I think this colour is brilliant, I put it on this morning and it feels brilliant packed well with clear instructions but did not cover all my white hairs at sides of my hair line, but not bad, very impressed with outcome, thanks team
First time using to cover new growth roots and gray. Matched perfectly!!! Next time I know to leave on a little longer on the heavier gray areas around my face. Overall very happy with the results. My daughter said it looked just like when I had it done at the salon!
I am very happy with the color. It is so easy to communicate with the colorist. Sending a picture is helpful. I have used it twice so far and my expectations have been fulfilled. I won't purchase anything but this color.

I love working with the colorists who work with your color until you feel this is the one! Well, a few tweaks and I have my favorite color. I am thrilled with the work of the colorist! My loved my recent color.
It was a little more red than my natural, but it was pretty close! Hardly anyone even noticed I had colored it! The grays were gone for sure. I was very pleased.
Good color that did what I wanted (soften the grey to a natural look) and was convenient and easy enough to do one morning before church. I can fit that into a busy schedule!
Easy directions, all supplies enclosed, and the color turned out beautifully. The color has not faded and it’s been over a month since I did it. I love how esalon will send an email if they think you are going to dark and give their suggestion. Great company and I will continue to use them.
Love my darkest brown neutral color.....it matches my natural hair color perfectly and covers my greys beautifully too and leaves my hair shiny and healthy looking. Absolutely love it! Receive my color right on time and excellent customer service....Well done eSalon, you have a customer for life!
I only did my roots but the color came out exactly the way I wanted it to. It wasn't too dark, which tends to be my experience when I color my own hair. It covered my grays very well and lightened my dark roots. Basically, it did everything I wanted to achieve. I get compliments on my hair all the time now.
I think I nailed a fave colour on eSalon! The instructions are easy to follow, and the results look great, and best of all (for me) like a natural hair colour! Great results for the price point.

Was a little sceptical but followed the instructions colour was good covered all my grey without having a loss of colour every wash. Grey showing at my temples after 5 weeks. Good product!

I was a little skeptical when I first tried your product, I thought 'it's going to be one of those things where I'm over charged for an item I could find at the Dollar store.'
I was wrong and I've gotta tell you, your product is worth every penny. Not only does the color hide all the gray but it's also very close to my natural color. I've tried many other hair coloring products before, but your formula leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. Other brands had too often left my hair feeling dry and hard. Thank you esalon.
I shaved my head to honor my sister-in-law. My hair grew in all drab grey. This second custom color is perfect. My hair looks as though it has been done professionally - the lighter (white) hair looks blended with the new blond. It's beautiful.

From the moment I opened the box I was impressed! ESalon thought of everything! An extra set of gloves, a sticker to hold the instructions up on my mirror, a great conditioner for after the color, a brush to help with application... not to mention the root and ends color treatments!

I have used several box hair color products over the last few years and my hair always ended up dry and they would not cover the hair I wanted to color most! I am quite fair with blonde hair and I am going platinum instead of gray. I like to color my hair strawberry blonde like it was when I was younger. It makes me look less washed out.
esalon has come up with a perfect mix for me and my hairdresser says it is the best she has ever seen on a client who does their own color! LOVE IT! Thank you!
I love this product! I wanted to go from a bright ultra vibrant red to a dark brown with purple undertones. The colour specialist emailed me the day after I signed up and asked a few more questions based off the pictures I uploaded as she was concerned about the results I wanted. This floored me; especially when she said it may not be the product I’m looking for. I assured her I was not wanting vibrant purple and she went ahead and mixed my colour. The results are exactly what I was looking for and still looks great 3 weeks later!!

I have had problems with my hair looking too dark—like shoe polish on my head! This color looks so natural, covers my gray well and the whole process is really easy.
I asked for a revision in my color, from Dark Brown to a slightly lighter Dark Brown with a hint of red. It was absolutely perfect, just what I had hoped for. It looks very natural and vibrant and in the sun I just shine. My daughter asked who I went to for the color and I told her "My go-to color source, E Salon!" She didn't believe me, although I have been using you for years. She couldn't believe my color was that good without going to a brick and mortar salon as she does. I was extremely happy with my initial color. I requested a change to a reddish brown and ended up with very coppery roots. I trust the ESalon team 100%. I know they will changes accordingly.

I am a natural redhead and have walked out of salons with all different kinds of colors - pink, purple, some weird-neon-horrific-thing. I went through a wonky-work-phase when I had to keep cancelling color appointments and out of desperation, ordered from eSalon. I am pretty-much all gray so an inch of grays just isn't attractive or professional at all - it's the first thing anyone notices about you. Oh my gosh - I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! My color is perfect, always the same, and about 1/5 the cost of my salon-treatments. And, I don't have to cancel my appointments due to schedule-changes. (It's usually my time to catch-up on ironing.) I get tons of compliments too. Just yesterday at the grocery store, a woman came up to me commenting on my beautiful hair color. Don't hesitate - just try it!

I absolutely adore my hair color! The color specialist helped me select the perfect color for me and adjusted once to remove red undertones. It covers grays amazingly! My hair is soft and manageable and color remains true to self so much longer than any other color I have ever tried! I can even say it doesn’t fade until almost my next color cycle ( with a little help from tint rinse). I get many compliments about the color.
I’ve used other online brands but the variety and customization was much more to my liking. I was able to get a color I love that looked natural from day one, plus my hair didn’t get as dry and frizzy as with other brands. I have fine hair and need the gentlest lift to not wreck my hair - this seemed to do the job!
