This is definitely the way to go. I paid my hairdresser a lot more money than I needed to. She charged over $40 just to color. This product looks exactly like I just walked out of the salon. It's fantastic and I like the idea that I'm not spending an additional 30-40 minutes in a salon chair. This is the best thing in hair products I can remember.

I've been using eSalon for about 6 months now. I'm in my early 40's and almost completely gray, but not ready to go gray yet. My eSalon hair color covers perfectly, and I can count on it arriving when I need it. It is easy to use. I like the consistency of having the same color month after month, made just for me, to look like my natural hair. I color once about every 6-7 weeks. I have no words to express how thankful I am right now. I am literally shocked with the efficacy of this product. It works better than the salon. The kit is super cute and the shampoo is great; the conditioner is magic. My hair is softer and shiny. It is better than the salon. And it saves me 80 bucks plus tips. Like I said no words. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I have never used it before. Wen I washed it off I loved it straight away. I haven't has shiny hair for a long time. Very happy and would use it again. All my greys were covered.

This makes it much easier to get your hair coloured perfectly as you can do it in your own home. Better value than a salon giving you as good if not better results.
What can I say onlty that eSalon has done a great job with my hair color and tweaking it to the very color I wanted.....I would certainly recommend them for anyone who does their own coloring at home
It's truly amazing, your eSalon system. I had doubts at first, of course, thinking how good can it be to "custom" color without even seeing my hair physically. The texture of it, the strength it'd tell, etc., but somehow via a single photo and just a few questions eSalon's color specialist was able to get the near exact color I'd desired. I really like its system very much. What's more, there is always plenty of it to cover my whole head, then some. The price is perfect for my budget too, and with its personalized specific instruction there's no way to make mistake. Easy. Simple. Fantastic, and perfect color. I love it.

I've been dying my hair for over ten years and not even a trip to the salon can beat the results i get from their products and customer service. The packaging is beautiful and really makes you feel like you're getting a luxury product and the people at HQ formulating the custom colours are top notch. I get the exact outcome i am hoping for everytime!!
I am amazed at how perfectly, for choosing hair color online, that the E-Salon colorists developed my color. it exactly matches my natural color so that there is no indication that my hair has been colored. it seems to bring out natural highlights and does not 'over-tint' my hair.
My hair looks healthy and shiny. I have used many over-the-counter hair colors for the past 40+ years. E-salon surpasses any of them. Keep up the great work. You "guys" are amazing!!!!!
I am thrifty with my money as well as my time. I splurge on this hair color because it turns out perfect every time and I can be done with the whole process, including taking a shower, in less than an hour.
I was a little worried about picking out my color, but with all the questions they asked it was a PERFECT match! I have some very stubborn gray hairs, and I was worried how this would hold. To my surprise, it's lasted longer than my salon visits!
I love my custom hair color because it's easy to use. They customize it to the color I love and include everything you need in the box shipped on the date you want it! I think it's better than going to a salon! I always get compliments and my hair feels great!

Great product. Came with color shield to protect haircolor staining, two pairs of gloves, coloring brush, stain remover, shampoo, conditioner, and personalized instructions! WOW! Hair color came out exactly as I wanted it to.

So convenient to have it delivered on a schedule and the quality has been perfect... Plus the convenience of including the basic essentials (gloves, stain resist, etc) makes it easy to 'just do it'.! I did splurge on the Coloring Tools kit - love the brush, clips and bowl... and of course the timer is so handy.
The thing I like best is that the color doesn't look like it is out of a bottle even though it is. I see other women with that just dyed look where mine is just a nice shade of brown. I get compliments all the time. Love you guys!
I absolutely love this mixture of brown that also gives me a hint of red. So natural looking and so thankful it covers my grey. My grey is so stubborn and just would not coverfor any longer than maybe 2 days after regular coloring. But there is magic in this bottle, and it's wonderful. Thank you!
For three months I have gotten my personal color from eSalon and I have gotten great customer service. I love my hair color, even though my husband says I am his "copper penny"! Must wear a hat while gardening or I will fade!!! :-)

Color is perfect and natural. Leaves hair in good shape and shiny. No one notices I have colored my hair and when I tell them the price, they are amazed. Covers gray well if follow the timing instructions.
I've waited to give my review until I applied my color and waited the full 6 weeks. Because I wanted to see how the dark color held up on my mostly gray hair. I have to say, I'm very pleased with everything. The color held up very well, and it applied very well, too. I think that it's very slimy to wash out though. My hair is very healthy and shiny. Quite pleased!
The trouble is I have trouble with hair loss when I color my hair, actually the last time I had my hair professionally colored, it fried my hair and I lost a lot of it as well (terrible experience) As much as I hate it, in the past I've resorted to the wash out temporary color, because it's easier on my scalp. The first time I used eSalon I had very little hair loss, and I was so excited! Sadly this last time I lost more than I consider normal. I don't believe this is the fault of the product, but rather my sensitive scalp. I'll try one more month to see, but I may have to go back to the wash out color....but I sure hope I don't have to.
