No matter how many times I go to the salon they never get the over all look I want, this product does give me what I want cause they make it just for me. Love this Product!!!!!!!

Very easy to follow directions and great results. Haven't had this natural looking haircolor in years.
Extremely pleased with this product and will order again and recommend to friends.....
I really like the new formula. I have long hair and when I would color my hair it would feel brittle for a few days even if I did everything correctly. My hair feels soft and manageable now.

A long time customer. I have been coloring my hair at home and in salons for over 30 years. I like to change things up all the time and have not had a color that was not just what I asked for. The ease of having my hair color shipped (to an APO as well), changing the color, or skipping a shipment is wonderful. The GREY COVERAGE IS BY FAR AND AWAY THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED!

Received package today after spending 100 dollars a month for years for color to last a month told my stylist I was going to try this she read my info and agreed color was perfect I'm so excited definitely be a repeat customer for a long time
I have to admit I was very skeptical with using this product since I have been getting my hair done in the salon for years. I tried to do my own hair years ago and it turned my hair green. This product is absolutely phenomenal. Great product, great color. I will be continuing to use this!!!!

I was skeptical at first but I just did my hair today and it looks great. I previously had my hair bright red with henna and about 4 inches of my natural strawberry blonde roots. I opted for a demi-permanent dark ash brown. Not only did it counteract the super permanent bright red henna but it evened the color from my roots to my ends. My hair is left looking and feeling great, not dry and brittle like I thought it would. I can't wait continue using. I am very impressed.

The products are all really nice and I love the box you get that’s personalised on your bottles and instructions.
The stain guard is lovely too and smells really nice. Will continue to order from Esalon!

I am in love with my color and it was so easy to apply. I’d much rather do this than pay $100 at a salon and love my color much more too!!
My first try with eSalon. The kit is fun to unpack with lots of special details! To save the forests and oceans, good idea to cut down on all the boxing and plastic insert. A sheet of plastic to put over the sink to protect against drops would be nice. I particularly liked the stain protection and remover - works like a charm! The color is a solid and my hair feels good using the shampoo and conditioner. I do my own color and go to the salon once every four months for highlights and color. The cost is the factor for me as I have to color every 2-3 weeks (hair grows quickly) hence the 4 stars.

I have been wanting to try this product for awhile but always seemed to talk myself out of it??? Why I do not know because after actually getting my color and using it I am in LOVE! It is totally different than any hair color product I have tried .It covered my greys perfect and I did not have the usual red tones that I would get from your typical store bought brands which was a great surprise . Thank You for making this a simple process and a absolutely wonderful experience my only regret is not ordering it sooner . The shampoo included in the box Is so perfect love the scent and I am a conditoner girl but after using just the shampoo my hair didn't have that straw feel that you get after coloring your hair. My hair was soft with just the shampoo a first ever for me.Of course I applied the conditioner too ( if it was that soft with just shampoo I couldn't wait to see what the conditioner did ) was not disappointed.Will be ordering again and again and yes I have to have me some of that great smelling shampoo and conditioner . My color Dark Chocolate love ,love, love it!!
I am always so happy with my hair color, the gray coverage is fantastic and the color is amazing. I also love the fact that eSalon sends you a reminder email to ask if there are any changes you would like to make to your next order. I have changed my hair color many times and I'm sure my colorist is frustrated but never the less I have always recieved quality service and beautiful color. I had not dyed my hair in years...them I found esalon and said what the heck I'll give them a try. SO SO SO glad I did.
The color was easy to put on and easy to rinse out. They have me for life!
They called and emailed a few times to make sure they understood my hair, my hair needs, and what color I liked the best. Instructions were easy, and my hair turned out PERFECT.
I have been colouring my hair with shop bought dye for years, because the twice that I have had it done in a salon my hair went green after washing both times. So I was nervous to try your hair colour, but I am so glad that I did, my hair has never looked better the colour is beautiful a little darker than I wanted but I have changed it for my next order. I love the whole package, you have thought of everything and the little extra things just make the experience of colouring my hair just perfect. Thank you x
I received my first color box and tried it for the first time I have to admit I was very skeptical at first Especially since I am an ex hairstylist of 24 years and I am used to using only the best quality color you name it i have used it I have to say my ecolor came out totally amazing I have been having a tough time to stop pulling up brassy but I also need to cover grey and ash Blonde alone doesn’t cover Grey I explained that too my estylist and low and behold it’s the best color yet plus my hair felt so silky soft and healthy I am a believer
I have always colored my hair at home. I have naturally medium auburn hair with copper highlights and dark roots. I have a few grays showing up and wanted to hide those while adding all over shine. It can be hard to find a natural looking Auburn from a box, but I am so happy with my color! It gave my locks the boost I wanted without looking like I colored my hair myself- no brassy tones. The formula was pretty strong while I applied close to my face... even made my eyes water. But- the smell did not linger once I washed it out, which is not the case with my former box dye. I am happy I found a color so close to my natural color!
I have had my hair professionally colored and also used box colors for years. The products from eSalon work great and save me money. I am one of the people that like to change up my color often. The color experts at eSalon have been very helpful with this.
I ABSOLUTELY love eSalon it is so easy to use and it's the perfect color from the very first time. I have been going to a stylist in a salon for 4 years and I had tried to go back to doing it myself, only to turn my hair orange (I'm a redhead). I used eSalon for the first time last month and my hair turned out SPECTACULAR ❣️ I had highlights and lowlights and the color itself looked COMPLETELY natural. My husband also signed up and he loves it too. I would recommend this product to ANYONE who doesn't want to spend a fortune just to have fabulous hair.

Truly as advertised-I’m super impressed with this product and the customer service. My new go-to! My hair feels super soft and healthy and looks great!!
I had originally chosen what I thought was a good color for me. The colorist emailed me and let me know they thought tweaking the original color would suit me better. So glad they did ! Loved the color they formulated for me. They know what they are doing a!
I used to use drugstore color and this product is far more better to use. I love how everything you need is in the package and it left my hair looking and feeling beautiful!
I thought I would give this a try with not much hope it would have good results. However, I was very happy with the color and the shine that my hair had. I will definitely use this again .
I’ve never died my own hair before but I was looking for a change that I could afford to sustain over time. I am so happy with the color I got, and the team really listened to me and what I was looking for. And they made it super easy to do at home with instructional videos and ate by step instructions in the box. Highly recommend, especially for the price’
It was exactly the perfect color I was looking for. Tried store colors but couldn't get shade right. Tint is fabulous, brings shine and shade up to brilliant!!! Going to share with everyone I know!!!!!!
This color covered my gray. This color was very natural. Easy to apply. There are 2 sets of gloves and they fit your hands instead of being like food handler gloves. Love and highly recommend this product.
Even when I can't apply it very well and it's a bit of a gong show the color still looks great and the places I missed look more intentional because of the depth and dimension to the color. It is the best hair color I've ever used and I started in 1982!

This is the first time I ordered from eSalon to see what all the hype was about and was presently surprised. My husband who loves coloring my hair (has been doing it for years) makes this our "us" time. He was skeptical because it took a while to apply one color, then wait, apply the next color and wait. But he really loved the way the color came out and complemented me. My hair had volume and shine. I felt great. We did this process the day before we went to St. Augustine, Florida, to celebrate our 42. wedding anniversary. It's been 3 weeks, the color still looks great except for the roots on top of my scalp, they are turning gray already. Maybe my hair grows too fast? Either way, I will definitely order again, maybe a different color.
As a redhead I struggle to find colours to match my original red, I'm still not 100% there but the red I receive from eSalon is fabulous. I constantly receive compliments on what lovely hair colour I have (even from hairdressers) so I would definitely recommend using eSalon. The fact it comes on a regular basis makes it so easy and you can always change your delivery date. One very happy customer.
Finally color that lasts. Not only were the instructions clear and easy to follow. But the color turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. But the important thing to me was that the color has lasted now more than a month. My hair is mostly white and color typically washes out in the first few washes. This color has not faded at all. Best product I have ever used.

Iv been using this for a few months now and I wouldn't use any other looks so natural as I only use it on my roots its has no block colour from where iv used it and on the hair that's left dosnt dry my hair out it's so shiny and has stayed shiny even after all the months iv been using it

It took more time with the 2 step process but the result/reward is well worth it.
The key to perfection is to take your time and don't rush. Good things come in small packages and are worth the wait.
I have used many store bought and internet bought hair coloring solutions as well as paying top dollar for salon color and I have to say this is by far the best hair color product on the market. Perfect color, silky hair afterwards and after every shampoo. I will for sure be purchasing again
I am in my mid-50's, with bits of gray here and there. My first custom color came out a little darker than I wanted, but customer service was very, very helpful - they are lightening it in stages with each order. I've done three colors over the course of the last 8 months and been really pleased with the ease of the process and the results. The gray gets covered every time, the color easily lasts to my next order (10 weeks), and my hair is noticeably shiny and soft. No brassy or unnatural tones, either. Recommended it several times to others who have noticed!
Everything came beautifully packaged and on time. It felt like more of a treat doing my hair than usual, everything was considered - stain guard, remover, lovely gloves you can get on and off without ripping...its the small things ;)

Omg, everything about this is just so great. The prices are very reasonable, the packaging was put together so nicely, and I love the products. My base color came out very nice. I love the shampoo. It made my hair so beautiful. It was rich and lathered my hair so well. I had used this product couple of years ago and stopped and recently I went back again. I can't remember now why I quit but I am so happy to be back the colors are fantastic it covers my gray it last 4 to 5 weeks and the price can't be beat I was paying over 100 bucks every 4 weeks to get the same thing that I get at home now and I am really really pleased and happy that I am back with E salon
I was very pleased with a colour used on my hair in the US but found no obvious equivalent when back in the UK. I found the eSalon web site and they guided me through the options and matched the colour almost exactly from a recent photograph. I am thrilled. The added bonus is that it the colour arrived 3 days after ordering.
I loved my custom color set because it is exactly the color that I've asked for, keeping the same shade as my natural hair color. I love the set and I have been using if for the past two years.
I love this product. The colored my roots mainly for covering the greys. The color was very natural which blended perfectly with the rest of my hair color. The highlights remain still visible. I found my new hairdresser for years to come !

I love it , my hair is very smooth and the colour is shine,much better than colouring the supermarkets.
I tried eSalon on a whim and was skeptical that the outcome would be better than the generic color kits from the grocery store. However, it was surprisingly easy to use and gave me the exact same coloring experience I used to get at the salon for 300 dollars. When I took my daughter to the salon for a cut even the hair dresser commented on how great my color was and where I had, had it done. I told her I used eSalon and even she was surprised that it gave such good color. Have been using it since. Its easy and inexpensive and gives fantastic results. Would recommend it to anyone who prefers to dye their hair themselves. Wonderful product.
