I’d never colored my hair at home before using eSalon, but my salon trips were getting too expensive to maintain. The step-by-step instructions were super easy and the color really lasts. I have done 3 treatments so far and will continue with eSalon.
For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. After application the shampoo and conditioner that is included leaves my hair incredibly soft and healthy-feeling. Great product!
I had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. Also, lesson for me to be a little more specific and/or call to discuss rather than just writing online! Thanks again for expert help when I needed it.
By far the most naturalist hair colour ever . To think the amount of money I have spent of store and hairdressers . I ordered to much warm tone but it was sorted out for my next delivery. I can’t wait to see my new colour . Thanks guys
My 1st application my hair felt super soft, healthy and smelled very nicely. The color didn’t turn out to be what I had expected (was too Dark) but I believe the products in general are of high quality and will continue using eSalon.

I was sketchy at first trying it but once I did it, it was exactly what I wanted and been looking for! Every time in the past when I tried to get this look, my hair turned darker and darker. This actually got me closer to my natural hair colour plus it lightend it up a bit to my liking! I love how simple it was to use and how the directions were so clear and easy to use!
I bought my first kit about 3 years ago do to my back issues I was not able to go to the salon and sit for a long period of time. This option let me do things at my own pace and take breaks in between. I started going back to the salon a year ago, biggest mistake of my life! I don't understand why but esalons products made my hair so much healthier and soft so here I am again back to buy my own products and do it myself. I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This color is perfect for me. I have an outrageous amount of gray and it covers it all perfectly and lasts longer than other color I have used. I highly recommend the stain wipes, as they got rid of every bit of black dye I got on my skin.
After tweeking my formula a couple of times, Sarah got the perfect cover for my problematic white roots and thin spots. It still looks great after 3 weeks!!

I chose a reddish brown with gold mixed in. Loved the color and got so many compliments on it. The another great part about the service is you get how to videos on coloring your own hair and you can adjust the color when you want to.
I’ve been coloring/covering my gray at a salon for 20 years so was hesitant to try an online color service. My goal was to “buy some time” between salon services and esalon has enalbled me to do just that. The color is spot on/excellent gray coverage, & doesn’t fade. My local colorist didn’t even notice my touch up. E-salon has exceeded my expectations!
I used this for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say I'm already hooked! The people are awesome and answer your questions, and the color is amazing! I always liked my salon color, but after 2 or 3 washes I could tell it faded and continued to do so. This color I got (light brown red mahogany) so far has held up a lot better. You can still see the red a few weeks later. (Red washes out quickly). Also my hair feels great. I was worried since I know box color is so bad for your hair how this would turn out. Over all very impressed and can't wait to see how the color takes to my hair next time.
The kit and instructions are perfect. I've been a longtime color at home gal. And enjoy a good salon visit. I found the personalization to be exceptional. Upon my first try I worked with my stylist to adjust the time, since it didn't quite come out. Next shipment my instructions were adjusted and my hair turned out perfect. Now, 3 colors in, and I literally have strangers asking me. A natural dirty blonde if I'm a natural redhead because they've never seen such a beautiful red color! Definitley going to keep using.
I have been mixing my own hair Color for 20 years by combining various off-the-shelf hair color kits. This is been really hit or miss and expensive. Every time I colored my hair it was a different color. eSalon Got the color right the first time. Now my hair is consistently one color and I’m saving money. I am extremely 😀 (happy) with their service. And if I ever decide to change hair color they are only a phone call away.

Hi guys! This was my first time using eSalon and I love it! I answered the questions and selected the hair color closest to what I currently have which was actually quite a bit lighter. I emailed my stylist (Anna) my current color formula and told her I like high fashion reds and sent her pictures of me supporting my favorite color and she matched me perfectly!!! Love how soft my hair is as well. I signed up for the auto ship which I will continue. You can also choose how often you want it. And it really is easy to cancel or skip a month if you want to. LOVE!

I sent in a picture of my hair color and added a picture of what I would like. My colorist picked the perfect shade the first time. I have never had to adjust it. No more surprises at the local salon. I get the same shade every time!
I had asked for a lighter color without red tones and it was perfect! Just what I wanted, especially for the summer. I would like to have better gray coverage as the grays seem to pop out in a short amount of time.
Unlike store colors, this one is the best one I have ever had. It penetrates deep into the gray hair and your grays don’t show up again the next day. I love esalon because if your not happy with the color they’ll work with you to find the right one.
I'm a 100% NEWBIE when it comes to color treating my own hair. I was so afraid I'd screw this up. But it turned out great. And they did a great job color selecting for me.
I was nervous to try and actually waited a few weeks. The directions were easy to follow, I did leave it on for 5 minutes less than required. All gray was covered, the shampoo and conditioner were excellent. No brassiness, and it actually matched my original color exactly! This is my new color, thank you, thank you!
So....I colored my hair for a second time. Keep in mind, I'm only needing to color my hair every 8 weeks now! By this point, I am having a few grays showing (and I do have stubborn gray). The color lasted for several weeks, and did not begin to lose the shade until a week or two before it was time for me to color again. I'm absolutely amazed by the brilliance of the color. It exactly matches my natural shade! The shine is extraordinary and so soft; if anything my hair actually looks/feels healthier. I'm sure if I used the shampoo every day that comes in the kit my color would not fade in the end. I'm so happy I chose to try eSalon! I hope to never have to use "drug store" brands again!

This is a great color. Initially I thought it was fading fast but I think that was the lighting I was in and of course the initial always looks darker before first wash .I absolutely love the color.

this is my first time colouring my hair for about 15 years. needed to cover a lot of grey hair. cover for the grey is excellent only a few showing at the hairline, but that was more my fault than the product. great coverage on the rest of my hair. I have curly hair that does need a little more care and this product has not dried my hair at all. really good accessories - love the cape. overall - very impressed.
I just used my first eSalon kit and the color is amazing. This is much better than previous salon coloring. Love the deep rich color and shine. My hair not only looks good, but feels amazing.
It took about three tries with my colorist to get it right, but so worth it. Been using same color for past year alternating with the light kit. I actually look forward to coloring...refreshing my color every 9 weeks! I use a neutral light brown on my roots. Blends well.
