It's gentle but doesn't take forever like an organic color would. It covers the thick gray hair mixed in with my dark brown and everyone comments on how shiny my hair is. It is so easy to use, I love it. I've recommended it to my friends and may are now converts!

The color and shine last a long time. Not hard to use. You get all you need gloves, shampo, conditioner, color remover, and the last one I can't remember the name but it keep the color off your face. Comes to the door. What more can you ask.
This is the first colour I have used that covers the grey and keeps the hair looking natural and feeling soft. The colour does not fade and hair does not lose its shine and condition. Brilliant!

I've been using this product for the past couple of years and I love how my hair shines after colouring it. It isn't as harsh on my hair as the drug store brands. I also love how the bottle of colour for my roots differs from the one for the rest of my hair. I no longer get that super strong colour on my roots. Much better blending.

Thank you so much - I love the way you have understood the color I needed. Your product suits my hair and my skin and is so easy to apply that even my husband can apply it for me!! I had my hair washed and blow dried in a salon recently and they thought it was my own color...I am constantly complimented and because of the unique color I do feel more like my younger self....Congratulations on a wonderful product!

I love this product.
I love that you can adjust the color for the season by asking my specialist to just it lighter or darker. The coloring last longer than what you purchase at the store. It leaves my hair soft.
This time I opted for a bit lighter shade for summer and it holds very nice, my hair is soft and shiny as always colour is very natural and doesn't look like a fake, that's what I really like.

Dependable coloring results after use -- no surprises of a too light or too dark result. Color is consistent and lasts weeks longer than other products I've used (including salon coloring). Love the product!
As I said, just sooooo easy. Tell the lovely people what you want and they just do it. From my second pack when I wanted a tad more copper, adjustment made and just easy and a perfect result.
The formula didn't hurt my scalp. The instruction were easy to follow. The end results were a little darker than expected, but it will fade away by the first washes. It didn't leave my hair looking dry or brittle. It has a mild smell, didn't hurt my eyes while applying it. I received the product by mail super fast! Everything I needed was in the box.

I was very wary of trying E salon but I am absolutely in love with this coloring. My hair looks and feels great. I am so glad I decided to take the plunge. I kept looking at the box ..... My grey hair getting greyer...... Then I thought what the heck, have tried many products that just didn't live up to the many promises. So it's just another one I thought. I was actually amazed! I absolutely love my hair color, although it could be a little more on the brighter red side and redder on the roots, the color is a thumbs up. Also, the way my hair felt while washing it and the after math of it being dry... It was Soft and not rough to deal with like how other hair colors leave it feeling!! Definitely recommend and will order again!!
I have been using this product for several years and it is great. Natural looking color that does not fade. Very easy to apply and blend (I only do roots). My hair is gray/white and this is hard to find color that does not make you look like the painted lady.
I love your product the color last so much longer and that is a tremendous plus also for gray coverage since mine is most at the hairline at crown of my head. The color product does not dry your hair out & the bonus shampoo & crime rinse and gloves just makes it a great service. I'm very happy with my personalized color. You wouldn't know that my hair was colored, it matches so well. If I get the itch to add a little more red my colorist adds just enough. If I want less red, just the right amount is removed. I love this color.
I was tired of spending so much time at the salon getting my hair colored and having to be subject to their hours. Plus the smell of the chemicals they were using gave me headaches, and lasted long after the process was done. The instructions were easy to use, I was done in less than an hour, and the color looks amazing. Great results, less time and less money? Yes, please!
To be honest I gave not yet used my last order but going by my past experience with my hair colour from esalon, I am confident I will be 100 percent satisfied as always. Product us gentle on my hair, no overpowering smells and I always get compliments on my hair colour.

easy instructions to follow, a nice product to use, my hair never dries out or goes brittle since using this product. The colour lasts twice as long as those bought over the counter.
It arrived fast and was packaged nicely. It provided everything I needed, including a nice pair of gloves. It didn't have the usual strong smell, but the shampoo and conditioner smell really good! It was quick and easy to use, and the results were great. I will continue ordering.
I've tried DIY hair color before AND salon hair color that would ALWAYS turn my dark brown hair brassy with red tints. This is the only hair color I've ever used that looks natural and is not brassy at all. Thank you, eSalon!
