Love it, it is a great quality product. The box comes with everything you need and more. And don’t even get me started on the costumer support, absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They go far and beyond to make you happy and satisfied. Best of all, store bought hair color used to give me the worst allergic reaction, itchiness beyond belief to the point of scratching until my scalp bled. Esalon color: NOTHING! So thank you for an amazing product!
I loved this color!!!! Perfect mix . Esalon has amazing customer service. The first red I ordered was too brown for me and not exactly what I envisioned. I called them and they talked to me more about what I wanted. Once they sent the additional brighter red it was perfection. Loving it
I used the bottle and it’s so easy to mix and then to apply on the hair... Colour was great, with high coverage and the hair are soft and looking awesome after!
This is just absolutely amazing. The instructions make it so easy and even had tips I hadn't heard of before! The color was exactly what I was looking for. So so so glad I got this. And unlike the box dies I've used in the past, my hair feels incredibly smooth. Now I don't have to worry about how my hair looks for the holidays!

I don't go to a salon for color because of the cost. This is by far the most natural color I've found. After a few months my hair is in better shape , too.

Best results I've had from at-home coloring. First round was lighter than I wanted but still gorgeous, planning to go darker next time. Didn't dry out my hair at all, and looks like I went to the salon!

I really was skeptical about doing this from a web site. But the color I wanted was exactly what I picked out and the consultants were helpful and got me the right color. Ive been using e-salon hair color for the last 6 years for my base, in the past I have used salon colors which are beatiful, however the price was high, then add in additional highlights, it was quite pricey and then i switchd to store bought and could never get it right. The colorists at esalon were spot on with my first hair color and subsequent changes when i needed to alter the color. I move between addresses 2 times a year and my hair color followed me, I jwould change my address and have my shipment. I have had many compliments from hairstylists and friends about my color how even and consistent the coverage was. Alas, i find im so gray and of an age (65) to let my gray own it!. 6 years 80 orders, Thank you

I asked for a colour change to be a little bit lighter, and I was very pleased!
The instructions are easy to follow. It mixes easily. I did not notice a strong odor during or after application. The grey coverage is good. The color was a perfect match to my hair. My hair was shinny & soft after coloring. I did not notice fading between application's. It is salon quality and a great value.
I cannot say enough about my personalized color! It was so easy to apply and I've gotten so many compliments. Nobody can believe that I am a natural blonde not a brunette. So happy I found eSalon and am telling everyone!
Love this product, these people and the convenience. The color is beautiful; easy to do with great instructions. It lasts a LONG time. The people are great; happy to adjust if needed and accomodating of different shipping schedules, and convenient... what could be more convenient than being delivered to your door when you ask for it!
The colour turned out really pretty! I LOVE the consistency and the coverage, normally I need approx two bottles of professional dye from sally's or two boxes for my super thick hair not this time. Bonus the shampoo smelled amazing! Way to go!!
