My color was the best yet! It was lighter than before because of a change in coloring method at the end of the process. My colorist suggested I fill what was left in my bottle with water, shake it, then saturate the ends and leave it on for three to four minutes. That kept it from getting too dark. Thanks for that tip. I feel more confident doing my own hair--I've had it colored for at least 10 years--but the expense was getting out of hand. Thank you, eSalon!

Ordered this on a whim for my daughter. She needed an all over refresh of color. The website was super user friendly and fast. Shipping was very quick. Beautifully and professionally packaged. Easy instructions. I highly recommend the bowl and clips, and buying extra shampoo. The product smell was pleasant. Followed instructions and I was done pretty painlessly. The results were beautiful. Love the finished color results! In my busy schedule I dislike having to go buy coloring and always having to look through them to make sure they have my correct color or the time and cost to go have it done. My gray comes in every three weeks, and I could never find a do it yourself dye that looked right!! The dark blonde is exactly the color of the picture, and I’ve never had that before!! It lasts until my roots come in.. I only do the roots. This allows me to skip one or two times in between the hairdresser. It’s a great product! Saved me lots of money.

I love the color’s depth. It seems to penetrate deep into the hair stands; I like the way it covered my grays well; I love the packaging; how it comes with much more than enough so you don’t find yourself trying to stretch it. I love the packaging and how it contains everything I need.

I love my hair color. E-salon is the only company that's been able to get a color so incredibly close to my own natural color. All the other box colors I've tried look like just that, a box color. Also, my hair never feels damaged after using the color kit from e-salon. I wish my color would have been slightly lighter but overall I'm very happy with it.
The color is dark and blended with some of my hair. My hair is multi colored and looks best as a dark blonde. Right now it’s dark brown with slight red.
I think I’m getting highlights to ease the color back to blend all the colors again.
I’ve been colouring my hair at home for a number of years but only since having this product am I truly happy with the end result. The colour is perfect, covers all greys, blends perfectly and lasts without fading out. Love the fact that it’s comes in the post and I don’t have to think about going into town to buy colour over the counter.
Simple instructions and simple application. The first time is applied the color by the bottle. On my next (2nd) shipment I will use the brush applicator. Otherwise, I love it. Thanks eSalon!

This is my first time using esalon and I’m so impressed! I’ve used color from the local beauty supply store and had mediocre results. But the color I got from esalon is gorgeous and my hair feels amazing. It really does produce salon quality results. I do have to say that this color turned out darker than I expected but I still love it and I was coloring over red. The red is pretty much gone so I’m very happy. Thank you so much esalon!! ❤️❤️

I was very impressed with the whole packaging of the items sent and the quality of the items. The directions were very easy to follow and the product worked well. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. It was all strands above my expectations!
This is an intense colouring system, but so so worth it! I loved every single product in my first box. The smell of the dye is a little hard to handle. I was worried it was going to be a bland color, its not!!! I went with a dark brown/red and im absolutely in love with this color. IT COVERED ALL THE GREYS!!!! I feel and look 10 years younger! Love the products and how everything is losted step by step but what really sold me on this company is their professionalism and when i needed to cancel do to not needing another color they resolved everything and refunded me in less then 2 minutes on the phone. It was nice that you supplied a color for roots and ends separately. I am actually a cosmetologist but I’m all about trying new ways to color my own hair. Sometimes me going to the salon isn’t ideal so the DIY at home works good for me. Due to limited colors and the vibrancy of certain tones I will add color shots in my personalized color for more violet vibrancy. The shampoo and conditioner packets did leave my hair feeling soft which was a bonus. Over all the packaging & the product were nice and I’m still waiting for my hair to dry to see the full end result. Thank you :)
I’d never colored my hair at home before using eSalon, but my salon trips were getting too expensive to maintain. The step-by-step instructions were super easy and the color really lasts. I have done 3 treatments so far and will continue with eSalon.
For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. After application the shampoo and conditioner that is included leaves my hair incredibly soft and healthy-feeling. Great product!
I had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. Also, lesson for me to be a little more specific and/or call to discuss rather than just writing online! Thanks again for expert help when I needed it.
By far the most naturalist hair colour ever . To think the amount of money I have spent of store and hairdressers . I ordered to much warm tone but it was sorted out for my next delivery. I can’t wait to see my new colour . Thanks guys
My 1st application my hair felt super soft, healthy and smelled very nicely. The color didn’t turn out to be what I had expected (was too Dark) but I believe the products in general are of high quality and will continue using eSalon.

I was sketchy at first trying it but once I did it, it was exactly what I wanted and been looking for! Every time in the past when I tried to get this look, my hair turned darker and darker. This actually got me closer to my natural hair colour plus it lightend it up a bit to my liking! I love how simple it was to use and how the directions were so clear and easy to use!
I bought my first kit about 3 years ago do to my back issues I was not able to go to the salon and sit for a long period of time. This option let me do things at my own pace and take breaks in between. I started going back to the salon a year ago, biggest mistake of my life! I don't understand why but esalons products made my hair so much healthier and soft so here I am again back to buy my own products and do it myself. I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This color is perfect for me. I have an outrageous amount of gray and it covers it all perfectly and lasts longer than other color I have used. I highly recommend the stain wipes, as they got rid of every bit of black dye I got on my skin.
After tweeking my formula a couple of times, Sarah got the perfect cover for my problematic white roots and thin spots. It still looks great after 3 weeks!!
