I didn't know home colour could do this. There is a lot of online hype surrounding this product. Believe it best home colour I have ever used. Love the service I was concerned over the colour but was called back by my personal colourist to talk me through. The colour is gorgeous. Love the fact you can email to tweak the colour.

I think this is better than any other DYI color. You tell the salon what you want and don't want. For me I was concerned about my hair turning brassy but this color didn't do that. You can send a picture of yourself and answer the questions before they make a color special for you based on what you tell them. I think it's better than salon because you have control over how much coverage you want. I don't think I'll do a regular salon ever again. This way is better and more affordable!!!!! And convenient!

It saves a lot of time from going to a Salon and the color looks professional, even my stylist is very impressed.
I chose to apply my color with the brush to make sure I got every strand at the root. The color and coverage is superior to any other color I've ever had - including salons. That is saying a lot, because I've colored my hair many times.
AND I don't know what is in this stuff, but I had been steadily finding wads of hair in my shower drain. After I colored with eSalon color, I have lost no hair at all. This is amazing to me. I would continue to use eSalon products only for this result, but the outstanding color and coverage are simply the best I've ever had.

I found out about eSalon somewhere on the internet and thought of giving it a shot because the price was nice and so was the review...my first experience with eSalon has been great. I was sent a box with all the stuff i knew I had needed along with stuff I didn't know I was going to need. The kit was cute and the instruction manual was very helpful and I loved the result. My hair looked great The color was perfect. Quantity was decent and it did not start to come off from grey strands in ten days like it usually does when i get my hair dyed from the Salons or when I use the commercial brands like Lore** or even schwarzk**** and Rev****...tried em all and never was as happy as i have become with esalon's product.

I been using esolan now scenes 2015 i have very hard to cover gray and this color realy covers the grays so happy with the esolan team very helpful when i placed my order got just the right color i wanted with no gray
I love this hair color, it doesn't stain my skin and lasts for about 6 to 8 weeks. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and manageable. Also, the packaging is chic and gives the feeling of a personal luxury service.

After the first color was okay, but didn't give the gray coverage desired. The second one was right on with wonderful gray coverage and the color desired. After 4 weeks plus color and coverage is wonderful. Thank You eSalon !!
Thanks for fixing this! I loved it! It has only been in my hair two weeks, since I was away when it arrived. I will see how well this stays in my hair. So far, so good. My eSalon Custom Hair Color is the best at home hair color I have ever used. The color is perfect and it covered my hard to color gray hair. The color has lasted even on my gray hair areas much longer that my previous hair color!
This was my first time coloring my own hair and I was little nervous...but the process was very easy and I love the results! This product made my hair really shiny..and I also liked the shampoo and the conditioner. I'm glad I tried this products!

I work with a a retired hair stylist and today she asked if I gotten my new color yet. I said yes can't you tell, no grays. She was surprised, the color looked so natural. I told her the colorist take good care of me at eSalon. I tell everyone, YOU ARE GREAT
I really like the product cause most drugstore products never get the color I want or it will never change my hair color. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I get compliments all the time on the color of my hair. It is so close to my natural color no one knows I color...not even my hair stylist. Easy to use and gentle on my hair too.
I loved this colour, with some hair colourants they can be quite potent but with esalon i did not have this problem. The product was a dream to use and i found i did not have to scrape the bottle clean to get every last remnants of serum out unlike with some other companies colourants. I was able to get a complete coverage with ease and would recommend this to anyone.
I love this service and color. I thought it was a bit too dark the first time and it was modified right away. I wanted better grey coverage and again...Bam...done!!! Now I have perfect coverage and color and not paying a fortune or spending hours in a salon.

After a second adjustment they nailed the color! It is shiny and vibrant, full of body and covers grays amazingly well. The only thing why I don't give them 5 starts is because, no matter how hard I wash my hair after applying the color, my hair always stains my white robe in the collar area. Fortunately that robe washes well so no harm on that. Lesson learned. First time washing my hair always always use a dark towel to prevent it. Other than that... I love it! =)

This hair color system is great. The color is perfect for me. The kit arrives with everything you need and is personalized. The product does not have the strong odor that store bought kits do, it lasts without fading and after you set up your account, it arrives in the mail right when you want it to.

I like how it comes out multi-faceted but consistent with color. It's an easy process and I only do it every 8 weeks. The fade of the color is natural and doesn't really reveal roots. Looks very natural!
I am happy with the color. This time I used it as for full coverage (not only my roots) since the highlights will probably need retouching soon, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I was complimented at work by different people a few times and even after a few washes the color is getting better.

This color turned out GREAT! It "feels" the most like my natural brunette than any coloring I've had; didn't irritate my scalp or burn my hair, leaving it soft. The gray covered easily, very important; highlights are perfect and appreciated after dull, dark, matte formulas from the store and even the salon.
I am very happy with the color. The application process was ok, it was described well so I felt like I knew what to do next. The color is exactly what I wanted. My hair came out well conditioned and not damaged. I am hoping that future applications will be the same.
