For a first timer I found this product to cover hair quite well, the result is as good as you'd expect from a pro. My hair is soft and shinny w/o any damage or dryness. I will continue to purchase this product,
After going to many salons for color, ESALON has been the most successful for me. the color is as described and looks natural and shinny Being allergic to most chemicals in commercial hair dyes, this color has not caused any reaction. I hope to continue using it.
I love everything about eSalon! It's so convenient to be able to adjust my delivery schedule if I need to. And the color match is perfect! There's never any brassiness like you get from an off-the-shelf box of color. And all of the supplies including shampoo and conditioner and an extra pair of gloves make the application process so easy!
Just dyed my hair with my first order. It came out perfect. This is the first time EVER that my at home dye job turned out even. My roots are the same color as my ends. The color itself (light brown copper) is beautiful as well.
So far so good! The light brown color is exactly what I was looking for to cover some grey and to tone down the brassy/red/gold tones in my hair. It did a great job of coloring my grey, and it looks very natural.

I was skeptical about buying hair color this way, but no more. The color covered my gray wonderfully and lasted longer than off the shelf color. I received several compliments on the color, about how natural it looked and one person asked if I had highlights! I guess the color gives a much more natural look that I expected.

My daughter did my color. She liked how everything was all there and easy to use. (She said even I could do it without her next time. lol) This was the first time EVER to color my grays and I was greatly impressed with the results! The color was right on, too! Not too light or dark and does not look like I colored it. So, ya, FAB-U-LOUS!!!
I absolutely love the custom color I get from ESalon!!! They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Color doesn't fade & is very shiny. I simply love it!!!
This is a great service! I had chosen a color and was recommend a lighter one which turned out to be much better. They have very good customer service and are very professional. Love the color and will definitely use this site in the future!
I use this product every four to five weeks it's easier to wash off the shampoo and conditioner supplied is the best I have ever used. And it's easy to change your colour. Last supply after doing this was sent two bottles. One for roots and after 15 minutes used the one for the ends. This was at no extra cost. Great service. The shiny hair says it all but it looks more natural.
Love this product for those of us who still do our own hair!

I was purchasing a "clip in hair piece" in a salon the other day and was trying to figure out which one. The hairdresser in the salon looked over and told me the one to purchase because "you have such beautiful highlights in your color". Love the multi-dimensional color!!!
Thank you for changing the color up. I have a natural red highlight that seems to be activated when trying to go natural blonde. I sent you my notes and you guys listened and sent me the light blonde and it works. the color is great and still looks natural and not too young.
There were very good directions.Very easy to use.I had only one problem about seeing some color on scalp at my part.Color was even and covered gray well.
I love how well this color worked. I got great coverage and and it was a rich color with no unwanted green tones like store bought products I have used in the past. Super happy!

I chose a dark brown color because everyone tells me my hair is almost black. The colorist, Emily, looked at the pictures I included and replied that she thought the color I chose was too dark and was going to mix something a little lighter. It is my first order and I made sure to include 3 good pictures of my hair. She was spot on! The color looks great and I love the results! I have never colored my hair before so to have the results be this good was definitely more than I expected. I even did the color on myself, by myself with ease. This is awesome! This color is beautiful! Easy directions and application. I had full gray coverage. My hair was soft and shiny after dying it. A week later, it's still shiny and no gray!!!!! So far this is my favorite coloring product!!! I love it!!
I just loved the idea of getting my very own custom hair color based on everything specific to MY hair. Now after applying the product I'm even more impressed, as the results have exceeded my expectations! The product really did a great job covering the gray! It is a multifaceted color. There are highlights and lowlights. Make sure to follow instructions to the letter. When you do, it makes a huge difference when applying to the roots. No "hot roots". I get lots of compliments and my hair dresser believes it is professionally done.
I hadn't colored my hair for years. I started with a medium blonde, sent pictures and comments for adjustments and got the perfect color. My husband said it looks exactly like it used to (brfore it went white and gray).
esalon got my hair color right the first time, and I could not be more pleased.
The stain remover they added to my package really does work. It removed the stain around my forehead. I am a happy camper.
My wife and I have been dying each other's hair for several months using eSalon hair color products. We have found the dye to be a close color match to what we expected, the instructions are clear, and the color retention equals professional salon quality. I would recommend this dye to any of my friends, who like us, can no longer afford the cost of the salon, but want color options and quality greater that than what is available in a grocery store. eSalon's website is well done and easy to use. The customer service is excellent. I like the convenience of automatic shipments - because the dye is available every time I need it.
On the negative, my only comment is, "Darn, I can't get my beard dye from eSalon too"
I'm very happy with the eSalon personalized hair color. I love the fact that you can make any changes when you need to. My hair always feel healthy and smooth after I have colored it. eSalon has taken the guess work out of home hair coloring and saves me so much money.
Good product does a excellent job, nicely presented. Box has everything you need to make it easy to use. Chemicals are gentle on the scalp, instructions are clear and concise.
This covered my hard to cover gray hair perfectly. Hasn't noticeably faded after six weeks. All drugstore brands I use look faded after about three weeks. Color is very nice and my hair feels healthy.
I have used most hair colours over the years bough from the hight street, I have finally found a product that actually does cover grey and makes my hair feel and look fabulous with the added bonus it is delivered straight to my door.....
The best hair color I have ever used whether over-the-counter, salon grade, or salon applied. The color never faded even after 4 months of not refreshing it. I had regrowth but the rest was still brilliant & beautiful.
Let's start about good things:
It is simply to use like any other colour I have used before. The colour is even and shiny. Good shampoo and great conditioner. Dosing bottle - probably the best I have ever used. Wash outs ok but it takes a little bit of time. Good box and clear instructions. I really like that I have been given two pairs of gloves.
Now the not so good - it stains skin more than I expected - like hair die from 90's - I have long thick hair and I had my skin stained up my elbows! It smells quite strong but opened window does the trick.
My colour had too strong ash tones - but that it is my fault - I have asked for it and then for extra neutraliser.
Definitely I will order it again but I will make my husband apply colour for me and already I have already asked for some adjustments to colour itself.

I have to admit, I was afraid! I saw the raw colors in steps one and two and thought I over stepped my color description when ordering. But I went all in, and I am thrilled with the results! My boyfriend commented on the natural results, and multi dimensional color.

I was able to try my first coloring and I loved it! My husband loves it. He said it is the closest to my original color he has seen me try. I did feel I needed a slight change, just a little more brown, less red. I was able to contact eSalon and made my request. My next color will be arriving around the first of July and I am excited to see how it turns out. I know I'm going to love it!
As title suggests. I love this colour. Perfect grey coverage. I get complemented on my colour all the time. Only negative is the sachet of shampoo that comes in box doesn't have enough product to use on my thick hair.

I love eSalon! The quality of the hair color is fantastic - no way you would get this from a store-bought box. Does a great job covering grey hair and it is so affordable! I have a TON of hair so this saves me a tremendous amount of money.
My daughter is a hair stylist and with special training in mixing color and I was with her yesterday the same day that I had dyed my hair and she couldn't even tell. When I told her I just done my hair she looked and said "keep using that color because I couldn't even match it as well". Pretty good compliment from a hair stylist and actually the gal who has been cutting my hair for more than 30 yrs. has complimented me on the color and condition of my hair since I have been using eSalon!
Decided to get away from the red color for the summer (to hard to keep it looking good in the sun and pool). Switched to a medium brown and love it. The gloss is essential for healthy hair look.

From my first try to the present ,I enjoy the convenience and personal packaging of gloves, stain remover,shampoo,conditioner,stain guard, and easy application bottle.
Best ever custom hair. Left hair feeling silky,shiny and healthy looking hair. Looks like it was professionally done without the cost. Very easy to do using the helpful directions.
My hair felt so good and soft right after using this,at first the color was a little too dark, but now it's perfect. My hairdresser liked it also. i will recommend this to everybody

I love the color even though I didn't provide a picture they matched my hair color dead on with my natural hair color. I LOVE IT!!! The instructions are awesome really easy to follow and the color is not as harsh on my hair as other's I've tried. I will never go anywhere else to get my color eSalon has a customer for life!

I was really nervous about trying this product. I ordered it but I have to admit I didn't use it for almost 3 months. I finally tried it. I could kick myself!
