After trying a couple times, first time they thought I did not leave on long enough and second time I still did not get proper gray coverage leaving it on longer. I called and my colorist listened to what I was looking for in color and wow they really got it right!!!
Best Color ever previously I could only get the color I wanted spending over $100 at a salon. I was then paying less at other salons but my color was never right. I have 100% white hair and now my blonde color is so pretty with just the right amount of gold and the coverage is fantastic. Thank you so much e salon.

I always like to try a new thing and when I find out about eSalon, I gave a try. What I like about most is that I can "make " my own shades of color and if l want to cover more gray hair I just make small changes in my profile , and new order comes the way I want.
I received many complements about my hair color.
The price is higher than in drug stores, but you know exactly what color you will have and for that reason is worth every penny.

The color match was perfect. The instructions said the process would take 30 minutes. It did. And, in 30 minutes, I had better coverage than I've had with anything over-the-counter that took 45 or 50 minutes. Great product!

My natural color has, all my life, been a happy source of compliments. As I've aged and the color has faded (it's a reddish color, which doesn't go to a pretty grey-silver, but just to a kind of duller red), I have missed that. Coloring my hair at home with any of the many available major brand, or (without exception) spending the money to have my hair colored in a salon have never, ever replicated my original color. eSalon nailed the perfect color immediately. Believe it or not, I'm back -- ancient as I am -- to my natural color ... and am even back to receiving compliments on it! I could not be happier with eSalon!

I was having trouble with my grey hairs showing threw, I contacted eSalon about my hair and they made an awesome adjustment on my color. I would most definitely recommend eSalon for home hair coloring.

I love my new hair color. The first time I colored my hair it was a little darker than I wanted. But now it is perfect and sooo easy! I apprecoate the clear directions! I love the freedom of doing my own hair.

I am so happy with my hair color! I wanted to get a rich chocolate hue after a long summer season in the sun. Since my hair was porous and light, a salon color appointment caused my hair to be much darker than I really wanted. I waited a couple of months for the salon color to tone down and placed my order on eSalon.com. I selected the shade I was aiming for, provided some comments and uploaded a photo of myself to help my color stylist. My color expert Brittany put together the best color! The packaging and personalized instructions were awesome! I was able to easily apply the color and achieved the results I really wanted. I'm thrilled with my experience and am telling friends about eSalon. I'm not only saving tons of cash by doing my own hair coloring at home but I believe the results are far superior to what I experienced in the salon. eSalon has two thumbs up from me!

Everytime I color her hair I always get a little stressed if something would go wrong! Have successfully done her color 34 times, and every time have been able to have a sigh of relief that all went well

I have now colored my hair 3 times with eSalon product. Loving it. Appreciate the communication with the stylists about changes I may want. Great quality product! After coloring with store bought product, my head would be itchy for a week. With Esalon, none of that!

My hair is fine and curly, so frizz is hard to stop. After coloring my hair with this product and using the shampoo/conditioner that is part of the kit, my hair is shiny and curls beautifully!

I am so glad I took a chance and tried eSalon. I previously used drug store color to cover my mostly gray/white hair. Since my original color was fairly dark, I had problems covering the roots. They were always too light,and the color faded quickly. The eSalon color was blended exactly right,and the color really lasts. I was so surprised the first time I used it that my roots matched the rest of my hair perfectly,no more light roots. YAY!

I was nervous to attempt coloring my hair on my own......I followed the directions and made sure I timed the steps precisely and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality DIY job!

It is the first time I've actually ended up with the color I wanted. I know I'm a little picky, but I've tried for the longest time to get different stylists to understand what I'd like in the way of color. Always too purple or too blond, I finally have what I want. And on the FIRST purchase. Couldn't be happier.

I absolutely love this way to color my hair! It's easy peasy to do. And I love that I can alter the color as needed, particularly with the seasons. My hair looks & feels fabulous!

I am very happy with the color kit from eSalon! Highly recommend this service:product. Great for people on the go - as i get to chose when I want to receive (every 5 weeks) i now know I will have my color kit when I need it vs. waiting too long and having to scramble to make a hair appt last minute.

I've been paying lots of $$'s to have my hair colored. I didn't think I could apply my own color. I was mistaken. I read about eSalon and had to try. They make it easy with detailed instructions. The color they created was perfect! I am very pleased with my purchase and the process. Additionally, if you have any questions, the team will answer in a timely manner.

I asked eSalon if my color could be lighter. Without a lift it could not be done. However, they sent me another custom color to put on my ends and it is GORGEOUS! My hair has the prettiest red hue. It's not always noticeable unless I am in great light, but when I do see it, it makes me smile.

This is the best gray coverage I have ever had and it last longer than any other i have used. I have had a professional do my hair and I've done it myself. Love the color it matches up perfectly.

I've been a red-head for 30 years, trying to work with my natural auburn highlights. Working with my Esalon colorist, we have reached the perfect color for me. I love the convenience and pricing as well. In my mailbox on a schedule I can change as needed. The cost is a little more than drugstore brands, but minimal compared to going to a salon. Consistent color, delivered to me and auto-pay. Very best of all, I feel beautiful and I love the compliments I receive. Thank you, Esalon!!

I really do like this product. The color turned out like I expected and the feel of my hair is soft and not as stiff or rough as it seems to be when I use color off the shelf from the store. Obviously more cost effective than going to a salon.

Initially I thought my colour was too dark, however, after a few washes I can now honestly say that this is the best colour my hair has ever been. I was impressed by the professional packaging and the detailed thought provided to me by eSalon. Being given two pairs of gloves and pre and post treatment to prevent hair colour going onto my skin is not something you get from home hair dye kits normally. My grey roots have not come through as quickly using this product and I feel that it is like having a professional hair salon treatment but in the comfort of my own home. 100% impressed.

I loved then entire experience.. from the packaging to the entire application process.. I have thick hair and i had more then enough color. Unlike the store bought stuff, which i try to squeeze every drop to make it.. I was very happy with the color as well! Thank you! :)

My custom hair color was exactly what I wanted. The ordering experience was easy and fun, and the product shipped and arrived quickly. I love the automatic re-order feature--now I won't go weeks with graying roots because I keep forgetting to pick up my hair dye!
