The color specialist's chose for me the best color of red I've ever had - even my natural color. I have 80% gray hair which is hard to color, but not with e-salon custom hair color. The dried out fried hair after coloring is a thing of the past, e-salon's color left my hair in great shape. I find that my color doesn't fade and has even coverage. I couldn't be more pleased with e-salon!

The instructions were very succinct and easy to follow. The color is amazing! Callie did a phenomenal job from my pictures and she communicated a couple of times through email to make sure she knew what I wanted to achieve! excellent coverage ...I wanted to keep my own natural cover i.e redhead. Even though this must be one of the hardest to match, it was brilliant. Very pleased indeed with the colour, the product is easy to use and delivers every time and best yet no horrible odours! . I have now ordered and received to my specification and when I want it. I really love that not only is the color just right but it gets delivered to me! The coloring kit has everything I need and the color is always consistent. I color less often because this product lasts much longer than the store brands. No more going to the store and no more worrying about getting a "fresh" product.

I have hard to cover roots that required me to treat my hair more frequently with other products that would damage and dry my hair. The E Salon formula designed especially for me covers those areas well and the coverage last longer. My hair feels and looks healthier.
I just used esalon color for the first time over the weekend. I've been getting so many compliments on how natural it looks. It's also healthy and shiny, not dull at all. The smell is WAY less harsh than the store bought box colors and I have way more definition in the color versus the store brand as well. My color came out a little darker than I wanted but I made the necessary notes and adjustments for my next shipment. I love that we have the option to do that. What a great way to find THE PERFECT color. Thank goodness you guys came along. I'm in love!!
I liked how the two bottles worked together my hair came out a little darker than I wanted but it did lighten up. No one even noticed I colored it. It looked so natural.
I absolutely love this service! I have been coloring my hair myself for several years, with products I buy at my local grocery store. I have always had to buy two boxes because my hair is very long. This includes enough product to completely color from roots to tips. The color is exactly what I wanted and they are very good to change when I want to lighten a shade. My hair is super soft and shiny. The best part is that you can schedule shipments, but they give you warning ahead of time. If you decide to wait another week or two, you don't get surprised with a charge on your account if you forget it's coming.
The hair color that I requested was a perfect match to what I had been doing to my hair, I was amazed at the package and everything that came with it, the shampoo and conditioner samples were also wonderful.
I have been using this product now for a while and can honestly say I wouldn't use any other. The colour is always perfect, looks fab,feels great with the luxurious shampoo and conditioner and the free gloves and stain guard just push it towards perfect. I have the product delivered to Europe. It always arrives on time. I love the fact that I can adjust the colour and am always given plenty of notice if I wish to do so and can contact my colourist at any time. The personal plan that comes with it is great too with clear instructions. Peeps if you colour your hair and want a professional look......then go for it.......
I was a little nervous about coloring my hair but it actually turned out nice. The color did not cover all my gray but it got most of them. My gray's are fairly stubborn. It did take me a while to get it all on, due to lack of experience I am sure, so instead of 30 mins after application I just did 15 and it worked out good. I used the brush so I could get my roots good and I started with them since that's where most of my gray was. Overall I am happy with it!!!

I've been using e salon color for over a year. It is the most natural looking color I've ever found for being a natural red head. Professional colorists at salons always made my hair too burgandy or too brassy, never quite right. It's easy to use and it looks great.
I have an auto-delivery order that includes hair color for roots and another bottle for the ends. The extra bottle is only $5.00 more and makes all the difference in the world. I have "tweaked" the shade of color a few times and I am really happy with my latest design (I mean esalon's design.). I also use tinted love every other shampoo. The root touch-up wand is really great that third week. The customer service emails each month keep me informed as to each step of my order. If I want to change my order that month I can message the colorist. Info as to when my order is ready and when it will be shipped. I love this company! I only hope it stays this high class.
There are several things about this product that makes it fantastic. It took a couple of times to get the color I wanted, but the customer service was excellent. Every time I color my hair, the color is consistent, easy to apply and it arrives at your door as you set it up. My hair is healthy, shiny, and has lots of body. This is a wonderful product.
I love how easy this is to use. There's no guessing how to mix it, everything is included that you need. Since you can adjust the color when you want you know it'll be right.
I've used this hair color twice, and I really like the color, and the condition of my hair after using it. The customer service is very good. I appreciate the emails asking if I need the color adjusted, or if I have any concerns. All around great product.
I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years, and have now been using eSalon for about 2 years. eSalon is the best color I have ever used. The color stays true, the shine is terrific, and the convenience of having it come to my home on my schedule is great. People cannot believe that my color is done at home.

eSalon hair color has been a really good choice for my hair. The color combinations are natural-looking and rich. It holds up well against stubborn gray hair at the temples. Coloring the hair keeps it thicker and soft so that it can stay longer and still look nice.
After my first treatment of eSalon hair color, I was asked by two different hair stylists where I had my color done. When I told them I did it at home they could not believe it. I have used two treatments so far, and absolutely love the color and the length of time the color it stays in my hair. I have told everyone I know about eSalon.
