The color blend is perfect for me. The kit contains all you need (minus the cape) to color your hair like an expert. Of course, coloring the back of the head is the most difficult, but I'm saving so much money and time. I use the brush that came with the first order and find that method covers the regrowth hair better than just the applicator.

My first order and my greys are covered!!! I have struggled with getting the right coverage at a salon. The greys never seem to be fully covered and have a reddish tint to them. I've become frustrated at the amt of money to color my hair and not be able to get the coverage I desire. I'm so happy with the results and will be ordering again!!!

This is THE FIRST coloring product that has held to my gray roots. I am 41 years old and have more grays than I would think a person of my age would have. This product colored my hair flawlessly. My mother-in-law graciously applied this product to my hair, and she said this was the easiest to apply that she has ever applied. I am looking forward to my next shipment in May. I love you!!

First color set I got didn't really turn out the way I wanted, but they were great on changing my color and now i love my new color. The steps are easy to follow and the product is easy to use as well. Typically with hair dyes I would get a strong reaction but with this one nothing at all.
This has been the best hair dye experience I've had in a long time.

I have used home kits, paid high dollar salons and yet this was my best color. My gray is still covered but yet the color was so natural that it appeared to be my natural color.

Excellant product! My hair was very shiny. This was my first time using eSalon's products. I felt the formula was slightly darker than I wanted but still very nice. I changed the formula for my next shipment and I feel confident this will be just perfect. I am a retired stylist of 28 yrs. and I'm unable to get my color done in the salon, so here I am doing my own now. I'm very impressed with the product and advise from my colorist at eSalon, thank you!

My customised colour is spot on (warm beige) not a horrible block colour, this gives a multi dimensional colour. No need to spend £100’s at the salon anymore. You are missing out if you don’t try this honestly you’ll get salon results for a fraction of the cost

After stripping my hair of all its temp dyes as my hair was showing all types of red and was patchy as hell, I was left with light ginger hair and I'm a dark brunette....I was mortified!!! E salon to the rescue...I told them my issues, that I didn't want a brunette with red colour and they sent the perfect colour so I'm now back to brunette and hair in better condition. The kit was lovely, personalised and clear instructions throughout. Even got a bargain price as a new customer and I got enough for two efforts. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered this product back in January, but I haven’t tried it until now because I was still using up some old box dyes that I had previously bought. Well all I can say is more fool me! I wish I had used this dye kit as soon as I had received it. I have very coarse, thick hair but the two bottles (one for roots and one for ends) were both the perfect amount to colour my whole head. This looks like a salon treatment without the price tag. I had to enlist the help of my fiancé to apply the colour, but between the two of us we successfully managed the treatment. The personalised instructions are really clear and it is so easy to apply. I had reservations and kept on reading reviews before I purchased, but I am glad I went with my instinct. I will definitely be ordering again when I am ready for my next colour. Thanks e-salon.

Je recommande vraiment cette coloration. C'est la première fois que je colore mes cheveux (petits cheveux blancs), ça été facile à appliquer, rapide et efficace. Il me reste que très peu de cheveux blancs, mais comme c'est ma première je n'ai pas encore le coup de main.

Premier achat pendant le confinement, celui ci se termine juste lorsque je reçois ma commande. Je la rangé dans une armoire et reste fidèle a mon coiffeur. Nous voici au deuxième confinement, je décide de me servir de ma couleur sur mesure et là.. révélation ! La couleur et superbe, a caché tous mes cheveux blancs, est hyper lumineuse et mes cheveux tout doux. Bref, je continuerai a aller chez mon coiffeur pour les coupes mais pour les colos, je prend l'abonnement ! Merci pour cette belle découverte.

I am so happy with the result!This looked like a real salon color after application. Though it took slightly longer to apply than the supermarket box dye, the result was well worth it. The instructions are excellent and everything you need is provided to ensure a thorough application. My hair is normally dry and frizzy but it now looks fuller and shiny. The color on application looked a bit red but when rinsed out it was exactly the one I had hoped it would be. My greys are also very well covered!

Brilliant service! Gone are the days of panic trips to the 24 hour supermarket to try and get MORE dye to fix a bad dye job.
Really appreciated the input from my colour technician who suggested the dye I had chosen was too dark and custom created a colour for me... she was right!

I have been struggling to find the perfect dye to cover my graying roots. The hand picked dye matches my hair perfectly! The color is rich and saturated. It covers all of my grays. I also love that I receive everything I need to dye my hair easily at home!

I had a lot of stubborn greys and it covered all of them. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and is a beautiful light brown. Exactly what I wanted!!
My first time so I purchased the color tools, shampoo, conditioner and the tint rinse to help keep the colour.
This is so much better than the box coloring. No smell, easy to use and your hair feels much healthier after.

This kit is amazing! Comes with everything I need and it’s delivered to my door. Easy to follow instructions and easy application. Colorist created the perfect color personalized to what I want. I love the way my hair, feels, looks and smells after coloring. Never am I going back to store bought box dyes. Love, love, love it!

This was the first time I've ever dyed my hair and I love the color! Exactly what I wanted... I am glad I choose the demi permanent option because my application wasn't quite even in some places. I am excited to try again though! Straight forward instructions, product smells good, loved the extras in my kit. Thumbs up!

I’ve never left a review before, but this product deserves the credit. I’ve been wanting low-lights in my hair after high-lighting just a too much (I’m naturally dark brown with cool undertone and very long, think and frizzy) and I wanted the low lights to match the roots.
I did the hair test and went for a full hair colour and followed the questions that suited my natural colour. Slightly unsure if it would work. Got my dye kit very quickly in the post and there is so much product! Attention to detail and quality is lovely! (Also got my cap online). I love going to my hairdresser for a treat and always will, but from now on I’ll be using this for colour!
Results are in... I love it!!! I’ve been wanting this colour for years and can’t believe a box product worked wonders! Hair quality increased so much too! I will upload a photo in my next review, as I still have an extra dye to use for my next low lights! This is not like a regular off-the-shelf product and I can’t praise E-salon enough. As a first time user of their products, I can safely say I’ll be back.
I’m just about to re-order the Classic shampoo and conditioner as I want the colour to stay and keep my hair super soft!

I loved this kit. The colour went on beautifully and it looks great. My hairdresser comes to my home to cut and colour my hair and has never come across eSalon before. She's gone away loving it and so do I!

Lovely colour. Packaging gave a nice personal touch. Product did what it was supposed to do. I liked the stain remover for the edging around the face. Very professional. Colour turned out great and hair looked great after.

Hubby did my hair came out little more red than expecting BUT before I knew it it was beautiful after a 2 day wait the color was bEAUTIFULit , it’s my color and I’m keeping with them. I’m on vacation with the hair color delivered 2 weeks ago, but no time to color so with the dye job from 12 weeks ago, I still look color is so close to perfect with my eyes and skin tone that it enhancess my grey hair beautifully! I have never had a more natural looking color, or a hair color kit, that left my hair actually feeling healthier than before coloring. The color is perfect, and everyone asks "That's your natural hair color, isn't it?". My reply? "It was when I was 30. I've gone almost completely grey now, but eSalon actually managed to formulate my exact haircolor and cover my greys!" I recommend eSalon to everyone who asks. And the customer service can't be beat! They've been my go-to colorists since 2018, and I'm not leaving!

I wasn't sure at first after coloring at a salon for so many years but my color kit is awesome! My colorist really listened to my requests and made adjustments along the way to help cover stubborn greys. It's easy to apply with the enclosed instructions. Loving it!

I was hesitant to go back to coloring my hair on my own after some damage done when I was younger, but the pandemic put me in a spot where I had to go for it. I am so satisfied with the service and the colors that I have been sent, and the stylists are very responsive to messages to change tones and ideas. I use demi-permanant color and I feel as though I have a new head of hair. I am VERY impressed.

I decided to try the eSalon color because my stylist's color seems to wash off after a few shampoos. It has been 4 washes and the coverage is still great! I love the color! And more than that, the process was great. I really loved the instructions for reviving the color on the ends.

I don't color for a totally different look -- only to cover a few grays, add texture and spice up my natural color a bit.
eSalon's color is the best I've used since I had insider access to salon supplies quite a few years ago. The ability to tweak color is invaluable.

I was a little skeptical at first...waited about a week after I received the shipment to do my hair...I opened the box that was personalized and packaged just for me...I love the step by step instructions ...wow what an amazing look...I have tried several over-the-counter counter hair dyes and professional hair dyes and non of them compares to this...I would definitely continue to use eSalon...way to go...by the way I also love the liquid hair dye compare to the traditional tube

Love this color set ~ easy to use with paper instructions and then tutorials online for first-time at home users for tips on how to apply for visual learners like myself! Great gray coverage, and the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny and healthy!

Love the color. Took a couple of adjustments but it's perfect. It's not harsh like a dark brown can be sometimes.

For years I have been coloring just my roots with drugstore box dye. I am a natural blond, but my hair texture has changed over the years as the greys have come in. The color overall was dull and lifeless. eSalon matched me with a beutiful light blond that covered the greys and brought back bounce and shine. Love it!
