I love the fact that it's a little darker without being too dark. I have received loads of compliments. My only hesitation is I wish it had a touch less copper. I like the shine of the copper but think maybe just a little less for the next go.
Gotta admit i was skeptical... ordering hair color online...I've been coloring my own hair with store bought color for years.... but eSalon's color does seem to leave my hair softer afterwards.... I did have to adjust the shipping times... but otherwise I like it..
The color looked phenomenal all over. The roots did appear lighter than the rest of my hair however. Next time I will be requesting a darker color for my roots.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is application. I love the cost & quality of this hair color. I hate application as I have a hard time getting the back half of my head.

Very good to use with the professional kid. It is not easy to wash the
Color ot of the hair. I had to shampoo my hair for three times to loose the wax feeling. But the hair color itself is great.

The medium brown (copper with a hint of golden) color is a little too dark for me. Would've probably like it better if it had been medium brown (golden with a hint of copper) color.
I love the color but would like just a touch less red color in it. Maybe a little more of the golden. But overall, the color is beautiful. Would it be possible to keep the color as is and just order a golden tint to go with it?
I requested a lighter formula for my hair color to begin to blend in with my natural gray. The color is great. I feel that the colorist gave me very clear instructions to color my roots first and the rest of my hair at the end of processing time.
My only regret is now my husband says I look like an old woman. I don't agree with him.
PRO'S: THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS SIMPLE, DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND PACKAGED WELL. PRODUCT WORKS BETTER THAN STORE BOUGHT AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE sALONS. COVERED MY EXTREME RESISTANT GREY BETTER THAN ANYTHING IVE TRIED IN MANY YEARS.
CONS: JUST BARLEY ENOUGH TO COVER ALL OF MY SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR SO IT IS NOT AS AFFORDABLE AS YOU FIRST WOULD EXPECT. COLOR WAS TOO DARK FOR ME AND HAD HOPED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE MULTIFACETED. UNABLE TO PROVIDE LIGHTER COLORS AT THIS TIME.
I love the color and many friends have commented on how good and natural it looks.
I do not like that when you first use it it leaves your hair greasy. It takes me three washes to get it out.
So the last shipment was modified because I wanted a more golden tone. There were two bottles included. I am hoping the color will be missed together in the next shipment and this will be my final mixture
There's only one thing that I didn't like about the hair color and that would be that it doesn't cover my gray hairs for more than a week or two, even with waiting a day or two between washing my hair and using a good color treatment shampoo and conditioner.
Love that they make suggestions to get the color right

Before they shipped the color I picked out the contacted me to advise the color I chose might be too dark for me. They tweaked my choice and the color is what I would call cherry coke colored. It's beautiful.
I love everything about this product but the smell....it smells harsh.....when I go to the salon they use a product that is vegan and has no harsh smell.....the results are good I just am curious if they could not find something healthier to use??
My hair was ugly it felt like an old rag all dry, then I started using E salon hair color and by the second us, my hair feels and look like Im ready to hit the red carpet.
Have not used this shipment yet, gloves were missing in shipment.
But from past uses I like the product, color is perfect and application simple and easy.
I wasn't pleased with my first order. I wanted a light strawberry blonde but it turned out red. Y'all sent a complimentary light blonde. I put it on my hair today and I love it!!!! I want to resign up for esalon!!!
I like this color much better than the first. Plus, it was easier for me to apply. I guess experience helps. The only problem is I wish it lasted longer.
I ordered this color for my daughter who lives off the coast of India. Haircolor is not an item that she can purchase locally, and when she does purchase it, the quality is horrible!!!
She was in for a visit and I ordered the e-salon color for her. She loved it!!! I have to have it shipped to me, and then have it sent to her approx. twice a year. (multiple boxes) She tells me that the color, shine and gray coverage is GREAT!!!

I love the way the color came out. Looks so much more natural than other color I have tried! My only complaint is the coverage of my gray hair did not last very long.
Hi - the last color I had was too dark for the first week or so, but this new color was great the first day! I just wish it covered my gray hairs for longer...
I received s package that was leaking and I received 2 pks within a few days of each other. The company fixed my problem and all was well! I love the hair products and how my hair shines. I have saved a ton of money by not going to the salon.
I liked the colour although there was a pretty significant difference between the root colour and length colour- that could have been my mistake though. I just have too much hair (length and volume) to really be able to do this by myself
I LOVE THE COLOR BUT I GENERALLY GET MY HAIR COLORED EVERY 6 WEEKS IM AT 4 WEEKS AND HAIR NEEDS TO BE DONE AGAIN HAVING TO MOVE UP MY DELIVERY WHICH IM NOT SURE IS GOING TO BE LESS EXPENSIVE IN THE LONG RUN
The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I wasn't happy with the color this time. Love the product and the way it makes my hair feel vs other products I have tried. This time the color wasn't as deep red as I was looking for. While try to adjust before next order
I love the color but it just doesn't seem to cover the gray very well. I put it one the roots for a lot longer than the rest but after a few washes the gray is peeking through in places.
Love the new color. Only wish I have is that there was a smidge more in the bottle. I kinda run out of color on my long hair. A little more would be nice but I do not want to use two bottles. That is too much.
eSalon products cover my grey completely. The POS system to handle orders and payment is efficient and easy to use. However, my current health status does not allow me to apply the product easily and obtain a result I am happy with.
I do like this red but I want redder. The color is very even and you can look at my hair and say "Yep, she's a red-head" so I've obviously gotten away from the boring brown finally.
Won't go back to salon for color. Won't ever use drug store hair color either. I love that it comes to me in the mail rather than having to go out to purchase it.
Love the color you mixed for me! Leaves my hair soft and shiny. The problem is me. In the third step, applying the remainder of the color in the shower, somehow I always make a mess. Color flies all over the place. This time I stained the shower curtain for good
There product is good, but I thought that the color would last longer then the store bought one that I used to purchase, but it doesn't. If it's going to last the same amount of time, then why spend more money for this product when I can spend less for the same thing. Just saying.
Will not let it sit so long on roots. Maybe cut time on roots two minutes or so. Was a tiche brassy at first but only right at the roots. Other than that it was a beautiful color and took me right back to my natural color. Covered my gray very well.
I love the finished product as far as the color goes but I don't like how it effects my hair. After a few days my hair feels like straw. I bought these shampoo and conditioners to try to alleviate this feeling.
Just used 6 weeks ago my husband, mom, and daughter all complimented me on the color. They are the three harshest critics I know and that says a lot. The color is very close to my original young adult virgin hair color.
I loved how soft and healthy my hair looked after using this product, I liked the color but it was a little dark. Next time I am ordering a level down. Overall I loved it!
