This was the EXACT color I've always wanted but never been quite able to get! Love the stain guard and the stain remover and the fact I can choose if I want to brush on the application or use directly from the bottle. I don't have a bad thing to say about this. If you are on the fence about trying it...try it...I hope you will be as happy with the results as I am!!!!!

This was my first time coloring my hair at home so I was slightly anxious about the process, but everything was easy. I picked a slightly darker copper than my natural color but it covered my gray and the color is amazing. I have highlights and it is shiny and soft. My husband loves it. Such a easy process. I will definitely be reordering. I also recommend this to anyone who wants soft, beautifully colored hair. I am no longer anxious about coloring my hair myself. I should have tried eSalon sooner.

I am pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with how spot-on my color turned out. It has always been impossible to home-color and not end up with a lot of brassiness, so I have had to spend hundreds at the salon. I’m sold. eSalon has a new, and very happy, customer. Thank you, Hannah!

It took me about 30 minutes to apply, but I did follow every tutorial video I could get my hands on, because last time I was with eSalon, I royally effed it up and wasn't paying attention to the guidance... WHOOPS. Then came nearly two years of salon visits to correct it. SO! I am hopeful that I can keep this going, because 30 bucks versus 200, is really nice. Also - eSalon customer service is MAD. SO GOOD. Love, love, love.

I had highlights at the end of my hair and my natural color had grown out about 8 inches. I wanted it all to be the same as my natural color.

I highly recommend Esalon. Unless you have the time and money to go to a high end hairdresser/colurist who really know their stuff ( and really good colourist can be hard to find!) then settling with eSalon is absolutely is a superb option. I had two orders from eSalon lying around and finally tried it, the result was great. Then I tried again a few weeks later out of curiousity, mixed myself the slightly darker color from the first order up with the slithly lighter color from last order and it turned out really very natural looking. The instructions are spot on. Just make sure to update your photos, so the colourist can see properly what your hair looks like. Make sure to tell them how you want it. I never ever before had so natural looking results from the boxes in the store. In fact I have had completely catastrophic results from haircolours from the store. This is sooooo much better, it’s like day and night of difference . I HIGHLY recommend E salon.

When I ordered the color, I received a message from eSalon, telling me that they were adjusting my color a bit, as they thought it was too dark. Well, their decision was the right one! Definitely love the color they made!

So easy to use and beautiful natural colour! Great delivery and prompt replying to all questions. Do not like the conditioner, made my hair really greasy ( took 6 washes to remove !) wish we had an option not to have shampoo/ conditioner as it just go’s in the bin ? Overall love my colour and the convenience of auto delivery, will definitely continue to use 😄👍

My colorist adjusted my color from my original order and I am so glad she did. That is what makes this so amazing! They will not let you get it wrong! Everyone has complemented me on my new hair color. I was scared going in because I have not colored my hair in years. I am too frugal to pay $200 for hair color at the salon and now I am glad I didn't. I would feel dumb now. This is so simple to do as well. The instructions were clear and easy to read and my color only took 30 min to process. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to color their hair.

I was very hesitant at first to begin to color my own hair, as I did so in the past and my hair always turned very dark almost black over time. This product goes on just right and the match is perfect. I am getting better at the process of doing it myself each time. I also like that my colorist gets in touch w me each time she is ready to mix color to see if I want to change anything.

Just colored my hair again last night and I've been a customer for nearly 8 years. I decided to try esalon after quotes from hairdressers wanting £140+ to dye my hair back to dark from blonde. I can say now I will not be using another hair colour service besides esalon from now on. I saved so much money and my hair has had soooooo many compliments since using esalon hair colour. I loved everything about the service ... the unique instructions, the packaging, the products! Not to mention esalon customer service was so helpful and answered all of my queries.

Best color ever. I am a retired cosmotologist and have done everything possible to my hair. Right now it is overprossed but I couldn't wait to use my new color. It is the exact color I have been looking for all these years. color is true and does not grab darker on the ends. I will stick with eSalon for future color.

Initially I thought the colour was too 'bright & too red' but I was wrong! My hair looks healthy and shiny, it doesn't feel dry as it has in the past when using other colour products. Great grey coverage and really thrilled with the results.

I bought the reddest red eSalon has to offer and I am here to tell you that I was NOT disappointed! I first dyed my hair on July 1, 2018 and my color is still holding! It held onto my greys like a champ! The only greys I have now are from regrowth. The color has not faded or turned at all in 2 months and I cannot wait to get my next order to refresh my roots. I am now a lifelong customer!!

I've been a customer for a while now and I absolutely love esalon. My color is gorgeous and the really cool part is it's just for me. I'm not buying box color that thousands of other women buy too. Received my color, was hesitant to do it as I normally Have it done. I applied As instructed and waited the time, rinsed our as usual and prayed. The color was so wonderful and rich. It did not last as long as I would Have hoped but I do Wash hair daily.
The colorist reviewed product with me before making as I selected a darker version, almost black, and I’m glad the colorist did! We changed it up to fit my skin tone and liking before sending it out. I appreciate The communication. Thank you!

The whole kit is wonderful. I love that you have 2 options for application, the stain preventer and remover. Very thorough instructions. Even the little sticker to hang the instructions.

Love the process, and customization. I was blown away when I received the colour kit- the attention to detail is amazing! EVERYTHING you would ever need is in there!

I have dark blonde hair and could never get the over the counter hair dye right. I dye my roots when the gray grows in. The dye was too light or too dark. So I thought I give e-salon a chance, and I am so happy that I did. I colored my roots on August 24 and my roots matched the rest of my hair. I also learned not to put dye on all my hair which would make it darker! Thank you so much! I am now going to try your highlighting kit!

I am hooked! After setting up my profile I got an email recommending a different shade based on the photo I uploaded. The new color was spot-on perfect! The color kit is so easy to use, has everything you need and the final product looks great and my hair feels soft and healthy. Getting it shipped at intervals means I keep it up on a regular basis and I can adjust how often it is sent if I want to. Great product $25 v. $100's at the salon.

Esalon is amazing and I have fully realized this again after returning to the salon for color due to some personal reasons. I am so excited and happy to once again be a Esalon customer!

I love this color from esalon and I have never had anything come even close to my perfect shade, but they did! It is awesome and I don't have to guess what color to buy at the store, and i don't have to go anywhere, it comes to me! Cannot say enough good things about Esalon. I told my friend about it and she is trying it too. She is so excited, also. She could not believe the personal attention she got from the stylist! This the best online purchase and service I have ever had the pleasure to use!

I’ve orderes from eSalon twice before and my hair always came out looking great. I wanted a bit of a change this time, so I requested a slight change to my formula. I’m LOVING IT!

I am so happy right now. I constantly fight to get an even color from roots to ends. The times I’ve spend $200 plus at a salon never came out any better than my home dyes. So I’ve been consistently dying it myself for some time. I had very dark roots and lots of grays and whites to cover. I used gloves and hands (rather than the brush) because I have a pixie cut. So I literally just scrubbed it in like it was shampoo all over, all at once. My hair color is the same from root to tip. Amazing! And it feels thick, looks shiny and gorgeous.
The color is darker than I expected but seems to compliment my skin tone perfectly, so I’ll stick with it.
I was concerned that the color container did not have ingredients listed, as the other pieces did. I have an allergy to a preservative. So I swabbed it on a bandaid and did my own allergy test first. That’s the only non-amazing comment I have to give.
I’m already committed!

been looking for a colour that was not too dark or too brassy ,and with your help i got what i have been looking for easy to use product , great support, stylist recommended lighter shade than i had picked so i took her advise and am glad i did , i am having my colour tweaked a bit next time and will continue to do so until its perfect with the help of the great service you provide. so happy i found your salon

I was sceptical, however I've tried drugstore colors so why not! Much to my delight, my color is perfect. It's exactly what I described to my colorist through osmosis lol. She's amazing! I couldn't be more pleased.

So happy with everything about esalon. The service is Fab and the hair colour is exquisite. They have completely nailed what I was after and adjusted my colour accordingly when asked. Once I've coloured my hair feels silky soft and lightweight. Much much MUCH better than supermarket box colour. Can't recommend this product set and the team highly enough.

First time user. My daughter colored my hair the other night with a copper red color and I have had tons of complements. The color was perfect. It looks natural and is the same color my hair was when I was a teenager. I am in my 50's now. It covered all my grey hair and the product was easy to use.
