of the other reviews though, I noticed this last color didn't last as long. I am certainly trying again because as I said, I love your products and they are easy to use at home. Even professional stylists have commented on my amazing color and tone. They thought I was lying when I stated that I color my own hair. Hoping this last time was a fluke.

I love my new Salon colour! It’s so quick and touch ups are really easy with the brush. It lasts much longer than an over the counter colour. Only downside is I want a clear gloss to keep my mid lengths and ends top-top but you only currently offer a colour option. Come on ESalon this would be a great addition to your customers??
I was finished coloring my hair at home. None of the brands available from store lasted. The color on my gray always faded fast. I can't afford a salon I was finished throwing my money down the drain. THIS E-SALON COLOR IS THE BEST! It's been 6 weeks & no fade. Gray is same as rest of hair. I'm hooked. I'm an eSalon satisfied customer.

I love, love, love my custom color! I was born a red head, but as you age, you lose your natural color. I never thought any brand of color could replicate my natural red, but the eSalon did 100%! I'm in love with my hair again. Thank you!! 💖

Great rich brunette colour - exactly what I asked for.
I like the color set very much. Great color and leaves my hair soft. I used the set 2 times and it does not seem to dry out or damage my hair. Very pleased. Still working on creating the exact shade and gray coverage I would like to achieve with the colorist.

Colorist requested a photo and after seeing it she suggested that I change to a color one shade lighter than I had been using. The new color is perfect! So great that she took the time to review, evaluate and recommend.

Ladies, avoid those high costs of the salon and ditch the store bought color! This will be your new best friend. The color is specially made just for you by your own colorist. I love it. I was nervous at first. But it turned out really good. 😁 The color is perfect. Read instructions and watch the videos if you need to. I found them very helpful, and the colorist are very helpful if you have questions. Also, my annoying grays are covered.

I've used your product now for the third time. Thanks to Alexandria she knows her colors. With my first request I chose a darker brown shade. Alexandria received my request and a picture of my current color hair. she recommended to go a shade lighter with golden in the brown color and if I want the next time, I could go a darker brown. I have not gone darker brown because I love the color Alexandria recommended! I am thinking I want highlights for the summer season. Thank you, I am very happy with the product, color shade and price! I love that the color kit comes prepared and ready to use.
