I'm so happy I found eSalon. I admit I was a bit skeptical at the beginning but It turned out to be great hair color at a very reasonable price. It covers my gray perfectly and the color lasts without fading or washing out. I'm very satisfied with the results.

I´ve been coloring my hair by myself for many years now, so I was monitoring and comparing every step of the coloring process. What I really liked was, that it was taken care of the fact, that I had already colored ends, so I received two different colorings for the roots and the ends. After everything was done, I must say, my hair has a really beautiful color, just like I wanted it to be. It feels really smooth and it looks healthy and shiny. Love it!
Great hair colour, excellent grey coverage, doesn't fade.

I purchased this on recommendation and, although much more expensive than the shop bought home hair colour I usually use, this is a far superior product, with excellent grey coverage so worth the extra.
I have been coloring my own hair for about 10 years and I always felt like people could tell that I was using boxed color.
With this line, it's like I just went to the salon. I loved it, less of a mess and I did not rinse all of the color out on the first wash.
I got the color, shampoo/conditioner, and the color treatment. I also got the starter kit with the color brush, bowl, and the clips. The packaging was very nice and the instructions are great. I am so glad I found this and I am set up on auto send.
I'm always happy with my treatments. The instructions are clear and simple, it's way faster than the salon and I can totally customize my color. Plus, my hair is shiny and there is no remaining ammonia smell.
Best hair color, covered all my grays and didn't leave red highlights in my hair (like all other products and salons have)! My hair is still shiny and soft after all these weeks. Love it and will continue to use it!
I just used my first shipment and it couldn't have been easier. I have very long hair and there was more than enough coloring agent. There dye is very gental to hair and smells good
I've never been able to afford to have my hair colored professionally because it's so expensive. I've always colored my hair myself, but the color would be completely faded in 2 weeks and all my gray would be showing again. It was so frustrating. E salon has changed my hair so much! The color is rich and beautiful with highlights and lowlights, it covers my gray completely and it LASTS! I only have to color every 8 weeks now and the results are professional looking! I'm so glad I took a chance and decided to try them!
the way my hair feels after coloring is just amazing! nothing like after a box kit, I've been coloring my own hair since i was about 13 and I wasn't really unhappy with the drug store box I was using, but when I tried esalon, it was like getting a salon service without the $200 price tag. Also, when I asked for changes to accommodate my sun-lightened & gray regrowth, they pulled off a nearly perfect color match & it covered all the gray perfectly! it came out great! Have never tried any other web salon brands, though they appear to have a nearly identical plan & packaging from what I've seen on one website. but I see no reason to, esalon does such a great job, has a great product & competitive prices! I'm still happy with it after 3years!
Best hair color ever, looks amazing, looks better than professional hair coloring I have had. My hair is soft and healthy looking. Does not give you that just colored look.
This is the most natural looking haircolour I've found and so convenient that it's just sent every month or so, no more browsing the shelves trying to remember what colour I last used!
I truly love my custom hair color. It leaves my hair with shine and full of body. The color lasts for quite some time and I always receive so many compliments of how healthy my hair looks. The color is never flat or dull looking. I will never go back to other hair colors.
The color blended my colors well. My hair was a bit more violet red but this worked well. If there were a way to add a bit more of the Violet that may be good😏

I've used salons for over 10 years to color my hair. I moved away from my favorite hair dresser and had to find someone new to color my hair, and the results were embarrassingly bad. I tried eSalon and was amazed that they could match my color better than a local salon. The color is easy to apply and it looks as good as any salon application I've had.
I love the color and the condition of my hair. The color lasts. The directions are easy to follow. Customer service is always on hand to answer questions. I also appreciate the follow up. Esalon wants to make sure I am happy with the results. And, is there if I want to make any adjustments in color.
I tried this on a whim in 2014 and have been hooked ever since! The color is beautiful and stays true until next coloring - which mostly is to touch up the roots! The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and natural. I'm a fan and recommend all home-colorists to give eSalon a try!

This custom hair color is terrific. It lasts a lot longer than the box hair color. The color itself was a perfect match. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
I finally took advantage of getting a custom color from eSalon when they offered it for $10 so I could try it. I have to say I am more than satisfied. The color is rich and left my hair soft and shiny. Even my hair stylist noticed how shiny my hair was. Definitely worth the money. I've been doing my own coloring for years and this product is worth every penny. Customer service is great too. They follow up immediately to see if you liked your color and offer any changes before they mail your next shipment.

Never having colored my hair (always relied on my stylist) I tried it after missing an apt due to being in the hospital. My hair was in need of covering the white roots. Since I could not reschedule w-him, I opted for eSalon. Filled out the questionnaire, loaded my current photo & waited for the shipment to arrive at home. It was easier than I thought to apply. Seems as it covered my white better than the salon color did & seemed to last longer as well. My body & hair have been through a lot. Having had 3 surgeries in 7months due to breast cancer, I didn't know how this would work. It wasn't as chemical smelling, did NOT burn my scalp, my hair was soft, shiny & wonderful afterwards. Being 49, I was very thankful that this existed, & the results were so positive for my first time experience of coloring my own hair. The cape was a life saver as were the gloves, color & stain guard. Definitely would recommend to others.
I love eSalon the color is perfect and easy to use it covered my shades of grey now I have my medium copper hair back with great highlights.Love the presentation(box, instruction folder,-everything I needed).Don't think about it do it -my hair is soft and shines..much better than the big name products and does not have the intense odor some products have while processing.Happy happy happy

I have used many boxed hair colors. This really is different! I have had the most compliments on my hair since using this product. Even after 5-6 weeks people that know I color my hair ask if I have just colored it. They are amazed at how the color holds up even after several weeks.

I have allergies and I'm normally allergic to several types of hair color causing rashes and itching real bad. I tried this product for the first time. I had a little itch but not very much the 1st day not like other hair color has done me in the past with itching and rashes for weeks at a time. I have thick course shoulder length hair that tangles very easy. I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the product. My hair was feeling like silk and the color was absolutely beautiful and shiny. People kept asking me about my color and how shiny and healthy my hair looked. Love love love this product. No more searching in the store isles again trying to find the right color.
Love the product, the packaging and application....soooo wonderful unlike other boxed colors where you just rinse out the color you can actually wash your hair..with this you get to add more color in the shower and then to wash it out. Best thing ever for dark colors it does not make your scalp dark like box colors. But did not last as long as I had asked and hoped for...followed directions exactly...it has been 4 weeks to the day since I colored..I did ask for 6 weeks...sigh
I was a bit hesitant at first because I didn't know anything about it but was tired of over the counter products which didn't do what I wanted, but tried it anyways. And I LOVE IT!!! The color is exactly what I wanted and it completely covered my grays!!!!
