Loved my hair coloring kit. Instructions were easy to follow and the color a perfect match. My hair was shiny and the process was easy. Clean up was quick as well, 2 bottles and instructions to recycle.
So delighted with my colour, the dark golden blonde was a perfect match. This has been a life saver during the COVID world we're living in at the moment and no access to hairdressing services. I would highly recommend.

I never colored my own hair, and because of this Covid situation, I decided to touch up myself, and ordered from Esalon. I did pick a color, but the stylist emailed that what I picked won't match my color and told me he/she adjusted the color to match my hair by looking at the photo. I received the package, followed the direction, and my hair turned out really great! The color came out perfect match to the rest of my hair, and I have lots of grey and it covered nicely. I would recommend everyone to listen to the Esalon stylist for the color match!

This is the first time I colored my own hair so I was very nervous! The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out fabulous! My hair actually got healthier after I dyed it.
I am totally impressed with my color. I have stubborn greys, especially at the roots, which do not take color easily. My roots are usually much lighter than the length of my hair. This is the first color I have ever used that completely covered my roots and blended with the length of my hair. The color is rich, multifaceted/multidimensional and reminds me of my natural color. I was in dire need of hair color, since we are all "sheltering in place" or practicing physical distancing! I have never tried your hair color products prior & was very sceptical of what the results would be. I tried it, & love it! It magically had a built in coppery color highlights to the brown color. All in one application! My hair feels soft & rejuvenated! Thank you for such a great at home product!

Working with ESalon Colorist is a wonderful experience. I've had some rocky experiences in salons, I have natural red in my hair, dark reddish blonde and since I've started coloring it is hard to get it done correctly...too brassy or too orange looking or too dark auburn and I paid hundreds to get it done at salon.
now that I've worked with ESalon and have my color just right...I won't go back! You can't go wrong, if you choose the wrong shade, send photos and work with your colorist...
Just received my order I’m so impressed with the instructions and the the layout of the product. Have not used it yet, may have to adjust the color in the future but definitely I will do this again
Received my colour sooner than expected and honestly amazed with the result.
Colour was true to what I picked and my hair feels amazing after the colour. Shampoo and conditioner smell lovely and still have enough for next wash.

I’ve just home coloured my hair for the first time ever and I’m so pleased with the result. Better than I hoped for! I normally have my hair coloured at an Aveda salon every 4 weeks and was ready to compromise on the colour that I would get by doing this myself, but it is an excellent match and looks very natural. Thankyou so much!
Due to the Corona Virus, I couldn't go to my regular stylist. When I ordered I was a little skeptically with the result. My husband was the one to put on and the result was excellent, I have like a lot hair and believe it or not the product was more than enough for the covering. The color is coming in a little bottle that is going to scare you for the size but don't worry and give it a try, the best thing coming in the small size. It's coming in a very beautiful box, very well prepared with the gloves, instructions, the brush, little shampoo and conditioner also some product to remove the stains in your face, in my personal opinion is 10 stars the product; give me the sense of beauty and care. I miss my saloon but in a while I will hold on this specific product, the price is totally worth it!
This is a great product if you don’t want to spend a fortune at the hair salon! My hair grows incredibly fast and I am one of those people who has to color every 3-4 weeks (4 is pushing it) this is great for in between colors or to use regularly. My first color was good, but it lacked the va va voom I was looking for... after having it adjusted it was exactly what I wanted and more! The color is vibrant and leaves your hair soft and shiny and this company is beyond accommodating when it comes to giving you what you want. Highly recommend this product!

I applied the color in my hair and it is the one I asked exactly, I'm very happy with the results. The package is cute it comes with your name, the instructions, the bottle, it took a little long to arrived because of the current circumstances, but it was worth the wait. What I'am happy mostly are the results! Perfect color, congrats to my colorist!

I was very happy with the results from my first eSalon kit. I knew if things didn't go well I could just cancel the subscription. But the results were fantastic. I am not only sticking with my subscription, I sent a few adjustments because the color wasn't quite where I wanted it. I fully trust with the information they already have from my first color and the new information I sent over, I'm going to get the color I'm asking for.

If you are a true red head, starting to see gray, eSalon is fabulous. My own hair stylist, who is a "color specialist" consistently tells me excuses like: "Red fades fast; Red hair is difficult to work with; if you try to add highlights and low lights you'll risk looking like a peacock." She turned me into a beautiful medium blond, with a mix of honey and caramel highlights and low lights. Which was fun once. Every time I passed by the mirror I had to take a 2nd glance; "who was that girl?" and my husband was mad; "where's my red head?" "Don't ever go back to her!" "Will your red hair grow back in?" Luckily, it did, I didn't have a lot of gray back then. Next time she tried red's and coppers - she made a big line on my head. Everyone asked me if I colored my hair my hair myself and offered their hair specialist's card. I returned to the shop to get it fixed, my stylist asked another color specialist to work with me instead. She turned my hair dark mahogany. My hair matched my dining room table; terrible. To dark for my freckley, fair skinned complexion. My light blond eyebrows and eyelashes made me look scary without makeup. who wears makeup at home; come on! So, I tried several other salon's. Everyone turned me into bozo the clown, bright orange, red. I was disappointed, over and over. No-one could match my natural hair color. It did not matter how much I spent. I was desperate, I started using box colors, struggling, same as the color specialists; at least I wasn't paying $150 to $300 for each mistake. My husband, came home one day with a note: Try eSalon.com - a customer recommended to him; for me. That was in 2013. The color specialists adjusted the color till we finally got it right
I'm adding an update - it's year 2020 - Since then I've also added the natural blond highlights (automatic delivery with every 3rd color) - I continue to get compliments about my hair color. Even at the salon.

I have copper hair and my roots were coming in thick and strong. It can be hard to match my colour, but the kit did it perfectly. I also got a free ends refresher for my first order. The kit was packaged beautifully and had everything needed to colour my roots and refresh my ends. Service was as fast as it could be given the circumstances. My only constructive criticism is there were three steps involving gloves and only 2 pairs were given (not a big deal, (could reuse) and to maybe take into account the length of hair for the amount of shampoo and conditioner given. I have thick coarse long hair and the was no way enough conditioner....a fabulous product at an amazing price!! I’m buying two more to bring with me abroad!!!

This is wonderfully convenient during this pandemic. Not having experience with doing my own touch-ups, the first time I ordered lighter than usual. Although It did not cover my grey roots I was able to change to a darker shade easily on-line for my second delivery and this has made all the difference. I love the results and my hair looks wonderful and feels healthy.
I love not relying on waiting for my hair salon to re-open with the flexibility of doing this myself.
The instructions were easy to follow.

Highly recommend eSalon. Just started ordering when shelter in place orders were implemented. However, after receiving my first order and with the results I achieved, I will not be going back to the salon and spending over $100 to get my color done. Everything was very well done. Loved the color so much. Packaging was great and products were easy to use.
I think it’s product odor was a bit strong and the color faded a little more quickly than my salon color.
Having said that, I was very pleased.

My hair looks great and the colour is perfect. Being trapped at home and with roots growing long made me feel a bit sad and they were getting increasingly hard to hide on video meetings. Whilst the dyeing your own hair bit of a faff I've got super results and recommend eSalon 100%. (I have long, fine, dark hair 25% grey and the colour is really rich, not at all flat, and my hair has stayed in good condition.)
This was my very first “ do it yourself” hair project since I was way younger. I loved the first impression the company made by it’s packaging and poem. It was easy and the color choice was perfect. As an RN in a busy hospital I do not have time to go to the salon every 3 weeks to color my gray. And having gray is not an option. I have never colored my own hair before and I ordered my Custom Color in January 2020 and was afraid to try it. Lol. Well, now with the current situation with the stay at home orders I was desperate to get rid of my growing out grays and brassy old color. So I got my kit out and was on a mission! The packaging is amazing and I felt like I had my own mini salon here at home. The instructions were very easy PLUS I did watch a few tutorial videos on "esalon" site for courage. I was SO surprised that the color came out EXACTLY like the color I always get from my stylist. Even my daughter noticed that. It came out shiny, soft and beautiful. I especially was surprised how it did not burn my scalp during processing like the one at my salon does. I am very grateful that I ordered from "esalon" and gave them a try! After 20 years of professionally coloring my hair, I am a convert to Esalon products! I got the exact result I’ve been paying $200 for every six weeks. Love it and have recommended it to all of my friends.
The first one was a little too red but it was ok.

The products were easy to mix and everything was included in the kit. The color was easy to apply and the results were really amazing. It matched my hair color perfectly. I did not have any discoloration on my scalp and no hair breakage. The application process was easier since I had help with it. Its been 3+ weeks and I am still thrilled with the results and the brightness that it brought to my sheltered at home hair.

I always use my salon, I was very Nervous using a color seeing I have lots of highlights but my grays where getting really heavy at the root area and I refuse to use box color from the store. This color matched my hair perfectly and colored it perfectly I’m extremely impressed my hair looks beautiful thank you , I will be letting my friends know
I have fine to medium, shoulder length hair, medium brown but with a lot of white/gray roots. I ordered the set, together with the cape. I had been purchasing drug store color to touch up my grays. When we started working from home in March and I knew I was going to miss the next salon appointment (or two) I went to esalon and placed an order. I could not be happier with the results. It was so easy and the color was beautiful. I have already recommended it to my friends and family who are also in need of some color help! I love my stylist and I'll continue to go to her, but this will be my go to for between visits, and I have to say that this color was (in my view) identical to what I get at the salon. Perfect color, beautiful shine and silky soft. No complaints.
I was nervous to try an on line hair dye but it is great . They used my info and brewed up the perfect color for me. The direction are easy to follow. The color was so much better then I had expected. With most hair dyes the color is monotone , this one seems as if there are subtle highlights and my hair is shiney and feels great!
I was sooo nervous about coloring my own hair for the first time but in this day of Covid-19, I was determined to find a way to color it and feel more like myself. I was a nervous wreck but it was super easy and the best part was the color was a PERFECT match!

I am so impressed with ESalon and their color. I was unsure of the exact color I needed so I reached out to a color specialist who guided me to a beautiful rich brown. Once receiving my color the instructions were so easy to follow. The results were just what I expected. Actually it turned out like my salon color or maybe slightly better. I did notice a couple of grays popping through around my face but not too bad. I am asking for a couple of slight tweaks for my next shipment. I am also trying out their highlights and color tint. I would recommend giving ESalon a try. It’s saving me hundreds of dollars and valuable time!
