I finally colored my hair and I love the lighter shade, it blends well with high lights from previous color. I had a recent haircut also so it all looks great, will have to see how fast the grays will reappear. Thanks to the colorist

This is my 3rd or 4th time coloring my roots with esalon. I felt like I wasn't getting the best gray coverage at first, but recently realized I hadn't been mixing the color long enough prior to applying it. I used it through the look down and found it very good and liked the colour. Will def use it again if there is another lock down. Always arrived on time and cheaper than a hairdresser. Just my friend is a hairdresser and would have felt mean if did not give her my custom.

When I 'd buy the colors at Walmart, it would be a week and my gray would start showing. It's going on three weeks and there is no gray showing! Love it!
my hair feels healthy. I am 78 years old, completely grey. This covers well. I get high and low lights throughout my hair. Don't know how that works. I had always had foils to achieve that natural look. My hair is shiny and looks like young hair.
I have some glitter (gray) in my roots and this covered it! It took a few tries with e salon before it felt right and this month it was perfect!! The color is beautiful.

I really appreciate that a quick message about wanting my color a bit Darker/ richer was all I had to do to adjust my color for the fall season. When I’ve always dyed my hair on my own I custom mix my color around the fall season but using this service will allow for a consistent color throughout the season. They did a great job in the adjustment.
I ordered this product online a week or two ago. I'm getting ready to start a new position with a new company tomorrow and I was afraid to use the product the day before. The results were fantastic. it didn't totally wash out my highlights and what I put on my hairline did not deposit on my skin but deposited in the hair properly. it also didn't make my scalp itch like many products I have used in the past from the drug store. I've been dying my own hair for the past 20 years and this stuff is fantastic!
Love the vibrant color and its easy to apply. I also like the subscription aspect so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to order it. The color kit arrives just in time for my next application.
I love everything about this. What initially enticed me was just the concept of it. Being someone who’s been in beauty school, it’s cool to see people are able to do this stuff at home now, but the salons are still a part of the process. Everybody wins! I also loved taking the hair exam and figuring out which formula was best for me. Everything is very detailed and thorough. The shipping and planning of everything was hella fast and they have it set up so you can re order for cheaper! So then when I got the product, I was so excited everything was in a pink box and then packaged in smaller pink boxes. I got a cute little box of gloves along with my personalized hair color kit that HAD MY NAME ON IT LIKE SUPER CUTE. The directions on the kit were so detailed and thorough that I really doubt anyone would mess it up. I also purchased their red tint shampoo and that’s hella as well. Just all around super happy with this site and it’s products and I will be returning every 4 weeks until further notice!! :) Ooh not to mention I went from blonde to red head and it looks AMAZING🧡
Everything you need to color your hair. The color I wanted was perfect. It matched my original hair color perfectly! Detailed instructions and videos made it easy to use. I had never colored my hair before> let alone on my own. Was a good experience for a first timer.
Love my color. .now a little over a year. The 1st time it was too much dark golden blonde. Next order spoke to the colourist then she helped me out we added a little less golden and it worked out just fine I am going to be calling the colorist cause I wanna go a little bit more apricot🍑 I seen a color advertise think it's looks exactly what I want to change my color a hint more 🍊. I'm gonna try 🧡

The color looks good on me. The ability to send a picture of myself as well as describing the color I wanted was very useful. The instructions are clear and work well. I like that I can adjust the color, though I haven’t had to do so. Would only ask that plastic packaging inside the box be eliminated since we can’t recycle that kind of plastic anymore.
The thing that I loved most was that my personal stylist tweaked my color perfectly! I was not expecting that when I first started the process. The coverage was great, even though I am mostly gray. One thing that didn't work well on my first attempt was a missed spot on my hairline. Everything else covered perfectly and I hope to get better at the application the 2nd go round.
I’ve always had my hair colored in a salon, so this was my first time coloring at home. Not only did it look like I had paid the normal $120 , it looked better! That was about 6 weeks ago and my color STILL looks fresh!:)

I love the color that my color artist created for me. They really know their stuff. When I chose to go a tiny bit more red, I explain what I wanted and they changed my formula to the perfect shade. I love my hair color. I used to not color my hair because of a few bad experiences at different salons. With esalon, I brighten up my shade and know it looks great.
I absolutley love my hair color. It's a perfect shade, rich color, very well packaged with everything you need right in the box. I also LOVE real customer service where you can actually talk to someone and make adjustments to your order as needed. I thought of this as a solution to the pandemic situation but I think I'll stick with it.

This process was so easy! The directions were easy to follow and the applying process was a breeze! Hardly any mess, unlike store bought colors. Its been a few weeks since I have applied and after many washes my hair still looks like I just colored it!

I was worry in the beginning but it was nice that they communicate with you and give you a color chart to use and also I loved how they had a comment box for you to explain what u want
The eSalon consultant listened to my concerns adjusted the formula, explained it to me and it has worked out just like we discussed. Thank you! Maybe I will make some changes in the future but the color is better now than it has been with a local salon for years.
I have used box colors for do long that my daughter took me to have my hair done professionally for a gift. I have tried to keep that up for a year, however when the virus came we were quaranteened for so long that I decided to try e-salon. I absolutely love it!!! eSalon has made it very easy to do one's own hair coloring correctly.I loved the initial color, but am glad I have the option of going "slightly" darker. Personnel have been so responsive to my questions and were very helpful to secure that one gets the best hair color for one's self. I appreciate the patience and expertise of eSalon.

I first chose Esalon because I read good reviews and was curious, but was not sure how my ideal shade of ash blonde would turn out — I had previously tried at home box dyes that faded to a yellow-like dullness within 1 or 2 washes. Let me just say that the results are spot on! And after 4 or 5 weeks now I’m still happy with my color (and expect that I could squeeze in another week before dyeing again). However, my advice is once you’ve found your ideal shade (which could take a few tries) follow the directions exactly to every word — they are specific for a reason! I couldn’t be happier with my hair and am now a loyal follower!
