I have had so many compliments on my color. I admit that the first time i did it, it didn't come out to good. I missed a lot of areas. The ordering process was very simple and the color came out exactly as I wanted. The instructions were was to follow. I would recommend getting the all inclusive hair kit, I did not and it would have made it that much easier. It was fairly easy even for me and I have very thick hair and this was my first at home dye.

I used to color my hair at home for years. Then went to the salon for years. Now I can save money do it when I need to on my timeframe. The color is great! My gray is hidden pretty well.
Colour is rich and perfect match and has great depth to it.
It does not lose it's luster.
Does not dry out my hair.
Does not burn my scalp like other home dyes do.
I have short hair and can get two colour sessions out of one bottle. I just half the mixture.

Love love love this color!! It’s worth every penny to cover those greys that I haven’t been able to cover with any other color (and believe me I’ve tried them all over the counter types. Paid way too much money too). I recommend this color set to anyone that likes a nice, rich color that lasts.
The dye was super easy to apply when following the directions and the end result was lovely! It wasn't totally brown and not totally red either - it was a perfect mix which is exactly the color I was looking for!

I have received my first color kit. I finally got around to coloring my hair the other day. I am amazed that y’all got my correct color the first time. My hair was black when I was little but I don’t like my hair that dark now that I’m much older. This color is beautiful. It looks so natural, which is what I wanted. I love that this is more than just hair color. Everything you need is sent in one small box. I especially love the sample shampoo and conditioner and two sets of gloves. Amazing product and service. The red came out really pretty. I have compliments the red. The color set did not hurt my head skin, but did hurt my eye when I dyed front sides of hair. I’d like to know how to prevent to not hurt my eye next time.
Using eSalon Custom Color Set is my 1st experience with coloring my own hair. With all the products, videos and information they provide it had been relatively easy to do. I have been working with the color specialist to get the color adjusted to my natural blonde color. What a nice feature to have a specialist. So far it is a little red but I am hoping we can get the color right.

I am truly amazed by this colour! The formula is superb and having two different formulations (one for roots and one for the ends) really makes a difference to the final result! The instructions are really easy to follow and you get at home the same result you would get in a salon at less than half the cost! My hair have been left super shiny and with so much more texture compared to other DIY hair dye. I will definitely become a regular customer now!

It was so easy, my daughter put the color on for me. My hair is really short so it wasn't hard & didn't take long. The part I liked best is that my scalp didn't itch, I usually have to use a rat tail comb to rub it during the first of the processing and last time it itched the whole time. Love this product & the color came out great!

I just colored my hair and my grays are covered beautifully. I went with a color that pretty much matched my natural hair color so growing out won't be so noticeable but I wanted auburn accents to liven things up. I am more than happy with this color. It brought life back to my hair and my husband said I'm beautiful.
First time colouring my hair so it was utter carnage but my colour turned out great! I love it! My greys are gone and I feel like myself again, despite now having dyed my bathroom carpet and my middle toe (!?) I love the fact that I had 2 bottles as I have a lot of hair. Would definitely recommend.

I love esalon and their custom colours set they prepare for you. I don’t know how they do it but they always get it right. They are always there for whatever changes you would like to make. I asked for more copper and golden tones to be added and it’s fantastic. I’m really so pleased at the quality of the colours they supply,my hair feels fantastic afterwards and more importantly looks fantastic!! Unlike some of the salon colours I’ve had not to mention the expense and the home colours never turned out like I wanted them too. Give it a try I was skeptic at first but I’m so glad I did. Very happy with their service and all of there products.
