I can't say enough great things about my hair color. I always thought I had to go to a salon to get the right color for me, but you have proved me wrong! I have been using eSalon for a couple of years and I love not only how easy it is to use and to change colors, but after losing my job, it's a huge relief that I can color my hair without a huge hit to my budget. The color was exactly what I wanted and the added shine was a great bonus. This is the best way to dye your hair on you own. I wont ever buy in store products again.
I've been using this service for about 2 years and have to say that I am totally satisfied with the result. It looks natural and covers the gray. I struggled with the gray coverage for quite a while before switching to this product and all I can say is I wish I had switched sooner! The color is fantastic and the customer service is superb! Great long-lasting color. I previously salon colored for years and then went to drug store boxed color. This is the BEST! My hair loves it and my stylist is impressed!

This is the perfect color!!!! I receive compliments with nearly every new person I met. It's the perfect amount of red and copper. It looks so natural. I've even kept this color for almost a year now. When I typically would change my hair color every 2-3 months trying to find the right color. I'm almost afraid to share this color because it's my little secret, but I'm so happy with it I want to share just how great eSalon has been and far less expensive than the salon.
We applied it last night. This is my 3rd time using my custom color. I loved it as always. My Daughter is a hair stylist and she loves the product and it's easy application. My color results were great as always.
Very pleased with all products. They smell good, they are good quality, instructions are sraight forward and easy...best thing ive discovered on the internet in years. I also love that they colorists are so quick and make adjustments based on exactly what you say or request.

I like the color. I am pulling red again where my hair was gray. So I am getting red highlights throughout my hair. But there is no shine to my hair.. Anything I can do? Anything you can change to add some shine to the color?

I love this formula and also being able to customize it!! It only took me one email to adjust my chosen color.. My hair feels so soft. The shine is amazing. SOOOO much better than drug store brands.....and ive tried them all!!
I now have the perfect color at less than a third the price of a salon. They worked with me to formulate the right color for me by the third try and honestly the first two were pretty good just not perfect! They also have all the supplies you can think of and the hair mask makes my hair look healthy and soft.
This product is amazing, hair feels renewed and the colour lasts for ages. Best home colour product I've ever tried and I have used hundreds over the years! Even my man noticed how great my hair looked!!!
I have used just about every coloring product available, and without a doubt, eSalon provides THE BEST for the money. The only other option that provides comparable results to the eSalon product can only be obtained in a professional salon, and at a price that FAR EXCEEDS that of eSalon.
Was skeptical. Was pleasantly surprised! After many expensive years (now $125.) of disappointing results I'm so happy with my color. It was exactly what I was hoping for! I was truly amazed. The colorist I spoke with on the phone asked all the right questions and came up with the perfect formula for my previously colored hair. I couldn't be happier! Also love the shampoo.
I really liked ESalon hair color that I used for the first time 3 weeks ago. It was easy to follow the directions and yes, I did rinse the color out in the shower. What a great idea! I've seen no brassiness. I didn't give it a 5 star because It was a little darker than wanted but it was still attractive and shiny. Will use again sometime

I have LOVED the hair color ever since the first color treatment. The color pigments are rich and so natural looking. My hair is so shiny and healthy looking too, not dry like a store bought color. I have had the color adjusted at a time or two and love the custom color you have created for me. I get so many compliments! I would like to keep the fact that I color my hair a secret but I can't. Instead I tell everyone that it is e-salon!
I just colored my hair for the second time and the color is great? It looks natural the instructions are easy to follow. Would like a tip on doing the back of my head though...lol!
I know all the usual things people say about products. But this color system IS the best I have ever used. The gray coverage is 100%, the color is vibrant. Not just the first week but it last for weeks.

I was shocked when you contacted me to check on my order and then expedited a replacement. Fabulous customer service! I absolutely love my hair color. It was much, MUCH better than I expected. The color is what I would expect from a top hair salon. Thank you!!
My recent health issues have made my hair thin and dry. I was afraid to color anymore. But eSalons color is gentle yet effective. My hair has been looking great. Very pleased.
I love love love this colour, it suits me perfectly. I got such good grey coverage and the directions are simple to follow. Absolutely love that you put everything needed to do the job properly in the box, like 2 pairs of gloves! Also use the timer for cooking too ha! I can't recommend you highly enough and have been telling my friends about you. Wish I had jumped on board sooner!
I always have trouble with my haircolor. If I spend a fortune at the salon, it's still not exactly the right color. If I do it at home with regular box brands, the ends are ALWAYS too dark because they are dry. esalon give me PERFECT results every time! The red is perfect and the color is even and true! Absolutely worth it!! I will never go back to anything else!
The colorist truly listened to what I wanted. My color blended perfectly with the added warmth of copper. Coverage of the gray was great! Everything is included in the kit, so I was able to color my hair the day the kit arrived without worry of missing something.
I think this hair color is almost perfect. I know my hair started off in August really orange from color and we have been slowly adjusting it to turn it into a medium golden brown. I think by the next color it will be perfect.
Before finding eSalon I had my hair colored by a skilled hair colorist. I would easily spend about $250 for a color, cut, and blow dry. It was my monthly indulgence. That was pretty much my routine for over 25 years. When I found an ad for eSalon I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I found eSalon. I have been a very happy customer for over 3 1/2 years.

I have colored my hair auburn or some shade of red since 1988. I decided to try eSalon and am so happy that I did. I received an email from Shannon S with questions about the color I wanted. I told her as long as it was a beautiful auburn shade I wasn't picky and she could pick for me. She did an amazing job!! I have received more compliments on the eSalon color than I ever received when I had a stylist color my hair. It is rich, shiny and vibrant. I love it and I still don't have any roots showing.
