i loved how everything was neatly packaged with great instructions. the instructions were easy to follow. i especially liked the stain protector! i brushed the color on and used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the color. my hair came out very nice and soft. the color is holding up beautifully.
I liked the fact that I received the first time product at half price. That is the only reason why I tried it. The reason I am going to continue to buy it, is because it is a great product, beautiful color, arrives at my front door and it's not too expensive for the average person like me.
This was so easy. I'm a total clutz when it comes to hair color and cutting. This product was so easy to use and the stylist was VERY knowledgeable. I had a specific color picked out by my husband as we both like red hair. Well, instead, she put me on the right direction with a dual color. A highlight and a color. It looks amazing! This is not the first time I've used esalon hair color. I wanted a specific color that wasn't on the list. I called and spoke to a specialist who took my request and mixed the appropriate color formula. I love this hair color. It last longer than what they use in the beauty salon, and is much less expensive. They give you everything you will need to color your own hair. It's great and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money and doesn't mind coloring their own hair.
I am absolutely so pleased with my hair color. I have never colored my hair at home and only a few times at a salon. I was terrified I would do something wrong. Very simple instructions, easy to follow. I will never pay salon prices again. I am just amazed at the color. I know all my friends and family will be asking who did your hair? eSalon! This is only day 1 of my new hair color but I will say that I love the results. The color is sooo shiny! My hair is curly so shine is hard to come by, but this hair color really made my hair shine! I am crossing my fingers that the color last as well as the shine!!
Only took two tries to get the right color. Color last much longer than store bought products and I love that you can delay the order as in my case i only need to color every 5-6 months. Figure it cost $40 per year and i would definitely spend way more than that on store bought products and for sure 10 times that much at a beauty salon! Absolutely love it!

With easy to use instructions my partner was able to colour my hair (first time ever for him). The colour has lasted and covered my greys, no one seems to notice iv coloured my hair either which is exactly what I want.... A natural look. I like that I can amend any aspect of my order easily, and it comes automatically in the requested time frame, which can also be amended. Having the colour guard and remover for skin is also a blessing. And a reasonable price for a professional product. If only the act of colouring your own hair was easier ;)

ESalon has a great product. It is always the right color for me and they will adjust it as requested. My hair has never looked better! The customer service is wonderful. Having a great product isn't enough for me to be a loyal customer...there must be great customer service to go along with it. With ESalon-they have the total package.
Great hair color that keeps it's color. It's so nice to be able to slightly adjust the color as needed without having to "experiment" with a different color from the store and hope it's what I want. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that colors their hair at home.

I purchased this product because I was tired of paying beauty shops so much to cover my gray hair and I just could not pick the right color at the retail stores. I answered the questions and attached a picture or two and thought I would see what would happened when my color arrived. When my shipment arrived I was scared to apply it but pushed though my fear. The color of my hair was perfect. It had shine and body. I have used my color formula for 8 months and still love it!! If I have a special occasion I change my shipment date. I was skeptical on buy hair dye online as my head is somewhat sensitive. So when my package arrived from eSalon I was amazed in how the hair color processing felt on my hair/head... nothing and the smell nothing compared to store bought this is by far well worth every dollar!!
Loved the color and the entire package that was delivered to me to start coloring my hair. Excellent customer service as well. When my order hadn't arrived with a simple email I was sent another package without any issues.
Yesterday I tried, for the first time, to just do my roots. I followed the directions and focused on JUST the roots. Then, as instructed, I applied the rest of the bottle after the 30 minutes and lathered throughout. Then rinse, shampoo and condition. I am incredibly pleased with the results! No unnecessary product applied to hair that really didn't need it AND the pick-me-up, due to the rinse, is VERY much to my liking! Love it... just love it. Thanks for such an easy, do-it-yourself product!
It is A+ and blends with the color of my hair. We are still trying to get the gloss to punch up my highlights - not sure that I got the timing right the last time that I did it - might have needed longer but other than that I am loving your product/s.
I was so excited to try my new custom hair color last night. I am looking forward to see how long the color lasts and/or if it fades quickly like the store bought hair colors I had been used in the past. The kit received was set up very nicely. I love the way my hair looks right now...day after coloring. I highly recommend the skin protector and color remover. I used the shampoo/conditioner that came with my color and very nice.
The color was perfect at first I thought it was a little dark and I asked for my next color to be a little lighter but now I am wondering if I should just leave it alone. I have received so many compliments and the products feel and smell good.

Got the correct color on the 1st try, including the fact that I requested semi permanent instead of permanent color. I've used the product 3 times and will continue to. Also great to have delivered to your door. I'm hooked!
I was skeptical ordering this product online but figured for half off it was worth a try. It's just hair color and its 100% money back guarantee I got my box and it sat on my table for 3 days until I decided it was time to take the plunge and just do it. The color was much richer than store box color. I also noticed the bleed out from the red when rinsed wasn't as bad. Shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. My hair is no longer grey and I'm in love. I will be ordering again
I was so impressed with the color my hair turned out the best yet was I got by not having to color for 7weeks ! Also my hair felt so soft and heathly -the whole 7weeks! Just can't believe how great the whole exsperiance was Im still telling anybody and evertbody that will listen. The only thing I have herd is that it is kinda pricey !

Before using eSalon products, I never colored my own hair--I always had it done in a salon. Frankly, I was too scared to even attempt it. However, the price of salon coloring rose higher and higher and after reading an eSalon ad online, I decided to try it. Using eSalon products now for 2 years, I am completely satisfied. I have always been very leery of hair coloring but have been going to a stylist for the last year or so to get rid of the gray hairs. I pay over $100 per session, but since it looks so good, I kept going back. When I found eSalon, I thought I'd give it try even though I was very reluctant. The stylist, based on my picture submitted, changed the suggested color I chose to a different color. Again leery, I agreed. And it turned out to be perfect!!! I've never colored my hair myself but it is so easy, looks just as good as the salon I was going to and is a fraction of the cost. This is the BEST internet find I've found in a long time. Highly recommended!!!!
The color was perfect. lt's been 3 weeks and the grey is returning at the root, which is consistent with any other hair color products i have used. So, I think there is little that can be done to extend the life of non-grey hair. Having said that, I really liked the product, will use it again. The shampoo that came with it was lovely and I will be ordering that when I reorder the hair color.
This hair color is so gentle on my hair I don't have a lot of burning or itching after I color to me says its not to harsh. I would recommend it and I do tell my friends all the time about E-Salon

I'm impressed w/the customer service and the color rep that quickly responded to my inquiry after my initial application of ESalon product. She did exactly what I requested and lightened the 2nd shipment of color. I really like the 2nd color and am looking forward to this next application. Depending on the next few applications, I would strongly recommend this product. My only reservation is that the customer service rep would not tell me the brand/maker of the color. I'm particular about what brand I put on my hair and so this has been a tremendous leap of faith.
The color was just what I was looking for, over the counter reds look fake and fade quickly. My color has had minimal fading. My hair was soft immediately after Coloring and looked so natural. Thank you for a great product
Its been about a month now since I used my color. Usually by now it would have faded terribly, especially on top, leaving me with an "orange-like" glow. This color was perfect when I applied it, and is still looks pretty close to when I first used it. The gray around my face by now would have totally come back but its still intact. I love this product.
Better color and highlights than what you get a salon.

Wonderful hair coloring product. I used to buy the color products at the grocery/drug store and it would dry out my hair terribly and the results were awful--I had orange hues in my hair. I also used to spend $75 at a salon for a color and now I get the same results at home doing it myself. This is the finest hair color you can easily put on yourself. Colors the gray totally.
I've been trying to mix and match colors on my own for several years, but haven't been able to achieve the desired color. Thanks to eSalon for getting it right. Also, the products seem very gentle on my hair. I will definitely order again.
The hair color was really great! I gave 4 stars because the root color turned out noticeably darker compared to the ends color. I think that over time, it will adjust to perfection, as you can provide feedback to the colorists that will adjust your colors until you are satisfied. It will take time, but I know that it will eventually get there. Anything worthwhile takes time and effort.
