I haven't colored my hair since early March and I haven't colored my own hair in over 20 years. I was super nervous about application and final product because it was a two step process for roots and overall color. My grays are also a completely different texture than my other hair and they were a good 2 1/2 inches long. The process took a while to do, and I had to get my daughters to help me with the back of my head, but Oh. My. Goodness. Your marketing is spot on. Your product did EXACTLY what you claim it will do, and I truly do feel like I just stepped out of the salon. My color is natural looking and my hair feels great. Thank you, Crystella! And thank you, ESalon! I love my hair color!

I debated just going grey but saw the add for eSalon online and decided to try it. It was as easy to use as other products and I love the color. It looks very natural and covered the grey well. Just after using it I got a compliment from a complete stranger! I depend on reviews like this when I buy products and I would highly recommend eSalon and will continue to use it.

I imagine I am one of many who have turned to esalon during lockdown. This was a very clever and professional service. The photos I uploaded allowed someone to correctly adjust the colour shade I chose to obtain the results I wanted, which I was very grateful of. I’ve never applied colour to my own hair before but didn’t find this too difficult, since a brush was supplied. The roots colour for my grey and the end colour for the rest all blended really well. Condition is great and grey coverage too. I did miss a tiny bit of grey but I think I managed to be over zealous with the skin protector and may have gone to close to my roots with it on one small area but I think I did a reasonably good job as a novice. Very pleased all round and looking forward to the next instalment!

I had... had... to post this right after I colored today! I am in love with my new color - this is the color I have wanted for years! None of the stylists I went to ever quite got it - but your colorist did! I spent so... much money every time I went to the hairdresser and now I feel like I could have saved myself the time, money and hassle! I am sold on doing my color at home from now on! -I will only be going in for a trim once in awhile. So happy 😀 thank you so much!!!!

When I first ordered esalon, I loved the process of everything but I wasn't a fan of the color. After reaching out and telling them the dye didn't stick to my hair well, they gave me a free credit for another box and we adjusted my color. This time around, my hair color is PERFECT! I loved it. My hair still felt soft and healthy after. The only thing is i was hoping the red was going to be brighter. I loved the color it turned out just wanted a brighter red. I have dyed my hair for over 40yrs now and always used box dyes. After getting ill my hair really did suffer. After it grew back i found it was a lot thinner and a few spots where it did not return. I wanted to try this for myself as the reviews were amazing. I’m so glad I did because it is wonderful. My hair literally shone once it was dried. My hair feels so much better and looks better too. I will always use this from now on. Love the fact it will be sent when I’m ready for the next time. Great idea. Perfect colour. Love it x

I recently (finally!) Visited my hairdresser. She asked if my color was darker than when she last saw me. I replied yes and explained about eSalon. Thank You Esalon for revamping the formula! Well done.
I have been pretty frustrated with formula in the past couple of years. Color was great, however rinsing my hair after coloring it was such a struggle. The formula would leave a heavy waxy film in my hair. So much so, I was on the brink of canceling my membership. The new formulation is a dream. It rinse right out of my hair after 1 shampoo vs 5-6 shampoos.

I have never colored my own hair. I have always gone to a salon. I also never write reviews but this is worth it. Thanks to a pandemic I was forced to give this a try. Covered my gray beautifully and matched almost perfectly. Instructions were easy to follow and result was salon quality. My hair is soft and healthy . Covid forced me in so I tried esalon. Really great product. Easy to use and follow directions. Product was gentle on my hair and did a great job covering grey. Consultant was easy to communicate with to adjust color.

Ok, I will admit I was skeptical, and the entire time I was coloring my hair, I kept thinking OMG, my hair is going to be black!! Even as I combed it out, I still had it in my mind that it I was going to look like Elvira...

First off, I love the packaging. It’s pretty and personal and makes me feel like I’m getting the full salon experience without the 2+ hours of sitting and the $250 spent. The product itself it so easy to use and I appreciated the customer service through and through. Would recommend to a friend!

I love being able to go ahead and do my own hair and avoid going to a salon and paying over $100 to get it done. I have long hair and it normally takes at least two batches of color. With the color and then the root color esalon provides I can do it all myself and my hair looks amazing. I have it set up on continuous mail out subscription every 5 weeks which is awesome..

I cannot believe how natural my hair looks. Just the colour I asked for and, to be honest, even better than the colour I get at the hairdressers. Easy to apply and the condition of my hair is great. Love it!!

Have been getting professional highlights for several years. My natural hair is turning white in the front but is dark blond in the back. I needed something to apply at home that would even out the color. This product did an amazing job. I put the toner in the developer and applied it to the dark blond parts, waited 18 minutes, then pulled it through the old highlights and white streaks for the last two minutes. The results are amazing! The resulting color is soft and blended. It was so easy and cost about 20% of what a salon treatment costs. I will definitely continue using this product.

I. Usually have a gold highlight added to my hair color!
First I would like to say, my base color of medium brown had such a richness to it! It was beautiful! The highlights were in a different bottle and liked to scare me to death! I switched from gold highlights to copper! Honey! The color I got was Pippi Longstocking! I have always been adventurous so I trusted the colorist and put it on! Holy Cow! It’s perfect! I love it! She knew what she was doing!

First off, packaging is lovely! It feels very special to receive a personalised box with everything in neat little packages and super clear, friendly instructions. I'd never dyed my hair myself so was very nervous, but this was super easy! The results were great- greys gone, natural brown but gorgeous tones and silky conditioned hair.

I contact my colourist and asked for a more burgundy tone rather than a mahogany tone, which is what I usually get, and the results were amazing! I am really happy with the colour change, slightly darker and slightly more burgundy. I highly recommend this company! It’s so easy!

I've been colouring my hair since I was a teen. Boxed colour and recently beauty supply colour. But I never could get the colour I really wanted.
My kit was very good, had everything I needed to do a complete job myself, and the shade is just what I wanted.
I'm hoping my brown will stay ashy and not turn reddish as time passes. I bought the red neutralizer treatment so I'll see if it keeps my brown fresh.

It was easy and fast to work with ESalon. They formulated just the right color for me, it came quickly and was easy to apply. I love the results. The staff communicates well and is responsive to questions and requests. I highly recommend this company and will continue to order from them as long as lockdown persists--and maybe after that! I may never go back to a salon for a color treatment again. I had been working with my hairdresser for a while trying to get the color just right. She tried hard but it was just not exactly the color I wanted. I was nervous about doing it myself but once it was done, the color was exactly what i had in mind. Everyone wanted to know where I bought it from and the color I’d chosen. It also has a look of natural highlights. So pretty. I absolutely LOVE it! I’m a huge fan.

I ordered the custom color because my grey hairs were driving me crazy! I needed something to tide me over while my normal stylist was off due to the covid pandemic. Overall I was extremely happy with the result, how detailed the instructions were and the coverage, hence the four star rating. I would have given the product five stars, but I still have some stubborn greys that it did not cover! Maybe after the next color they will be less noticeable as I will be using again! Good color match, exactly what I wanted!

The color I received was just what i was looking for. My grays have been hard to color with most hair dye, this worked perfectly. My hair is soft, healthy looking, and tangling much less than with the brand I used previously.

I’ve been coloring my hair for longer than I care to admit and the majority of those years I’ve don’t it myself at home, from one box or another. This blows them all away. It looks great, leaves my hair feeling soft and smelling nice, and best of all, it covers grays like nobody’s business!

I was very excited to receive my first box. I’m usually quite nervous about colouring my own hair as I tend to make such a mess, but not this time. The instructions were very clear and all the products were clearly labelled. After applying the colour and styling, my hair felt soft and the colour was rich covering my greys

They listened to my feedback! I loved the warmer tone and the gray coverage was very good! This was only my second time dying my hair myself, and it was as easy as the first time. This time I tried just applying with the bottle instead of the brush - I recommend using the brush, it's not as messy.
